The choice of places to stay in Kas is overwhelming so we consider we struck very lucky when we chose the Kas Artemis Hotel.The hotel is situated on a very steep hill which was a challenge on foot at first , but it was literally only 10 minutes walk to the main square and close to the bus station. The room category we booked was unavailable for the first night but the hotel manager Cigdem could not apologise enough. Aysenur arranged for our luggage to be transferred the next day and we enjoyed complimentary drinks on our balcony while taking in the breathtaking views. The buffet breakfast was served to you behind a clear plastic screen and the staff were all very attentive.Unfortunately we could only stay 2 nights but we would definitely recommend this hotel. Bravo team Artemis!

It was one of the most magnificent hotels I stayed in Kaş. I was very pleased with both the staff, the service and the location and view. I can say that this is the hotel where I want to come again. This hotel is OK. It's not great but is acceptable for a short stay as was the case for my wife and me. I would not wish to stay here for a longer period of time. Nice welcome on arrival from the lady at reception. We paid extra for a sea room and were pleased with the view. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning quiet and effective. The breakfast is average. In this hotel you're required to pay extra for an omelette, something we haven't experienced at any other hotel. The choice of food at breakfast is the usual fayre and presented well. The big issue for me was that the hotel permits smoking in the restaurant area which means it is highly unpleasant for other diners when eating and being swamped by cigarette smoke. Smoking is also permitted in the rooms as evidenced by the ash trays available. This means there is a residual cigarette smoke smell in the hotel rooms. The decor is in need of modernisation and in our room a window seperates the bathroom from the bedroom. Water is leaking through the window and damaging the plaster.
So, in summary, an OK hotel for a very short stay if travelling through the country as we were. I don't recommend a longer stay here.

The hotel is well located in the town of Kas offering a beautiful view of the sea.
The room was very small and very little storage. We had to leave our suitcases on the ground to get our clothes. There was a very large bed. The room has not been cleaned. It seems the housekeeping staff said we put up a “do not disturb” sign. We were a group and no rooms were made up.
The bathroom was also very small. The bottles of shower products were not identified. The shower needs some love.
Air conditioning was good.
The wifi is poor. It is possible to access it without a password, but the signal was very weak. There was also the possibility of accessing it with a password: it was quick but when you could access it, it was very hard to gain access. .
We had two lunches. It was simple but good (with instant coffee only). The restaurant being on the 5th floor, there was a beautiful view of the surrounding area.

Our first stay in this hotel was 5 years ago, and the room, the service, the breakfast were all good. However, our experience has been getting poor and poor every year.
They are now using the left-overs from previous day's breakfast. The rooms are not quite clean, there is noise coming from the terrace where they serve the breakfast every morning. They are not supportive to offer you another room.
We will never book from this hotel again.

This was one three places we stayed in Kaş we enjoyed it very much
Just as every hotel in Kaş it’s on a steep hill. Which gives you spectacular views. Clean place very quiet, rooms are nice, staff is friendly . They have nice breakfast that has everything you need (open bar type). You can also order a la cart.
