We just had the most amazing stay at Twin Palms. As this was for our wedding, just down the road, they hosted about 40 of our guests and they were faultless. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury hotel in Phuket out of the hustle and bustle of Patong. Our butler, Bank went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We stayed in the Duplex Loft, however most of our guests stayed in pool side suites. We hope to be back for an anniversary sometime. Don’t look elsewhere, this hotel is amazing.

Twin Palms is the most stunning hotel. We had a Palm Premium room on the ground floor with a small terrace, with lounge chairs / sofa and only a few steps to the pool, which was absolutely beautiful. The grounds are immaculate, being swept of leaves every morning and there are always enough sun beds. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, catering for all nationalities, hot food, cold food and lots of fresh fruit. The restaurant staff were really lovely and helpful. Our Palm Premium room was huge, with everything you need and bottles of fresh water was left daily. As for the bed; the most comfortable bed and bedding I've had in any hotel. Between 3:00 - 4:00 every afternoon there was complimentary exotic fresh fruit available around the pool. Shortly afterwards a Thai musician would arrive to play traditional Thai music. It was beautiful. Surin Beach is only a 2 minute walk and it's stunning with street vendors along the back of the beach. You can grab a drink or some street food and sit on the beach under the palm trees. Our only disappointment was the reception staff. Although we were made to feel very welcome on arrival, with a fresh drink, cold towel and wrist floral garland (I think called a Malai), we felt that there was very little interaction from them for the remainder of our stay. We felt that they kept their heads down and only looked up if you said Hello first. On one occasion particularly, we came back from a long day out and there were 5 staff on reception, not one of them looked up and acknowledged our return. Just small gestures that make you feel like a valued, welcome guest. This didn't have any affect on our holiday and we would still go back to the Twin Palms but something that I think should be addressed. Outstanding boutique hotel. 5 stars all around! Our experience here was wonderful for our 20 year anniversary. We will definitely book here again and I will highly recommend this hotel. Staff was so attentive. Attention detail was on point, down to the greeting, food, room accommodations, pool area, knowing us by our first names. Lots of food options, and off site beach clubs/restaurants. Shuttle service. Beautiful rooms with swim up pool options. Grounds are all kept. Lots of friendly staff.

Excellent resort. This was our 7th trip to Twin Palms in 14 years and service has never changed impeccable staff. They go out of their way to be of assistance. I have a list of people to thank for our wonderful stay We originally went when Catch and Bimi were at Surin beach but management have had to move their beach clubs to Bang Tao. They’ve done a great job re setting up the beach clubs It’s a short free hourly shuttle bus ride to their other resort which has Shimmer restaurant on the beach and also a short ride to Catch and Lazy Coconut. Our house keeper was excellent efficient and very clean. Anything we required was instantly attended to by either housekeeping or front desk. Reception staff excellent in every way. All the breakfast, pool bar and restaurant staff above normal. Extremely well trained and management to be commended. It’s a long trip from Melbourne Australia but well worth it. From the moment the Twin Palms driver collected us we were so well looked after. We have dietary issues and Chef accomodated us with whatever we needed. He is the best Some great services. The gym newly fitted out, the pool, so relaxing, the boat trip, the rooms freshly renovated, the food,staff. All wonderful Management, staff all should have a pay rise!!
