Everything was ok, in my opinion one of the best place to go in holiday with the family.
Everything is inclused in the price so you can eat how you want, during the dinner you have also the possibility to take grilled meat and fish.
During the day they organize some games in the pool where you can spend time with the other guests.

I have stayed in Altis from June 27- July 3rd with my family. We had three rooms just like we did last year. I am shocked by reading some of the comments here. At my both stays, I have never experienced any problem about cleaning. They have very big rooms ( old furnitures but quality is very good. In fact, I like nostalgia so I dont mind old fashioned hotel rooms) and they are perfectly cleaned every day. Staff is lovely. Family pool with slides is enjoyable. It can be bigger but it is fine. Men’s pool is very large. Food tastes good and it is more than enough. For the money you pay, you get enough food in good taste and quality. I have been to fancier conservative hotels. They are too expensive, too crowded, and there are too much food. I dont unserstand people’s concern about food. Food is more than enough, and it is everywhere. It was never an issue for us. Anyway, what is unique about this hotel is its nature. All those trees, plants, flowers…You cannot find it anywhere else . There is so much space, ambiance is lovely, peaceful. It is not just a bare hotel building. It is not burning hot. It has a lovely breeze because of all the woods in the hotel. And the sea… The hotel has this very long beach. It is never crowded. The sand and the water is perfect. You can swim watching wonderful scenery of the forest and the mountains. Water is so clear that you can see the little fish swimming in the sea. I have just arived back at my home in Ankara and already missed it:( I hope to go there next year, too. I love it❤️

The hotel rooms have the best view and spaciousness in Belek due to the location of the hotel. The wide grove in the hotel beautifies the landscape and brings together the wooded landscapes and the sea.
In terms of food, it has fresh and delicious food, variety of food and service is very nice. In terms of the beach, it has wide and spaced and comfortable sun loungers, and the hotel has the largest area on the beach of Belek. Its pier allows you to swim and sunbathe very comfortably. It is possible to find sweets and drinks in the hotel during the day. The service areas placed at regular intervals beachside allow you to meet your beverage, food, and sink needs without getting tired. In addition, the hotel has an ideal aquapark for children, and animations for children throughout the evening offer a very enjoyable holiday for children.

The worst hotel that I have ever been to. I have no idea how the other customers have given this hotel 5 stars. We booked 2 interlinked rooms (we have 3 children under 10 so we needed this) with forest view for which we payed extra for, however upon arrival at this hotel the lady at the desk gave us rooms far away from each other. We showed her all our booking evidence despite this she said that interlinked rooms were unavailable. After pleading with her for 2 hours and explaining that my children can't be in rooms far from us she agreed "to check" and miraculously there were interlinked rooms available and suddenly they were more expensive by £50 for each day each. We were desperate to we paid. When we got our rooms it was a horror show, nothing like what they have advertised on all the websites, the rooms were dark dingy and brown, there were no kettles, or duvet, the sockets were wobbly and hazardous, the lights made buzzing noises, and the Aircon belonged in the 1990s. When we asked for blankets we were given bed sheets.
Those who have small children and babies know the importance of a kettle to sterilise bottles and baby food bowls, to do this I had to go downstairs to the coffee canteen and explain to the boy working there to wash out my baby bottles with boiling water, I had to do this 3/4 times a day because there were no kettles in the rooms.
The staff have no sense of hospitality as they were always scowling, and at the buffet they used to turn the lights off 30 minutes before the end of every meal time, leaving guess to eat in darkness. And at night time the entire hotel lights are switched off, leaving the place feeling like a haunted house.
The only thing nice about this hotel is the nature outside, that's it.

Not an awful hotel not an amazing hotel somewhere in-between!!
If you are comparing this hotel to some of the other Halal Resorts in Alanya like Wome or Adenya then this would be a distant 3rd in terms of quality of facilities and food. However we went for 10 nights at the end of May early June and Altis was £800 cheaper than the other more blingy Halal resorts so certainly value for money.
In terms of positives a brilliant natural beach infact i would say the best beach we have been to from all other Halal Resorts. We'll kept grounds very clean, and we had a large family room with plenty of space and sea views.
Room for improvement, the family pool area is small has a few nice slides for the kids (and grown ups) but very small pool area. The mens pool is nice but in my opinion too big and could have used this space as a family area. Food is OK but very limited in choice and no ice creams and the cafe area was nice but only served limited drinks no cakes or moctails.
One thing that was a big frustration was the way the lifeguards managed the pool and slide area very strict and inconsistent!!! It felt like from day to day they were making the rules up in terms of age limit to use certain pools and slides. One day they wouldn’t let the kids play with inflatables in the pool ànd then the next day it was OK, my older 2 who are strong swimmers had been in the adult pool every day then on day 8 told they were to young to go in!! Think they need reminding kids are on the resort to have fun and all the rules are a little over the top!!
In summary a decent hotel however if the price you are paying is comparable to the other large Halal resorts in Alanya (Wome, Seldge, Adenya) I wouldn't chooses this place.

Absolutely outstanding resort. Right from the moment you walk in, the super friendly staff at the reception, especially Hacer and Suraya (sorry if I spelt your name wrong!), make you feel welcome. I had a huge connecting room with seaview and a balcony. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Food was plentiful and available throughout the day. Private areas for women and men for swimming and sunbathing. Just an awsome experience, I would recommend this for your families without any hesitation.

We came for 3 days, but then extended for a long time. The hotel has a large park area, good location, conservative concept. The staff did everything to make our stay comfortable. I liked the Entertaiment Team that invites everyone to great games every day. Thanks to Murathan, Muharrem, Yusuf and others, unfortunately I don't know all the names. Great thanks to Mustafa, he knows many languages and offers the best options for SPA. We were always welcome at the restaurant, especially thanks to Izzettin, Gaffar and Aysin. Also thanks to security officer Adem. We would like to return to this hotel. Special thanks to the sales department personally Seida, Nilsan for making the best deals on the price.

We went here because of its halal and 5 star label, we were disappointed.
- Half of the staff has tattoos, none of the staff speaks english.
- The pool for men is swarming with women, half the pools are not filled or not working.
- So called shopping mall minder construction just like the indoor pools.
- No hair dresser on premise and shops indoor do not display proces not even in the market
- Beach is mixed for men and women, and women and men from other hotels in very revealing bathing clothes walk by non stop
- Reception is poor, no explanation of what is where no handing out of leaflets to understand schedules.
- Mosque has no friday prayer, prayer times were from a year ago from the wrong month and the clock doesnt work. Almost always empty.
- Women walk around in short dresses and men in shorts way above the knee with armless shirts.
- Animation contains english songs that refers to adult acts, and is used tot children Animation (they have no clue at what is being sung)
Worst of all a child passed away in the stemming pool. No supervision from the lifeguards.
During my third day I got food poisioning
Also the owner of the hotel has reserved tables in a central location in the restaurant and is treated like the emperor himself even on the day the kid died. And he looked very happy. Also very enjoyable watching servers and managers running around with walkie talkies.
My recommendation:
Stay away, yes surrounding amd beach are beautiful but thats it. hotel outdated, quality of staff no english and tatted up, facilities not according to description and mag je 3 star, safety and islam are not important and prioritized below the making of money.

I went there last summer. The swimmimg pool for man and ladies is separated so your privacy is guaranteed. But if you want to go to the beach you can’t wear bikini, the security will say you that its forbitten.
