An amazing little gem. Near to a beach club; spotlessly clean; well designed spacious rooms and beautiful tiled bathrooms; lovely breakfast. Real value for money. And most of all incredibly welcoming and helpful staff

We just returned from a 11 night stay at Payam and loved it. It was exactly what we were looking for, a small intimate hotel that was clean and perfectly located. The hotel is perfectly located up a steep hill close enough to the main centre of town and harbour but far enough for you to enjoy the tranquility of Kas. We had a comfort room as we booked late and they ran out of family rooms. 4 of us shared a room with one large double bed, a fold out bed and a sofa bed. It was a little cramped and had limited storage space for all our cases and clothes but we only stayed in the room to sleep so weren’t too fussed. Rooms were cleaned to exceptional standards daily. Slippers and bathroom amenities are supplied if required. We also had a mini bar stocked with lemonade and water. Beds were super comfy. Aircon was powerful and very much needed as it was hot hot hot whilst we were out there. Bathroom included a rain shower and flexible hand held shower head too with great pressure. Breakfast was nice with a good spread laid out, including, filter coffees, Turkish tea/coffee, juices and cooked to order eggs. Highly recommend the omelettes. The pool was excellent for the kids and perfect to cool down. It’s surrounded by lemon, fig and olive trees. Absolutely beautiful. Staff were friendly, everyone from the house keeping team to the restaurant teams at breakfast and reception team. Emily was a star and answered all our questions prior to arrival, organised our transfers, a massage and a boat trip. Nothing was too much trouble. We would return in a flash given the chance as this hotel was fantastic.

We stayed at the Payam for two nights during our holiday and we were really sad to leave - it was far and above the best hotel out of the four we stayed in! The hotel itself is over four buildings in a little cul-de-sac street with a beautiful garden with amazing views and a pool. The staff are lovely, everyone was more than happy to go the extra mile for us. We asked reception if they had a corkscrew we could use and wine glasses and ice were brought for us as well. Breakfast is an enormous Turkish style buffet which changes every day, they will also freshly cook your choice of eggs. There are also just nice little touches that make staying here just that bit better. At reception there is a water filter where you can fill bottles. There is also a cooler with water ice and lemon slices so you can help yourself to a cold drink. They have towels at reception you can take to the pool or out with you if you are going on a trip. In the room you have a small fridge that is also stocked with some drinks. The rooms are lovely, clean, well maintained and modern. Good shower, beautiful tiles in the bathroom and nice toiletries supplied. We were really sad to leave and are already planning to come back next year - Kas was the highlight of our trip. Gorgeous town with streets filled with bougenvillea, lovely small shops with interesting things to buy and more places to eat and drink than you would ever need.

I stayed here with my family for one week and even though I’ve only been home for two days I can’t wait to go back. The rooms were super clean and spacious, the view was breathtaking and we got all we needed in the rooms. The breakfast was superb, both international and turkish. The breakfast staff was also so kind and welcoming. The only thing I missed was some fresh juice. All the staff was so service minded and helpful. Cleaning staff, breakfast staff and the receptionist. Also very nice hotel area, we really enjoyed eating breakfast outside with the view over the water. Will absolutely stay here if I visit Kaş again!

I have just booked a room for next year , direct with Payam for a great price! I would like to say how easy it was and Emily answered my questions quickly and Efficiently which made me feel very comfortable, so thank you Emily and I am looking forward to seeing you next year. If the rest of the hotel lives up to Emily’s service then it will be fab!

This is an absolute gem of a hotel in a quiet cul-de-sac but within easy walking distance of the the main shopping area , bars and restaurants. All the staff were friendly and helpful and gave an excellent service. Emily helped arrange two trips for us which were great value and we weren't in large groups, and she was always incredibly helpful. Hassan the night manager was also helpful and friendly especially when we arrived from the UK at 4.00 in the morning! Our rooms were spacious and very well maintained with one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in anywhere in the world. The bathroom had a spa bath plus huge walk-in shower. Lots of breakfast options and the breakfast area had fabulous sea views in a lovely garden. We honestly could not fault it and would happily stay there again.

Great staff, all the people staying at the hotel had stories about the members of staff who had gone above and beyond what you normally expect. Nothing was too much trouble. I have nothing bad at all to say about the Payam Hotel, except the short walk back from the town is a bit steep, but then if it wasn't you wouldn't have such good views over the sea whilst having breakfast. The room was great spacious and modern with a descent sized balcony. Even the fridge in the room was full of free soft drinks which were replaced daily. A special mention goes to Emily who saved us when my phone went missing and did our online check in and printed our boarding passes and chased our transfer company to make sure they arrived in good time.

We finally got to Payam for our 2nd stay after a couple of cancellations because of Covid. This stay was even better than the first! Excellent communication beforehand with Emily and Isil. Lovely friendly welcome from Emily on reception on our arrival. Large comfortable room with very comfy bed ( we had a suite with jacuzzi bath) Breakfast was so fresh and tasty with a wonderful selection, overseen by Abdullah who was so friendly and explained some of the dishes to us. It was lovely to sit in the garden overlooking the sea whilst having breakfast, and look at the antics of the adorable cats and kittens. Hotel is in an excellent position only 5 minutes walk away from town but nice and quiet (the mosque is nearby but the early morning call to prayer didn’t disturb us) Great coffee shop a couple of minutes away - Linckia - check it out. Have already recommended the Payam to friends and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Kas

Amazing hotel! The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. They arranged us a paragliding session in Fethiye, it was great! The hotel is not so far from the Antiphellos Theatre and the beach. It's also close to the center which is very benefitial if you want to find some restaraunts or shops to see. The food served for breakfast is delicious. The rooms are very tidy and cozy. The personal are friendly. We'll be glad to come here again!

We have stayed in a couple of hotels in Kas before. Payam was above and beyond our expectations. Our room was large and comfortable including a whirlpool bath for two and a balcony with a beautiful view out to sea. Close to the town centre but quiet. We wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.
