I would not recommend this hotel.The staff were rude and very unhelpful. The food and drinks was OK but drinks usually was served in plastic cups. The lobby was too warm, if you want Wi-Fi or safety box that is not free.

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The food was good, delicious, there were options you can choose from - salads, side dishes, main dishes, desserts. Free water bottles everyday. There was an entertainment team which did their best as well! The staff was young -20-25 years. Helpful as well!
If you want to get something, you’ll have to know Russian, almost no one there speaks good English. The staff at the reception was a bit rude. When we asked for our towels to be changed they said ‘oh, no it’s too soon’ (we have been there for 4 days already). Other than that pretty good experience.

Good: amazing food, lots of cheese types, vegetables and meat. Sweets and cakes... Plenty of them, all very good. Nice and clean rooms, Nice area for Kids and pool.
Rico from entartainment team was fabulos! Games everyday, and he make sure that everyone was happy. He deserved a 10 stars!
Bad: you have to pay extra for wifi în rooms and for safe. 95% from staff doesn't speak english, but on a bright side, they are trying their Best to understand and make you happy.

Just a very bad and shabby hotel, stay away if you don't want to ruin your holiday.
I just wonder how such a hotel could get a 5 star in a title? That's 2+ as a maximum.
Very poor rooms, noisy, crowds of drunk guests shouting weird songs, cheap alcohol served in plastic cups...Brrr it was like a horror movie from the 80s.

First of all the the receptionist gave us a standard room instead of family room. We realized this after the check in and after we moved all our staff. We went to the reception and they change the room with a proper one but ups the air conditioner did not work. When I went again to the reception desk the solution was to change the room again. I explained to them that was not a good solution to move to one room to another every 5 minutes and finally sent an electrician to solve the air conditioner problem.
This hotel is a bad joke, the pool bar near the beach is open 3 hours per day, nothing near the beach... At The gym none of the Machines work ,they are out of service or broken. The cleaning ... oh my God... the lady didn t change the towels because she considerd that the towels were not dirty by her gesture ( she didn t knew english) and gave me a recipient to put soap in the box after she cleaned up the room. The food till now is fine but we are only in our second day here... who knows what else will happen?

It's a good hotel. It's worth the money. The rooms are neat and clean. Large selection of food (always hot and tasty). The hotel has paid recreation services such as spa, hairdresser, billiard room and hookah. I want to note the first-class work of the animators. Animators will always answer any question and help solve the problem. Various activities and entertainment evening programs are held daily. I convey "hello" and express my gratitude to the animators Alexandra, Arina, Murat, Delara, cheerful girls from Poland and a cool DJ.

Concordia Celes is a 5 star hotel, easy to reach every where within the hotel.It is seafront hotel and has got parking facility. Beach is nice and food served on the beach bar. We has choosen All inclusive option. Variety of foods served were everyday most of the times. According to price and quality wise it was OK. There must be more luxury options avaliable in Alanya/Antalya Region but we were happy for the service and price balance. Remzi Bey from Customer Relations was great to solve a few problem we faced. Mrs Saadet from House cleaning and Pideci Baki were great. The service and animations were moderate. But being seafront was great.

We stayed for eight days in Concordia Celes in this very nice hotel complex, we were very pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of Mrs. Yana and Mr. Remzi and many others. We definitely want to go on vacation there again next year. I was very fascinated to have had so much fun with it for so little money. Keep it up Concordia Celes!
