I don't understand the bad reviews...I think it really depends on your own behavior, but we had a wonderful holiday...Good hotel with delicious food and the best staff you can have! Always friendly and a smile on their faces and nothing is too much for them.. Hard workers and very hospitable.. Never seen where employers eat together at the table with their staff.. So homely and heart-warming... It seemed like one big loving family how everyone treats each other and customers in a loving and pleasant way... Never experienced this before here in the Netherlands or anywhere else... We have a wonderful feeling about it... Thank you for everything, we felt very safe and welcome... Go Keep it up and don't be demotivated by the bad reviews that are incorrect! I was there from September 7 to 14 with my daughter. Of course there were minor defects, but they were not so disruptive that you could not have a nice holiday and for the amount you pay there it is a great hotel. I think that some people should leave their conceit at home and be a little kinder themselves. I have seen 'holidaymakers' who simply showed disgusting behavior, especially towards the staff. My tip: Celebrate your holiday as it should be and pay attention to your behavior instead of complaining about anything and everything and behave how you treat yourself instead of stingy and antisocial... Went for the weekend with friends! Food was very basic especially at breakfast time. It says all inclusive drinks but you have to pay for the good stuff like cocktails. The staff were lovely, they OVERLY compensated when it came to any error and made us feel welcomed and at home too! Very small but homely hotel, we felt safe! Overall good holiday you get what you pay for!

Very bad experience, I never saw such a hotel,dirty, the smelt is enormous, the personel is unpolite, thr food is very very bad.For every service you have to pay extra. Full of Russian people all the day on alcohol, too many managers walking around. Don't waste you money to come at this place, I became very sick , and went away.

Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der Bewertungen hier gebucht, die nicht schlecht zu sein scheinen. Bitte, bitte lasst euch nicht trügen!!! Bitte nehme 100/200€ mehr in Kauf und bucht ein anderes Hotel. Zu den positiven Sachen: - kalter Pool - abends guter DJ - Manager ist sehr zugänglich und verständnisvoll - Strandnah Nun zu den wichtigeren Dingen: - kleiner Pool, mit wenig liegen, viele bekommen am Mittag keine Liegen mehr, man muss die bereits MORGENS UM 7 reservieren - SCHLECHTES Essen, alles ist sehr fade, es ist immer das gleiche , wenig Abwechslung Das Buffett ist so schnell leer und wird nicht wieder befüllt - Personal ist super unmotiviert, bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen - die duschen halten keine Temperatur, es wechselt zwischen kalt und warm - Meerblick = Blick auf ein leerstehendes Abrisshotel - all inclusive = extra zahlen für: Handtücher, Cocktails, wlan, anderen Alkohol - kein Wechselgeld an der Rezeption, wenn man für die extra Leistungen zahlen soll - Rezeption hat andauernd Probleme mit der Verbindung und demnach haben wir nach Ankunft 1 Tag ohne Internet verbringen müssen - Toilettenpapier kriegt man erst nach Anfrage , gleiche gilt für Handtücher Bitte , bitte bucht ein anderes Hotel ! Отдыхали с подругой в данном отеле в конце августа 2023 года. Первое и самое главное, что нужно понимать, это не четыре звезды, а только ТРИ! Напишу основные минусы и плюсы: 1. Персонал в большинстве своём не разговаривает на русском языке и даже не пытается общаться интуитивно, используя переводчик или банально объясняя что-то жестами. Это отталкивает, потому что это все-таки Турция, туристов русских много, мне не требовалось знание языка, просто хотелось чуть больше приветливости от персонала. Также хочется отметить, что мы приехали в отель после обеда, а выезжали до ужина, но какой-то бокс для гостей отеля с едой или перекус не предусматривается. Подходили к персоналу с этим вопросом, но нам так и сказали, что кормить не будут. Однозначно минус. 2. Кухня просто отвратительная. Последние три дня пришлось ходить в ресторан рядом с отелем и питаться там, потому что есть еду в этой столовой было просто невозможно. Из мясного только курица, сосиски и колбаса. Колбаса и сосиски самые дешёвые, которые только можно вообразить, которые по вкусу напоминают что-то соевое. Рыба была только один раз, которые почему-то подавали горелой. Самое основное блюдо утром, днем и вечером - это макароны с какой-то подливой и картошкой фри. Фрукты только арбуз, бананы, дыня, яблоки. Кухня очень однообразная, каждый день одни и те же блюда. Единственное, что было вкусно - это сладости, их было много, в основном этим и питались. Если кто-то читает этот отзыв сейчас, поверьте, еда действительно была ужасной, с этим вкусом бесконечной столовки, где в одних и тех же баках лежит годами одна и та же еда. 3. Диджей. Складывалось ощущение, что возле бассейна 24/7 играла одна и та же музыка из плейлиста "забытые песни 2013 года", барабарабере, носаноса и тому подобное. Ни одного современного хита, музыка шла по кругу каждые минут 20, в какой-то момент уже просто невозможно было находиться возле бара на улице и слушать одни и те же песни, как в дне Сурка. 4. Развлечения. Уровень развлечений отеля - школьные мероприятия. Танец живота, какие-то местные танцоры - все было очень плохо, даже добавить нечего. 5. У отеля нет своего пляжа, ценник за шезлонги и зонтики очень высокий. 200 лир (730 рублей) стоит взять шезлонг и зонтик на одного человека на один день. 6. ОЧЕНЬ БОЛЬШОЙ МИНУС. В воде очень много камней, даже есть булыжники с половину роста, в которые можно легко врезаться. Порезали с подругой себе все колени и пальцы ног до крови, потому что иногда были сильные волны, которыми нас подхватывало и буквально било об камни. Иногда можно было просто заплыть в то место, где большое скопление камней и изрезаться там. Большую часть времени было действительно страшно купаться. В целом, минусов очень много, написала самые основные. Номера убирали каждый день, но уборка чисто для вида, потому что возле шкафов и дверей было огромное скопление пыли, которое можно было в руку собрать. Номера обычные, душ, туалет, биде, кондиционер. Много разных туристов, немцы, американцы, испанцы, поляки, турки, русские. Напитки в баре были были бесплатными, но важно понимать, что это самое дешёвое вино и самая дешёвая водка. Теперь из плюсов: 1. Холл отеля выглядит красиво. 2. До пляжа идти секунд 30 через подземный переход. На этом все. Данный отель никому не рекомендую! …

THE HOTEL WAS IMMACULATELY CLEAN IN EVERY AREA. ADDITIONAL CHARGES, SUCH AS ACCESS TO WIFI, THE ROOM SAFE AND FOR BEACH TOWELS WERE RIDICULOUS. ON AN ALL-INCLUSIVE THE FOOD AND DRINKS AVAILABLE WERE THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. SELECTION POOR TO SAY THE LEAST. NO COCKTAILS ON THE BAR (A SEPARATE BAR AT THE FRONT WHICH I LATER DISCOVERED WAS PART OF THE HOTEL GROUP) SERVED COCKTAILS AND FOOD.

positive: tasty food, interesting evening shows, underground passage to the beach, close to the street with shops, friendly service at the bar and restaurant negative: the rooms were neglected, something was breaking all the time, for 3 days we asked for the room to be cleaned 8 times in total, no one came, the manager tried to tell us that it was our fault, finally it turned out that the cleaning lady don’t have working card and no one from the service after repeated didn't come to check and solve the problem, the underground passage to the beach was flooded with sewage and you had to walk over stacked blocks, the swimming pool was neglected

Pro: + abendliche Animation + schneller Zugang zum Strand + gute Lage des Hotels + Klimaanlage lief super + Kellner haben ihren Job gut gemacht + Pool ist gut abgekühlt + Supermarkt nebenan Kontra: - Essen fast immer das Gleiche und wenig Auswahl (Buffet sehr klein) - keine eigenen Strandliegen am Meer und man muss bezahlen (4€ pro Tag) - teilweise unfreundliche Mitarbeiter in der Lobby - Wasser fiel für einen Tag aus, sodass man nicht duschen, nicht aufs Klo gehen konnte und keine Hände waschen konnte - WLAN nicht kostenfrei 2€ pro Tag - sehr unhygienisch da ich eine bakterielle Darminfektion geholt habe und andere Hotelgäste habe auch Darmprobleme gehabt - Zimmerservice reinigte 3 Tage lang unser Zimmer nicht, sodass wir jedes Mal nach Klopapier und frische Handtücher nachfragen musste - Cocktails sind nicht All Inclusive - Musikanlage am Pool immer bis 23 Uhr auf voller Lautstärke - Tunnel zum Strand immer mit dreckiger Pfütze - Verkäufer von Massagen im Hotel. belästigte die Leute, obwohl sie es verneint haben Fazit: Das schlechteste Hotel was ich jemals war in meinem Leben und ist definitiv nicht weiterzuempfehlen. Отдыхали с подругой в этом отеле 8 дней, мало, не хватило) Для отеля данной категории всё прекрасно, пляж через дорогу, есть подземный переход, своего пляжа нет, но меня это никак не беспокоит, можно лежать на полотенце, либо взять в аренду шезлонг и зонт, песок очень приятный, заход в море пологий, водорослей нет, вода прозрачная, к слову была в 3 минутах ходьбы на пляже от другого отеля - там плавать не возможно, много мусора от водорослей и народу. Номера комфортные, красивые, чистые, убирают каждый день, полотенца меняют, кондиционер исправный. Питание и напитки - всё очень вкусно!!!! Каждый вечер шоу-программа, дискотека. Вежливый, внимательный персонал, приятные руководители отеля! Всегда встречают в ресторане гостей. Я довольна и с удовольствием вернусь)

I want to start with the fact that, according to the hotel, the water in the room is replenished 2x1.5 l daily, but we found it only on the first day and on the penultimate day it was replenished. Water was running through the bottom of the shower. The sink faucet is difficult to operate. The water runs warm and immediately cold, changing every couple of seconds. Maids do not normally clean a room without a tip. The hotel food is not tasty, the salad is always the same. There was some kind of steak, only it was more like toast. Wifi 2 euros per day. No free Wifi in a hotel "All included". Portions of local cocktails in the hotel are super small. My friend and I started having diarrhea from food on the 2nd day. I had to go to a local pharmacy for medicine. The staff is nice, as is the reception. The pool is maintained. Common areas are clean. We loved every show every night. As Europeans, we have a big disadvantage for Russian music, dj's. Is there no turkish or english music?…
