The recently rebranded Wyndham Sea Pearl Resort, Phuket is located in a natural hillside over viewing Patong , offers stunning views of the city and the sea. Built on 16 acres of land, with full grown trees and lush gardens around the villa buildings and 8 swimming-pools. All of the 181 rooms comprising of Deluxe Rooms (with rain shower) and Suites (with rain shower & bath tub) has it's own Jacuzzi ((Non Heated) on the balcony. Also included are 25 Pool Villas and 4 Private Pool Suites with Jacuzzi bath tub and it's own private plunge pool. Due to the configuration between Deluxe Rooms & 1 Bedroom Suites, there is a 50% chance of getting an upgrade (not mandatory) to a 1 Bedroom Suite, upon check in, when all the Deluxe Rooms are fully occupied. International & Thai Restaurant, Terrace & Bar. Carissa Spa, Blue Waters Seafood Buffet Restaurant, Alfa Pub & Restaurant, FREE WiFi, FREE Sauna in the Club House and Fitness Center FREE hourly scheduled round trip shuttle bus transfer to Jungceylon Shopping Centre and Patong Beach, from 10am to 8pm daily. Reservations for Airport transfers, excursions and tours are readily available in the resort's main lobby.With our own helipad, sight - seeing via helicopter is also available.

After checked in Jacuzzi tub is not working and we called to informed reception and after a hour someone come and check they said couldn’t fix it so they will come and fix it tomorrow after we checked out and not even offer us to change to room, thank you!!! Many light in the room is not working!! Upon checked in reception asked us to deposit some money before the room even the room has been paid and this is the service what we get the hotel Many nice hotel around here but we should this hotel cuz it’s big hotel and guarantee by wyndham but accommodation is terrible!! Better u find other hotel with better service!!!

Naturally, I am disappointed to read your review as it seems we missed the service mark on a few occasions. Defects can occur in a room, even after it has been inspected prior to release to sell, however, we should have offered you a room change immediately in order to ensure your comfort. I have already discussed this with the front office team and training will be revisited to ensure this is not repeated. The hotel staff are excellent, they are very helpful, friendly and understanding. We stayed 6 days in a double room. The room we had was very clean and spacious and quite. it even had it's own spa on the balcony. There is no shortage of nice swimming pools. The restaurants are excellent and had excellent quality food which is some times missing in hotels. They have a Western and Asian menu. My only regretted is that we didn't pre book the breakfast package. I would recommend that you take the breakfast package if you going get up late eat breakfast overlooking the pool as it will save you money. The Alfa restaurant has great food and excellent service. The view of sunset over Patong and beach is breath taking. We hired a car while we stayed their as the shuttle to Patong Beach was not operating as the resort was very quite and is not located in the beach area. we walked to the beach one day but we would not recommend it as the there no foot path and traffic is dangerous.…

its an beautiful property with good ambience and food. Location was very good close to Patong Beach also provided timely bus services to the beach to and fro which made it much easier for the clients. it had good staff services.

We went since the Last October. The minute of arrival to Wyndham Sea Pearl Resort we feel a great time is waiting us. We got such a very warm hospitality and welcome. The Pool Villa located not so far from the main lobby it’s feel so fresh to make a walk with beautiful garden alongside. There also shuttle bus provide each hour for guest to Patong and Central Mall Patong.

Had a great time, very relaxing. Would go again. The staff were always helpful and courteous.Location was pleasing to us, close enough to access the main beach, but out of the tourist strip enough to enjoy the greenery and the incredible sunset views.
