We have selected this little gem because of the close location to our airbnb but accidentally discovered that it is the 2nd best B&B in Kas, Antalya region. How lucky we are!
Having delicious breakfast at the Aysima Hotel with the stunning views of Kas is priceless. In addition to the freshest fruits, the homemade jams were served with semit (vegan Turkish bagel).
The owners are the perfect example of Turkish hospitality. The room is spotless, pristine white towels, soft pillows, everything you touch is made with love.

Hosted by the loveliest family ever. Great panoramic view, more hygienic than any other equivalent, unique and super delicious breakfast, always smiling and very comforting staff. Shiny clean swimming pool!

Hotel Aysima is a family-run business. The father, Mr Kemal Atalay, sees to it that everything keeps running. He serves the breakfast and his daughter Berre and his son Hüseyin help him a lot in doing so. In the background, his wife Hatice prepares absolutely delicious dishes, which she varies every day. Her cuisine is typically Turkish, a treat for the eyes and for the stomach. Photos of the breakfast buffet posted on social media are no fakes but show everyday life at Hotel Aysima. When they have cared for the guests, the family sits down to have breakfast together, sometimes with their grandmother or friends. They are always ready to give you advice or help you organize a tour. My room was very clean. It had a little balcony from which I could look over to Kastellorizo/Meis or watch the sunset over the mountains. On my arrival I got the room with full sea view I had booked at once, so no „upgrading“ was necessary as is often the case in other hotels. There were a safe in the wardrobe and a minibar filled up every day with soft drinks and mineral water (two small bottles per person). Not far away from the hotel, a supermarket and some greengrocers can be found. If you want to go downtown, you can decide whether you want to take the steep steps or choose the more relaxing way, which takes a bit longer. Thinking about my stay at this hotel I must say that there was only one disadvantage, namely the noise coming up from the clubs in the harbour at Night.

We stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel. The hotel is run by a family who were so friendly and kind, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is very clean and our room was well appointed with a balcony. The hotel has a lovely pool which we enjoyed using and was always quiet during our stay. The breakfast is excellent with a large range of dishes and home made cake and condiments. Breakfast is on a terrace with a great view of the harbour and sea. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the centre of Kas with its many restaurants and little shops. The hotel was extremely quiet though with no noise. I would definitely return here and highly recommend.

A perfect hotel! On a human scale with staff who take great care of you! Located close to everything and at the same time far enough away to avoid the nuisance of the crowds in the center of Kaş. The swimming pool with a beautiful view, where you have breakfast (superb) is an undeniable plus. The rooms and bedding are comfortable (air-conditioned), a space for the car in front is also welcome. In short, a perfect stay which makes our stay in Türkiye even more beautiful.

Booked Aysima hotel as it was highly recommended. This immaculately presented hotel definitely did not disappoint. It’s family run by the most lovely and generous family. The rooms are comfortable with great views for sunsets. Although up on the hill the walk into town is less than 500m, the views from the rooms are worth it. The breakfast, oh my goodness, fresh and home cooked with so much variety. We felt very lucky to stay at Aysima hotel as it made our stay in stunning Kas even more special.

Kas was amazing & this was the perfect place to stay. The hotel is rated #1 in the town for good reason. The family who own the hotel are kind, exceptionally hard-working and helpful. The pool area and rooms are immaculately clean. It’s quiet and located nicely a 5 minute walk from town. There’s free parking. Breakfast was a highlight - lots of home made Turkish food with minor changes for variety each morning. There is no bar on site, but there is a fridge in the room for chilling drinks. The walk uphill can be a bit of an effort in 35/40 degree heat, but it’s not far. In every category this was 10/10.

Hotel Aysima was a joy to stay at. I don’t think we have ever stayed in a cleaner, better maintained family run hotel. Fantastic views, great pool to hang by, excellent home made breakfasts. Everyone friendly and helpful. Parking right out front. Short walk down to town. Room 301 on the top floor even had a large patio with private jacuzzi. Excellent town to break up our road trip and chill for 3 nights. Stay here.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Aysima on our honeymoon. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room had everything we needed, the view from the balcony as the sun set was beautiful and it was just a short walk into town. Good breakfast, nice swimming pool. Parking spot. Would recommend!
