We would like to thank you for three amazing months! We fill ourselves in Mavi Kiyi Suits like at home. The best place with the best owner to have a great time in Kas. Good located, very cozy atmosphere. You will enjoy sunsets just sitting on the balcony! The kitchen is good equipped and all furniture is looked like a new.

I can say that this suite (I can mention here as "My Second Home") is one of my the most relaxed, hospitable and cleanest places that i have ever visited in my life. Mrs. Canan, the owner of my second home was taking care of me and my friends not only while we were staying, but also after staying there. Thank you Mrs. Canan for everything. The location of this please is very close to the city center (Kas, Antalya) and there is a market where you can buy lots of staff just at the end of a stair. Also, you can visit the best beaches of western Turkiye while you stay in there. Since you will spend your most relaxed days in there, most probably you will not visit any place :) All the rooms are air conditioned and even the weather is too hot , you will be sleeping peacefully. As a last, most of the rooms have kitchens inside. You can also cook whatever you want.…

Mavi Kıyı suites is placed in the city (Kaş) cente where you can reach to almost everywhere on foot. Despite the fact that it is in the city center its sincere design gives you the impression that you are in a silent suburban place and its magnificent sea view completes this feeling. Design of the rooms are so perfect that you can spend a month or only a couple days without any homesick feeling. Rooms make you feel home. Of course I must mention about the great couple who owns the place. Mrs. Canan and Mr. Yurdakul are more like someone from the family rather than the place owners. Their sincerity will make your holiday much better and happier. Stay in Mavi Kıyı Suites & enjoy Kaş... :)

How lucky we were to find the wonderful Mavi Kiyi apartments! From the very first minutes we were fascinated by the comfort, cleanliness and, of course, dear Canan! ❤ We immediately felt at home. It was like a pleasant visit to our own aunt, who always has some special magic at home. Each room is decorated with soul, has cute decor elements, beautiful dinnerware, carpets and of course a beautiful view of Kas and the sea) I would like to say a special thank you about the cleanliness of the rooms, everything was just perfectly clean, very good cleaning! This place is especially suitable for people who are neat and who love cleanliness, as well as a quiet calm atmosphere. Thank you for all 🙏 We are really looking forward to returning!))

My boyfriend and I rented an apartment here for one month in February 2021. The apartment was cleaned every week, quite, and well decorated. Perfect for working, studying or just chilling. The owners were extremely friendly, making us feeling like at home. The view from the windows and balcony was just what we were looking for, AMAZING!

The apartment is super clean, with all the amenities needed for your stay, and the best part is the spectacular view from the balcony! Actually you'll also have that view from the kitchen table and bedroom. The bed was very comfortable, AC worked fantastically, and the attention to details was really appreciated. The owner was super sweet and checked on us every day. A cleaning lady comes around every day to clean the place, although it was so clean, it really didn't need any. All in all, best place to stay in Kas, we'll definitely be back and I highly recommend it!

On arrival I was positive. It said in the terms on hotels.com that the breakfast was included, and the refrigerator was full of nice homemade stuff. However, there was no water on arrival which is unusual in Turkey, because you can´t drink the water. I arrived late and I was lucky to carry a bottle from the plane. I made the reservation through hotel.com and it was stated that there was daily breakfast and daily cleaning. I stayed for a week and the apartment was only cleaned twice during the week. There was a bread at arrival but after 3 days I asked if I could have bread since breakfast was included in the price. They got me the bread for 2 days and then no more bread. The service was not at all as expected. I was told by the owners that this is just the way it is but since I made the reservation at hotels.com and it was stated in the terms that there was daily room cleaning I really feel I did not get what I paid for. No hotel would serve 3 days old bread for the guests. Hotel has a nice location and the room was nice with a nice balcony and a Seaview. But price and standard does not match. I booked this hotel because of the services since I was there to do some work and I also think I paid extra for the services compared just to renting an apartment with no service. I paid more than 700 USD for 7 nights. It´s way too much for the standard compared to prices in general I Kas.…

Hello, First of all, Kaş's water resources are clean and you can easily drink water thanks to our hotel's water treatment system. Second, your room was swept every day. Some days due to your special belongings on your bed we did not enter your bedroom. I personally did it when you wanted extra cleaning. We give bread every day and you have throw in the trash all the bread for the first 2 days. When we think of the hungry people in this world, we didn't give you bread so you don't throw the bread in the trash. You might have asked. We also had to stay in the room renovation the next day because you threw toilet paper in the toilet and caused it to malfunction. Thank you for your nice comments. :)
