Clean, secure, close to the sea and center, rooms are new and clean. Hotel management is very professional and caring, and tried their best to make olur visit more enjoyable. We can gladly recommend this hotel, and will definitely visit again

We loved every minute of our stay at Hera Hotel. İbrahim, the Hotel Manager always went out of his way to help and make our stay incredible. He is so kind and always warm and welcoming. The hotel itself has everything you need. Beautiful swimming pool overlooking the sea, and has the best beach bar along the strip (Pebble Beach). Jack runs the club and he is awesome. Always has a big smile, ready to help and always interacting with everyone. The bar has delicious food. Best pepperoni pizza!!!! From salads, to wraps, to yummy panko crusted chicken strips, burgers,etc. Alllllll delish!! The hotel is in the most perfect location. A short 5 minute walk to the centre of town. Couldn’t have wished for better. We will definitely be back!! Thank you İbrahim and staff 🤗

I was there at the end of the season. The hotel was effectively empty. The automatic (Pir) lighting on the staircase was slow, leaving the staircase in darkness often. The dining room windows leaked flooding the floor. The walls were significantly damp in places. The wallpaper in my room was peeling off here and there; so was it generally in the hotel. After two mornings of cold showers, I asked if they could put the hot water on which they did, it was nice to have a warm shower. Somehow the wash hand basin was on a different system, so I had a cold shave for the third day in a row.
I have been in business all my life, working with the public. I do not complain, I know how very hard it is to please all, all of the time. I am not a complainer, but there are times when one has to say something.

False advertising, dark and uninviting, overpriced, in bad need of maintenance.
We had booked 6 nights but had to leave after 2 to save our holiday. No compensation was offered. We booked as the hotel advertised a gym at the time. After checking in I asked where the gym was but was told they no longer have one. Sadly this was after I had paid.....and they refused to refund me.
The hotel and rooms are awful. The pool area is filthy. Could not even use the balcony area at night as it had no lighting, and had nails protruding from the decking.
This hotel does not deserve any star rating.
Do not stay here - you will regret it.

Happy and friendly base for a Kas holiday! Staff very helpful and chilled. Beach and pool areas relaxing to visit! We enjoyed our stay very much!
We came with idea of side room, with possibility of sea view if available! Thanks to the Hotel, we had a sea view room for the duration! Even with Bayram starting mid way through. We are very grateful!

Cozy hotel at a great location. I visited Kas with a friend and stayed at Hera. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and attending. We enjoyed the view from our balcony and very short walk to their beautiful and serene beach. Glad to recommend

Just arrived home from a 10 day holiday & I have very mixed feelings about this holiday as I should of released by no English reviews on trip advisor it was a Turkish residence hotel as we were the only British people in the hotel , we had to pay more to get a Seaview room but very dated & not clean & I even had to tape papers on the window to the toilet as there was no blind as I didn't want to see my partner sitting on the toilet , hotel definitely needs updated, on the +side the location is perfect and the staff are lovely Would I go back - yes to kas but in a different hotel
