My wife and I loved the Mandalina! We stayed in the Gallery Suite - Sea View, which does not have a private pool but it is at the top of the property so you don't have that many steps to climb. The 2-level suite has plenty of room and an amazing view!

The best tip is on finding the place as the sign at the turnoff takes you down a very steep hill. As you near the bottom you turn at the first left, the Mandalina is on the right about 100meters, look for wooden door along the wall on the right. We drove by it then saw the sign in our rear view mirror.

The staff was amazing, at check-in, at the restaurant, and for room service at breakfast.

There is a pool down near the restaurant in case the waves are too high for a sea swim, plus a shallow water area to sit and drink some cool drinks while watching ocean view.

We would love to stay there again

The hotel is in a fantastic location.
It is built on the top of a promontory that descends to the sea with a staircase
All the rooms are in front of the sea and most of them have a swimming pool.
Our room was one of the best, close to the bar/restaurant, confortable and with a fantastic Seaview and a small private patio.
The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful allowing us to have some wonderful moments. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were absolutely delicious with excellent quality.
In short, if you are looking for a quiet place away from noise of kas and other. similar, locations Mandalina is the place for you! We loved it, we will be back very soon.
A very special thank you all Mandalina Staff.

Returned from a week's stay at the Mandalina Suites relaxed and with great memories.

The hotel has a prominent position at the end of the peninsula with far reaching views across to both the mainland and islands. The rooms and their setting were very well laid out and designed to maximise the views. We ate at the hotel every morning and then sporadically throughout the week during lunch and dinner. Every meal was a pleasure aided by some great service.

Well done Mandalina!

We went for our honeymoon to Mandalina Suites and we didnt have a great time.

There wasnt any one to greet us at the entrance and our check in. We were supposed to go for a welcome drink and the bartender is the person with the worst attitude I have ever seen. He had a bad attitude, a bad mood and was always replying to us very harsh.

A hotel is more than a place to sleep, a hotel is a place that helps you remember special moments and a place that creates an experience for the guest an ours was not at all what we expected.

Our bathroom had a problem and our room was full of water (we discovered this since the first day) our second day was a nightmare, not able to use our shower ands toilet for 5 hours. The staff wasnt really great with us

They mistake the order many times to our room , we ordered 2 pastas they brought 3, we ordered parmesan cheese and they brought parmesan chicken.

Yet, the breakfast and the people that serve there are really friendly and nice. The food is perfect is reallly good.

Sadly we will never come back.

The view and rooms are great. The sea is entered from the cliffs, but it is very clean. When entering the hotel, everything was fine, except for a hard drive downhill and a bit of old loincloths.

Staff are friendly. The sunset 's are great ,you should experience grilled fish and wine at sunset time. And if you like sweet ,pls give a chance to fried icecream

I went with a friend but the hotel is too much romantic and better for couples :)

First Day of honeymoon, (Night after 1000 km car trip), water flooded the room. It took 1 hours to clean up by the one guy.
Air conditioning is very poor in the room. We had trouble sleeping at nights. We said several times. No any other solution is provided.
Snack Bar (There is one restaurant included bar and whatever name is) closes at 22:30 PM.

Only good things are good people. Mr. Yuksel, Mr. Batuhan. Father and son. They were very polite to us and they helped to forget everything. Also silence.. It was only good thing.

No any "special" things for the honeymoon couples, including greetings to hotel. Just anything.

Price is overrated in my opinion. Not Mandalina "Luxury" Suites, it should be Mandalina Suites. It is only our opinion.

Think twice.

The hotel is on a very steep hill. The rooms are large, elegant, with a magnificent view. The bathroom is great ( and you can enjoy a bath with a view). The hotel has a swimming pool (for those without pool in the room) and a sea access (swimmable or not depending on the wind). The staff is excellent and friendly. The restaurant of the hotel is extremely tasty. The breakfast is very good.

All in all, a charming and beautiful place for a very enjoyable stay.

It was a hotel with a view that fascinated people. It was a place that fascinated people even more when they saw it with their own eyes, as opposed to the photos on the internet. The already legendary sunset hotel confuses people with the multitude of room options. We stayed in the Ginger room. It had a jacuzzi both inside and outside the room. The room was located throughout. It was very impressive with a sea view. The size of the room was sufficient, but the cleanliness and furnishings could have been a little better. Although the hotel does not have a parking lot, you can find a place on the road. The employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel had its own sunbeds downstairs and the sea was very beautiful. The stairs near the pier were beautiful. It was rickety and broken. The hotel also had a communal swimming pool. The breakfast was an open buffet and was sufficient and the flavors were standard. We ordered fish at the restaurant during our stay and it was delicious. I cannot say the same for fast foods, they could be improved in terms of taste.

The breakfast was very limited; despite paying an arm and a leg you're limited to 1 omelette and 1 pancake and that was the only option for hot food.

The wifi only worked 40% of our time there.

I have a dog allergy and fear which was entirely disrespected, laughed at and mocked by the staff and owners. They refused to respect my wellbeing and had 2 dogs roaming around unleashed during breakfast. I was very unimpressed by the lack of sympathy and consideration.

It's a very new property evidently being run by people with little to no customer experience so there's a lot to be improved although it has a beautiful location and lovely rooms.

Something to be aware of is the mass amount of stairs on the property which was not a problem for us but might be for some.

This hotel absolutely did not live up to my expectations - there's hardly anything "luxury" about it. It is true that rooms are generally spacious with a perfect view over the sea. But many other hotels in Turkey have similar impressive views as well.

The problem is it's very poor in terms of service and facilities compared to other boutique hotels that charge similar daily rates. Let me give a few examples. i) The rooms do not have any coffee machines (only a kettle and instant coffee)/irons (or even a table in its balcony) and they have ikea furniture (wardrobe). Not to mention that they do not even offer a complimentary bottle of water. ii) The service throughout the hotel is extremely poor. There's one person who's working at the reception between 9am-5pm (if she feels like showing up on time). There's no service offered to the small beach area or pools. You have to run literally after everyone - even the service at all-inclusive hotels is better. My luggages were not even carried to our cars. iii) the facilities are either dirty or in a terrible condition. The bath tub in front of our room was falling apart, and was extremely dirty - of course those photos online are probably dating a muckiest earlier time.

All in all, this hotel is very good at marketing itself with having splendid photos online, but once you go, you are really disappointed - as it looks like that a set of summer houses are transformed into a boutique hotel. So be careful!.

Hi, Yes, the private pools suites are completely secluded including the pool and terrace areas. The owners of the hotel are wonderful and there were guests with similar requests during our visit. The far side villas are the most secluded as there are no foot guests that pass nearby, so request one of these. The near side are also secluded but you have a guest path out of the hotel, they can't see into the villas, but I think the far side would be a more comfortable and restful option for you. I hope this helps. Sam
