The Hotel is in an ideal location only 50 metres from a beach area reserved just for Belinda guests, although the main public beach is only 150 metres away and the centre of Kas is just a 400 metres stroll. It boasts a total of 47 rooms and 2 self-catering aparts. All rooms have a sea-view overlooking the Greek Island of Castellorizo and neighboring small islands. Great for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
This hotel has always been my first choice to stay in Kas. It’s away from the centre (7-8 min walk) which means no loud music, no crowd around. The rooms are super clean. Every single staff was so helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Aysu Hanim and Atilla Bey. There is small pool but come on guys, stop winging about the size of it. You have beautiful Mediterranean right in front of you. The beach is just couple of minutes away from the hotel. Breakfast is still fresh and even with covid-19 conditions they provide the best service. In the morning without the haze of the day, say hi to Greece: Meis Island. If you have an opportunity, give a daily visit to this lovely Greek island too. See you next year for sure 🤗

Small and cute at first glance. However, a few things accumulated over the two evenings we stayed to give this mediocre review:
- Rooms are very very small, they are also quite noisy. You hear other guests, ventilation, elevator, sewage, etc. - They forbid guests to fill up their reusable bottles (0.5 L, not massive just) from a water cooler/filter located in the restaurant area. This is a bit outrageous in a place where tap water is not drinkable, not to mention that it encourages even more use of enviromentally unfriendly plastic bottles (which is already pervasive in the country) - Our shower had black mold, so did another couple's in our group
I could go on but definitely some opportunity areas are quite evident.

What a wonderful place to spend 8 days in 2018. Situated up on the hill overlooking the Mediterranean with views to die for. Clean and comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast. Friendly staff and hands-on owners. Also has a swimming pool to cool down in and a bar to order drinks from. Just a short walk and you're in the marina with a lovely vibe and plenty of restaurants and pubs. Kas has no sandy beach as such but decks over the rocks in front of various establishments where you can lie on a lounger and pop in and out of the Med. Waiter service make this a super destination. If you really need to go to a beach a short bus ride gets you to a pebble beach, again with loungers and service. Restaurants and pubs also there for one to sit in the shade and take a respite from the sun whilst sipping something cold....

I had a delightful stay at this family run hotel. Owners were very attentive and service oriented. Great view of the harbor, A/C and WiFi worked well and sumptuous Turkish breakfast included. I didn’t use the pool but it looked inviting, with towels provided.

Comfortable hotel on the hill in Kas. Oh wait, everything is on a hill in Kas !!! Best described as a 5-10 minute walk from the main central area. Rooms are neat and comfortable with most amenities you need. We didn't have a room safe (309) but don't know about other rooms. Small fridge provided, beds quite hard, bathroom ok. Biggest problem we had was only 1 room card provided so fridge turns off when you're not there and hard to keep things powered up without a powerbank. All rooms appear to have a view (either side or front) towards the sea, there is a pool which is good. The staff are helpful and friendly enough. Breakfast provided has a good selection of things to eat and drink. Quiet location so you are not disturbed by noise at night. And most importantly Walter (the on-site dog) is friendly and keeps an eye on things. Would recommend as being good value.

This hotel has everything you need for a trip to Kas. Neat, clean room with balcony. Hairdryer and fridge in the room. Power shower and products. Clean white linen and towels. Room cleaned everyday. Breakfast is buffet style with a large selection of cheese, meats, sweet pastries, eggs, salads, bread, cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit and Turkish dishes. Tea, coffee and juice. Great hotel set up on the hill with sea views and within a few minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of town and restaurants and bars. This is a family run hotel and the owners work tirelessly to keep everything in order. They are so helpful and friendly- nothing is too much trouble for them.

I stayed here 2 nights on an Intrepid tour. The room was okay although the air conditioner only had two settings: off and freezing. I turned the AC off but the room was too hot and stuffy to sleep so I opened a window and let the breeze and noise in. There is an unfenced pool at the front of the hotel near reception and the breakfast area – a drowning hazard for small kids.

I went there with a team of 15 hikers travelling on the Lycian Way via Dalahoo Agency. We stayed there only for 2 nights, and the hostess was one of the most delightful persons I have ever seen; I believe her name was "Aysan". The hotel was clean, with good access and beautiful view, and the hostess did everything she could to make us have a comfortable stay, and I would definitely suggest this hotel to everyone especially if this kind and lovable person is there to host you.

The hotel was extremely noisy; the sound of pipes was audible every time someone used the toilet or the shower. A dog on the property barked incessantly. The room did not resemble the pictures advertised, offering a view of a boiler room instead. It was so small that two people could barely move around. No food or drink was available outside of breakfast hours, which was very limited. Additionally, the internet connection was poor, and to top it off, there were ants in the bathroom.

We really liked this hotel--it was quiet and welcoming but close enough to everything so getting around was easy. Aysu, the owner, was lovely and helpful. The nearby beaches, Big Pebble and Small Pebble, were beautiful. The view is honestly breathtaking and the breakfasts were great. Totally recommend!
