just visit this hotel in Feb 21, no many guests in the hotel. check-in was fast and effective. room was nice, clean and prepare for Accor member. breakfast was excellent service, they served as a la cart, until you full. staff are friendly and helpful. the price now is incredible compare to serve i got. only 5 mins walk to the beach, sunset is beautiful here. good place to stay in Patong.

visit during this time Feb 2021, not many guests at hotel, quiet place, check-in was fast and they already prepared. room was nice and clean. breakfast was excellent, they served as a la cart until you full. i like this better than a buffet line. staff are friendly and helpful. if you love the beach, just 5 mins walk to. nice place to stay in Patong.

I stayed here for 2 times, and reserve next stay here. The pool is not gorgeous, but large enough. The food in the restaurant is delicious. In addition, the best point is that the staff are very polite.

After a lifetime of international and business travel, I have never come across a 3-star hotel that offered as much as the Ibis Patong. This hotel has been my first choice for short stays in Patong (usually when returning home from international travel) since I came to live near the southern tip of Phuket Island more than 5 years ago. When I decided to take monthly short breaks away from home a few months ago, the Ibis Patong was again my first choice and I have visited the hotel 3 times since. The main reasons I visit this hotel are the sincere warmth of the welcome I receive (see photos for examples), the quality and efficiency of service and the level of comfort and facilities. Thanks to Kun Ou, Kun Ray and their team, the check-in process is friendly, fast and super safe. The process starts with hand sanitizer and a temperature check. All check-in staff wear masks and are stationed behind screens. There are many social distancing signs in the lobby and elevators. The "super safe" approach was evident throughout my stays, for example the outdoor dining tables where I eat breakfast are, by my estimate, more than 3 meters apart (chair to equivalent chair). On each of my visits, my room was spacious, quiet, immaculately clean and had a pleasant view overlooking the likewise immaculately clean swimming pool framed by luxuriant tropical vegetation. The WiFi worked perfectly (streaming Netflix, iTunes, Youtube all fast) and the TV had a good choice of foreign channels (BBC...). The air conditioning was so effective that I only used it at the lowest fan setting. The hotel is located far enough away from traffic and people noise so as to be very quiet, but is also a comfortable walk away from everything, including Patong Beach, Jungceylon and the new Central shopping/restaurant mall. For restaurants, I would recommend Kun Ice's Thai restaurant next to the fruit and vegetable section inside the Big C shopping center in Jungceylon: some of the best Thai food I have ever tasted at a modest price. I will continue my monthly shorts breaks away from home and the Ibis Patong will continue to be my destination.…

The place is within walking distance of Patong beach. They were kind enough to allot us connecting rooms on seeing the kids with us after initially denying it on phone. The room was big enough and was different from other ibis hotels. It was good to see the monotony break of the same colours of other IBIS properties in Thailand. They also provided a Fruit Basket for us in the room. Has a swimming pool which was deep for my kids and they did not enjoy it. Food was ok. The bathroom door of one of our rooms had to be pushed hard to close it. There was a issue with the balcony door too. Had reported it to reception but wasn't repaired within 3 days of our stay. One of the elevators could not take load of more than 2 person.
