Good location with large parking space. Not really new building but seem well maintained. The staffs speak English well so it is really helpful for me. With less than 1,000 THB per night including breakfast, it is a very great deal.

I think hotel caters mostly for business customers.
The breakfast was boring and tasteless in general.
Building is old. Bathroom old. Airconditioner slow to start.
Massage prices in hotel rip off.....
Hotel price should be less!

Nice personal. Good food. Clean room. Cold water in pool. Bad roomdoor so you can hear other guests walking, talking and slammming doors. No pooltowels so you had to take the roomtowel with you down to the poolarea if you want to wipe after swimming. Good breakfast.

Staff very helpful.
Me and my wife had an excellent massage in the health spar and excellent gym and pool.
Only bad thing about this hotel is the food if are a foreign traveller.

Booked through Agoda and reception took half an hour to trace booking even i had confirmation printed. Room was large, but all furniture at least 20 years old and closet door almost fell off on me. Breakfast was a joke, cold, no selection at all. But, hey what do you want to get for 950 baht a night

Good location, clean, value for money hotel. Rooms big and spacious with a huge air conditioner fitted. Decent basic bathroom with a shower and toilet. Good choice of western and Thai food at breakfast. There is also a lovely spa place doing nice massages. Staff very friendly and eager to please and the hotel restaurant is very good for Thai an basic foods like fish and chips etc

The swimming pool was lovey but quite cold as both the sunbeds and the pool were in the shade all day. This was fine as we had the pool to ourselves quite a bit. There is nothing much to see for visitors on the whole but we used the shuttle bus to see the beach and you could find one or two restaurants/bars near by. The staff were all helpful and friendly but English is not well known. We just stayed here prior to our Ko Samet visit. Just be careful if you order a taxi to the ferry port as the driver may take you to the speed boat rip off merchants who ask for £3000 bahts to take you to ko samet. There is actually a public ferry station located 5 mins round the back of where the touts operate charging just 50 bahts a crossing. A lot of people were falling for this racket and I noticed the taxi driver rang someone before he dropped us off. Luckily we had done the research and saved ourselves a lot of money.

The hotel is old but quite well maintained. The swimming pool is small and the gym is very old, but it works.

1) Room - Old. Bed but well maintained. The room i was staying had a broken aircon and keeps turning on and off through out the night. This is just limited to the room i guess.

2) Gym - big but old. Everything you need to work out.

3) Pool - Small.

4) Breakfast - Quite good considering the price you pay

5) Others - There is a massage inside the hotel which is very good and cost more than outside massage but really professional. Worth to try it out.

Overall - 4/5 -Value for money

will be back again.

Great price, great breakfast, great staff, pool, sauna and gym. We found everything about this hotel a pleasure. Even a live band playing music while we had dinner.

Security included for the car park and the atmosphere for the whole place was nice.

We will stay here again in the future.

I have stayed at this place over a span of one decade whenever the business visit required stay at Rayong (at least 2 to 3 visits every year). What I have noticed is it is improving over time. They must be doing better because I saw it quite occupied this time with some group tours. There are two wings & new wing (B) is better suited for business visitors. They can arrange for car to go to airport or Bangkok (costs around 50% more than the taxi but is worth it).

The staff is polite & efficient. Breakfast spread is good. The restaurant has live band in the evening. There are several eating places, convenience stores like 7/11 nearby at a walking distance & some stay open past midnight. It is located in an area where budget traveller intends to stay without a big hole for the pocket.
