The rooms are clean and spacious. The internet was decent and the staff was very nice. I have stayed at the Four Points everytime i was in Arusha. This time i wanted to try something different. I’m glad i did. This place was alot cheaper and provided what i needed. Somewhere clean and safe to lay my head until the next morning.
Very nice hotel! The food and staff were great, the rooms were comfortable, and the view was perfect. We booked this room through visittanzania4less.com tour guide for the Serengeti and I was very pleased with their choice.
Room was very clean and in good repair. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only 4 of 5 because had 2 rooms with problems before they gave me the third which was great. Another plus: windows are very clean, especially in the restaurant. I recommend the spa treatments, especially massages.
I stayed here for 2 nights after my safari. This place is centrally located. The staff were friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. There is a small gym. The onsite restaurant had good Indian food but it took a while from ordering until the food was served (Their menu is way too large). Overall, I enjoyed my stay here after camping for the previous 10 days.
A small oasis in the center of Arusha, close to bus station and local market - great location. Simple, modern hotel. Very clean, nice rooms and best staff. Nice restaurant and good food. Also absolutely recommend the massages - great! Should I be in Arusha again, I will be back. ff. Nice restaurant and good food. Also absolutely recommend the massages - great! Should I be in Arusha again, I will be back.
Very nice hotel, very nice room, excellent food and service in the restaurant. Really enjoyed our stay here in September, 2022. Perfect Wilderness Tours and Safaris arranged our stay here, we were equally happy with them. Pete & Barb from Boise
It’s a budget hotel within the center of the city. Very close by to the temples and Gurudwara and other Indian shops and community. Location is safe to travel alone outside the hotel area. Restaurant is spacious with good Indian food variety. I guess it’s because of the chef being Indian too. The reception at the hotel was very good in supporting. Only concerns is room was small and very basic. But cannot complain since it was very economical too. The bedsheet was badly torn on the single bed but was changed immediately upon being raised with house keeping.
I was in Arusha to chill and get the Carina Fatigue out.. I was also celebrating my birthday. Rooms immaculately clean and comfortable. Staff very courteous and attentive. GM assisted to organize a day game drive. The guide / driver was fantastic very well informed and patient. I could manage to see lions . Elephants and more. On my return the chef fixed a lovely dinner. On my birthday the GM and Chef presented a cake and a lovely meal. I would recommend this hotel if your looking for value for money citi center hotel.
It’s a lovely place in the City Center. Great value for money and best served for COVID 19. The staff is very cordial and helpful. As we were visiting the nearby market we were taken by the staff when we requested for the same.
From breakfast yoghurt that had expired in March (5 months ago) to incorrect room bookings to rowdy room neighbors and excessive room noise and an apathetic manager. I can't recommend this place at all.
