We are currently staying at the Medusa hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is just superb. Fabulous position 5 minute walk to the square and all the eateries that Kas has to offer. There is a small but adequate pool with a few sun loungers around it. There is a lift to the 2nd floor and then stairs up to levels 2,3,4 do you need to ask for a room where the lift goes if you have mobility issues. Breakfast is a great buffet with fabulous cold meats salads yoghurt cereals lovely breads and hot dishes and cheeses and the views are to die for whilst eating your breakfast. The beach club is located across the road and has direct access to the beautiful sea and lots of comfortable sun loungers. The staff here are superb so attentive and kind. A big thank you to Ferdi who was amazing making sure everyone had shade that wanted it and was always looking to make sure everyone was happy. I wish we could employ him in our business in the Uk he is a massive asset to any business. Will be sad to leave but we will be definitely back. Thank you Phil and Tim

We booked for 2 nights and extended as it was so lovely. Great position on the waterfront with swim deck into the sea and lift from street up to hotel building. No lift available inside so would not be suitable for those unable to climb at least 1 flight of stairs. We had a large room with balcony with sea views and it was a lovely way to wake up. Breakfast was included and had a good spread to start the day situated on the pool deck with views across the sea. We arrived late and had not eaten they were really helpful and ran across the road to the sushi restaurant to secure a meal for us.

We had a holiday week stay. Many hotels were closed in winter, but the quality of the staff was really good. The hotel was not very busy and was delivered to us at the time of booking for a plate of breakfast. We didn’t expect much because it was winter. The breakfast was a plate breakfast, but it was quite satisfying. The plate breakfast was accompanied by hot breads served by the egg and service staff in the field, which were fried and fried in person. In the new year, they made a gesture that we haven’t seen at any hotel throughout Kash. They gave us a chocolate box as a new year gift . Congratulations to the hotel manager and we were very pleased!

We made a booking for the 2nd of September. When we arrived at the hotel, they took us to the top floor room where we had to navigate steep staircases with NO hand railings. I am legally blind. My partner had to hold on to me. What an extremely stressful and dangerous situation. We could not stay there. We did not even move our bags into the room. We went immediately back down to reception snd explained to the lady my situation. Our legs were even shaking. She agreed that we could cancel online which we did immediately in front of her to which she confirmed the cancellation and said that when booking.con sends her the refund email she will refund us in full. It was 8pm in the evening. We still at that point had to find alternate accommodation. Luckily the property we booked at for the following night could accommodate us at the last hour. Since then Medusa has not taken our calls, answered emailed or messages. Booking.com confirmed they sent the refund email to this hotel but have received no response since.
Also the hotel is up for sale so I don’t think they actually care about honouring their word or responding. What a horrible experience and situation.

Pluses-clean. Hotel was very clean. Public areas were very tidy. Our room was exceptionally clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Minuses-beach towels weren’t washed properly, smelled musty and dirty. It would be so easy for them to wash them in evening and hang them to dry all night. I think the hotel is for sale(big sign hanging in front). so things are run down. Beds old. Furnishings old. The staff seemed poorly managed…. without direction. Breakfast served 8-10. This morning at 810 there was no bread, one small coffee maker and people were waiting a very long time for coffee. Why they don’t have a larger capacity machine, i do not understand. Things just felt disorganized. With so many places to choose from in Turkey, this hotel is just “ok”.

unfortunaly This hotel does not provide any Service in practice on its swimming platform. You Will never be asked by the staff, if you want something. This is completely different on the beach platforms next to it where waiters provide you with food and drinks all day. Ich Instead you have to climb Every time the many steps during hot weather to ask for drinks and food. They Even do not collect empty glass or bottles from the space. Its really a big service Desaster. In Addition the sunbeds are too packed so you cannot guarantee covid Safety distance.
Room: The rooms are not very clean, overpriced and have the smallest bathroom i have ever seen in a Three Star hotelI, the shower is like half squaremeter.
If you want to have Comfortable holiday You should make another choice.

This was our third stay at the Medusa Hotel and we will continue staying there every time we are in Kas. Medusa is a short walk from downtown Kas (main square and harbor). The hotel is super clean and very comfortable. Rooms are well decorated and most of them have a fantastic view of the Mediterranean. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, ample servings of fresh vegetables and fruits, plenty of hot dishes and everything is delicious. The hotel has a very nice swimming area with plenty of nice comfortable lounge chairs. Swimming area has a nice bar and eating area that serves freshly prepared small plates. The best part of this place is their entire staff who are welcoming, cheerful, resourceful, helpful and hardworking to please every customer. We love Medusa and are looking forward to our next stay.

The hotel: We booked three family rooms two weeks ago , we were shocked that one of these rooms was out of order and we were not informed before so as to cancel the whole reservation . as a result one of the families was transferred to a nearby hotel The second shocking thing is that the hotel was for sale so this means that any renovation is not considerable The third shocking thing is that there was not a lift/ elevator so you had to walk up the stairs to your room which was a burden for some of us due to health issues.
The location though is very good and is only five minutes away from the old city
The staff There was a misunderstanding between the female receptionist and us at the beginning, but things went smoothly afterwards . The rest of the staff were good

Rooms are very tiny, photos are deceiving. Check in process takes 30 min, reception is slow and rude. Prices are different from Expedia. Hospitality is at the lowest here, for that day. Possibly it was not their best day, service can be ok or horrible depends on their mood. There are tons of other hotels in Kaş, with the same view. Statements are factual.

We stayed at Medusa hotel in Kas for 2 nights in the middle of May. From the first sight I was impressed by the view from the room and from the beach on the sea and mountains. Tasty and various breakfasts can set a good tone to the day. It takes you 1 minute to cross the road and get to the beach. You can also enjoy a drink on the beach. The service was very nice and friendly.

Park yatak konusunu bilemiyorum ama evet kendi plajı var ve evet hemen derinleşiyor kaş merkezdeki tüm beachler genel olarak hemen derinleşen deniz kayalıklara kurulmuş iskelelerden denize giriliyor 15 dk lık tekne seferleri ile limanağzı koyuna geçiliyor orası sığ tekne seferleride sık ve merkezden kalkıyor 🙋🏻♀️
