My girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights here. We hoped for more! The apartment is great and the view is fantastic. Comfortable amenities, fast wifi and great water pressure. A few reviews say it's far from the town center, which is true-ish. It's about a 10 minute walk (downhill) to the town center and very pleasant. When returning, we just called a cab and paid a few TL (Maybe 15 or 20 so 2-3 Euro) and we were back in no time. If you're going to come back late, call a taxi rather than counting on just catching one.

Positives – We stayed for one night in the duplex apartment and it had fantastic views, very clean, nice decor and spacious. The owners are nice and live in the apartment below. Negatives – It is located a significant distance from the township of Kas and beaches. The walk to town would probably take minimum 20 minutes along a very steep descending road. Hence, the walk back up is challenging and would take a lot longer. Another negative was the steep driveway to get to the Apartment. The driveway has small gravel and I had a bad fall and injured my elbow. Also, this is a two-bedroom apartment. The main bedroom has a king size bed that’s very nice but a little too big for the room. A queen bed would have been sufficient. There is no air-conditioning in the bedroom, so I think it would get very hot in summer. The second bedroom is a converted attic, so the stairs are steep, the doorway is very short for anyone taller than 150cm, the roof is steeply angled making the head room above the beds very low. The door into the bathroom is even shorter and you must bend to get in. The washing machine is in the attic bathroom. The bathroom in the attic is not user friendly so in reality it only has one small bathroom downstairs that’s easy to use. Would I stay at the Derya Beach Apartment again? No, Kas is a nice town so I would be inclined to stay in town or closer to the beaches where you can walk everywhere.…

This is a building located in the out skirt of the town, surrounded by wildness and new constructions, high on the mountain. as of September 2018, the road is half paved with gravel. Google map can not find correct location most of the time and it directed me to next town Kalkon which has same street name and is 30 km away. So double check your gps before you start drive please. The room is quite large and it has kitchen and wash machine so it is good for large family to stay a week or longer, but because it is quite far from town center, you should probably have a rental car. No food is serviced

We booked a duplex apartment on Derya Apartments which was great choise for 4 people. Apartment has 1 main bathroom and another service bathroom on the attic floor (the 2nd floor is on the attic), 2 bedrooms, one on each floor and a great living room with a big and comfy couch, plus a nice coffee table and chairs on the balcony with a spectacular view (great sunset, moonlight and sunrise view) The apartment is modern style with AC on both floors and everything you need for a great vacation. The owner is very nice and helpful, also the staff. The only "downsize" (but I am very picky now and it shouldn't be considered a minus) is the location (like 20 min walking to Kas downtown or 5 min with the taxi (20-25 TL). For us the location was great and it shouldn't be a problem in choosing these apartments. Waiting to come back soon!…

Would definitely recommend this place! the owner is very kind, the place has everything one would ever need and more. You just have to get your food with you. it's clean, bright, tidy, cozy and modern. the place is located is a v good location has an amazing view. We couldn't book the upper level apartments but it was still good. The only thing is the lack of the AC in the rooms ( the AC in salon can reach to bedrooms), and the presence of the boars around the villa which scared us. Would definitely come back and reserve the upper apartments!

We've found Derya Beach Apart while we were searching a place which we could bring our pets (A cat and a 4 months old Siberian Husky Puppy), Derya Beach Apart was promising for two reasons: It was apart and the view was amazing. We spent 9 days here, the owner is amazingly helpful and understanding. Our pets were comfortable with lots of space. The view, of course is amazing. I believe that you couldn't find any place which has better view, better weather or much more modern design. Apartment is being cleaned every 2 days and sheets are changed every 4. You have everything you would need, plates, forks and all that equipment along with Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Fridge, AC, LCD and all of that. WIFI seems to be slow, if you have some important things to do over the internet I suggest you to bring your own LTE portable. Derya Beach Apart is a bit far from the main area of Kaş, it takes 5 minutes and 15 Turkish Lira to go from Apart to main area or vice versa. If you have car, I suggest you to leave it at Apart, due that the traffic and parking conditions are very stressful in main area of Kaş. If you want to have lots of space, equipment, gorgeous view and having a great and understandable person in charge, Derya Beach Apart is the place for you. PS: I'm visiting Kaş every year for last 3 years, Derya Beach Apart is most likely the only place I loved this much. I'll probably keep staying here for the upcoming years.…

we stayed there as a group of friends. Firstly we stayed at the ground floor for a night. It was really beautiful as well but the top floor was a another world. The view is amazing. So calm, peaceful and beautiful. I highgly recommend this place to travellers who have a car. Otherwise it might be tough to reach there. But, it doesnt mean it is not central. it is not far from the center. Just need to walk around 20 min. i guess
