I booked in May for a holiday in August. Due to red list situation, I had to cancel in July. Their policy allows full cancellation up to 10 days before check in but even if I chased 5+ times, they didn’t give my money back which is around £600. They are not trustworthy and reliable. First I thought that they had genuine reasons but now I agree with my fiend that they are really thieves which means “a person who steals another person's property” in the dictionary, which is exactly what they are doing: keeping/stealing my money/property without my permission. Especially their manager Ilker is a big time liar as he promised me on the phone that I will arrange the refund on Monday, then stopped answering my calls. The issue is not money, the issue is these type of behaviour in the tourism industry is damaging Turkey’s reputation. Btw, they did exactly the same thing to my dad. How low is stealing a 70 year old retired man’s money. Long story short, definitely DO NOT CONSIDER LA SALVIA IN KAŞ. We reported them to CİMER and Consumer Rights Court in Turkey. With kind regards. Note: I will be sharing this in all hotel booking sites so no one experiences any inconvenience.…
Stayed herr for 9 nights based on reviews on Trip Advisor I agree that the hotel could have looked like the pics years ago but the pool was a stinking mess. Half filled and a breeding ground for mozzies. There were no lights in the stairwells and both my husband and I tripped going downstairs. The hotel is not easily accessable from the main road as you have to walk down and climb up said hill to catch bus. Bathroom was tiny and getting in and out of shower required a lot of manipulation! It was also extremely grubby and the drain in shower was raised therefore a hazzard. Breakfast was the same every day and we gave up after day 4 - went into Kas for food. As I said we were there for 9 nights and I had to ask for the room to be cleaned twice and had to take outnown rubbish on one occassion. Whilst there my husband had to rehang the curtains on the first morning and had to reset the mozzie screens on their runners. The ONLY good thing about the hotel was that the bed was very comfortable. We paid the full amount in advance or would have moved on first day. We made the best of what we had as we know the area very well but if your plannis to spend time around the hotel and beach then you will be gravely disappointed.…
We spent a week in La Salvia which is located in peninsula. Hotel has an amazing location and view. Air conditioning works well; rooms, hotel clean and well-kept. Hotel has it is own car parking area (which is not common in here). 5 min walk (including stairs) needed to reach beach which has an amazing and clean water. Pet friendly hotel. Owner of the hotel Mr.Ilker and all staff are super kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is the best! Strongly recommend! See you next year!!! -also good spot for solo travellers-
I booked this hotel thinking it would be very peaceful Every morning at around 5.30am a cockerel woke us up with its incessant crowing. This is a hotel for goodness sake. Not a farm. The staff just shrugged their shoulders. They have no idea on how to run a hotel. Go somewhere else. If you want peace and quiet you won’t find it here. I will never go back
We stayed 3 nights at this relaxing hotel on the Kas Peninsula. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating including advising on tours and doing our washing (for no charge) Mustafa the chef prepared an excellent breakfast and also cooked good evening meals. The rooms are fairly small and cosy, but the pool and garden is where you spend your time. The private beach is a must visit where the bar serves up cold beer, great homemade lemonade and a very tasty meze platter
We only had one night here, which was an absolute shame. The beach is one of the best beaches I've swam in for the last 15 years (before the world became so commercial and all the beaches got ruined). Everyone displayed the typical Turkish hospitality but I won't detail everything, I'll let you see for yourself. I would have extended our stay but that was out of my hands. Super close to the City Centre and even though we had a car I did see a dolmus (local transport/buses) go past late at night so you can go back and forth from the city centre. A few people that were at the hotel come back every year so this shows that they too were impressed and continue to be impressed. I will definitely return.
We only ate at the restaurant but the staff was so nice and friendly! The food was cheap and good and the atmosphere was amazing. The staff was very open and welcoming and the location is great. The menu was only in turkey but that were very helpfull in translating. Their english was great. The food was mostly turkish.
We had a wonderful 1 week holiday. Super pet friendly , fantastic team and hotel. Even it is bed&breakfast they have a delicious kitchen for dinner too. We had grateful vacation there and strongly recommend.
The location of the hotel is anazing and they re serving an amazing breakfast. In general the hotel is very cosy and clean. But we had issue with the AC. I hope they repair it and everything would be perfect.
We spent five nights at LeaMira over the May half term. The grounds were fabulous and beautifully kept especially around the pool area where there was plenty of shade should you wish to escape the sun. Breakfast was always delicious sat outside enjoying the incredible views over the bay. They offer trekking, cycling, Pilates, Yoga and various other activities, for us we just wanted to relax quietly and LeaMira was perfect for that as the overall vibe was very laid back. The staff were all lovely, very friendly and helpful. I really cannot recommend this Hotel highly enough, it was a special place and we will definitely be returning.
