Great hotel in a great location. The hotel caters for all age groups regarding pools, food and entertainment. It has a lovely private beach which is a 5 minute walk or a free buggy run away. The buffer food is fine with loads of choice and the alicartes are worth booking. All the staff were pleasant and polite and the lifeguards were professional and fair and firm. The room we had, had jacuzzi and a fridge with drinks in which were all free and topped up daily (try and book pool view room). The pools were at a nice temperature and you could pick a quite pool, fun pool or family pool. The hotel has its own shopping mall which is massive and great for clothes. The hotel was clean and tidy and well presented. We booked a private taxis to and from the airport which only takes around 50mins and at a good price. We didn't have to grab sunbeads really early in the morning. Basically a 24hr bar with food too. Could go on and on, great hotel.

My wife and myself, along with my daughter, son in law and two grandchildren (10 and 14yrs) have just had a fantastic 10 night break at this hotel (wished we had booked longer). The facilities at this hotel were great and the entertainment team led by Rico were excellent. From darts to Boules to pool games and exercises. Something for everyone. For those families with children the kids club looked brilliant. The staff were very friendly and a special mention to Mehmet at the main evening bar. We stayed all inclusive plus (24hrs) and the value for money was great. My only quibble was that I am a very fussy eater and the food catered a lot for German and Russian clients who have been the main clients at this hotel previously. Thanks to Adil one of the restaurant managers for being so helpful. The rest of my family enjoyed the food and advised me that if I ate chicken there was no problem! There appear to be more British staying here now and we were made very welcome

A large hotel with plenty of facilities. A large selection of food and drinks throughout the day and night🤣 . The hotel staff is very friendly. The Show at night is excellent. I recommend it for families with children.

I was contacted by the manager, the problem with my friends was not resolved in any way. What's more, the manager posted messages stating that no hotel is allowed to bring guests. I can't stand being told stupid lies. Of course, this is not so, many times I brought guests to the 5-star hotel. They not solve a problems, they make you problems.

good hotel. I advise everyone. entertainment team is fun. the view from the hotel is gorgeous. the food is delicious. the staff is polite. every day different parties, show programs for both adults and children. we liked it very much. we'll come again. thank you all for such a wonderful holiday

Me, my wife and my daughter would like to thank you very much for the best room cleaning service we have ever experienced. The biggest thanks from our side also to Mr. Harun for a very nice and professional service. He has been a great help to us many times. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to say goodbye to him in person. We wish him all the best and thank you again for the great attention. Harun, thank you very much my friend.

Restaurant is delicious animation dream team rooms are perfect and clean every day mini club is great fantastic kids dance shows are amazing pools are clear cocktail is delicious nice beach nice sand a lot of playground for kids we are happy thanks for everything

Just got back from a wonderful 14 day holiday in your amazing hotel can't praise it enough great shows from entertainment manager Joseph,Riccio DJ Fatih Omar Zumba teacher Ianna and all the entertainment team, waiters and barstaff lovely food and very clean hotel will come back
