Detailed Reviews
With my second visit to arusha... I couldnt wait to get to this lovely accommodation set up located outside arusha town.. 7-8km from town is my best estimate.
The hotel is so nice and you will be off a lot of hustles associated with bookings. Just call the hotel and they will sort you up with their best rooms available...
Count on the best services you will get from experienced staff under MS. Davina's supervision.
I do recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Arusha for bussiness and leisure.

This is a new hotel which has some features still under construction such as a new wing and the fit out of the kitchen. Having said that this is a lovely hotel offering modern rooms which are large and very comfortable. Free Wifi is fast and whilst the kitchen is still being completed they had portable stoves etc and the meals we had there were very nice indeed. The staff are magnificent and you feel a little embarrassed as they want to do everything for you. It is located about 10 mins from the center of town and this is a good point in my opinion as town gets a little hustle and bustle and loud.
Well done to the staff and to the hotel for offering up great accommodation.

Myself & my Family went for a week stay at the Nejobugg Palace Hotel & I have to say it was a good stay we had. The staff is very friendly & helpful & the rooms was always clean & we always had hot water, even with the power cuts they didn`t hesitated to start the generator to in sure that you always had power n the room. We will most definitely be returning to them in the future.

This place was a true let down to Tanzanian hospitality. The pictures in the booking and travel sites are a betrayal!!
We arrived at noon and the first red flag was that we spent a couple of minutes at the gate without being let in, in fact we had to send someone inside to inform them of our arrival for them to open.
We did an inspection of the place before actual check in. The building was run down in some places and there’s an incomplete building on one side that’s a complete eyesore. We also noticed the big, beautiful pool (which had enticed us in the pictures) was very filthy. They promised us it would be cleaned in no time.
The rooms were big and beautiful but were not fully set up (drinking water, tissues, towels and coffee stations missing). They had to bring these things at our request.
We left to explore the beautiful city of Arusha and came back at 4:30pm. To our disappointment, the pool was still as filthy as we had left it. We resolved to staying in our rooms with cranky kids who had their hopes up in having lots of fun in the pool.
Once settled in our rooms, we noticed that we had no running water and we informed the front desk. Again, they promised to work on it ASAP. Trusting them, we went outdoors to their beautiful gardens, this, they got right.
Fast forward to 6:30pm, we still had no water. We kept on getting promises that it was being sorted out. 7:00pm, we couldn’t imagine staying in a hotel without water, I mean, how could we even trust the meals we’d order?
We had to check out of the hotel at 7:30pm without a refund. The owners were unresponsive and after waiting for long for their communication, we decided to seek another accommodation.
We left there angry parents with tired, hungry and disappointed kids!!
To the owners, your hotel has great potential. If you really care about your staff and clients, you should get your act together and do extensive renovations, motivate and train your staff, hire more too and live up to the great Tanzanian hospitality that your country is known for!
Oh, and if you are up for that refund, you have my contacts.

The rooms are decrepit and the staff are not very friendly. The breakfast was poor and there was no electricity for half my stay. I think I was the only guest in the hotel, which is half building site. There is no bar/restaurant on site and the remote location means you have to get taxi or Boda Boda everywhere.
On the plus side, it’s safe and fairly clean AND it has one of the best hotel swimming pools in Arusha, so if you like a swim then it’s worth considering. I’d estimate the pool is ~20m long. A very good size for a hotel at this price point.

Nothing positive
On my arrival at the hotel, I could see that they were not prepared for my arrival at ca. 3 pm., not good at hiding their surprise.
They rushed to fix with water,
ac not working as it should, tv not working, no bins in bathroom, no small towels, no shield for shower in bathtub, so floor gets all wet, etc.
Topfloor of the house, and no elevator.
Restaurant took 2 hours and 10 minutes to make a portion of chips and small bits of fried chicken.
After 9 hours travelling, looking forward to early nights sleep. But from. 8pm until late, next door liveclub played very loud music.
Upon asking reception to move to a room on the other side of the hotel, info that there are no more free rooms.
A day after checking out, I get question from booking.com if I had arrived at the hotel, stayed and payed. As the had put me down as not arrived.
No blame on the lovely receptionist, who tried to fix everything.

The place looks amazing from the entrance but their WiFi is just a fail it keeps on dropping and if you want to connect with your family from it will not be the best place to stay. Their power is just ridiculous because even though there is a generator you actually feel the effect of power going off and then the generator taking over. If you are expecting hot water, think again cause the heater works sometimes you don't get lucky and you have to go the cold way.

I have been to this hotel twice. The first time was in 2014 when it was opened and the second in 2018. The service is as good as i remember, very helpful and courteous staff and very comfortable rooms. Ideal for those with kids, there is a garden for them to run around. Also recommended for those who dont like living in the city center as it is quiet and Serene. Keep it up.

We were on our way to the bush for a week, and used this hotel for a stop after 30+ hours of traveling. Great wi-fi, great food, and a super friendly staff made our trip to this family orientated (The serve no alcohol) a great night of rest. Maybe could have used instructions for the shower (lots of options), but this place is very nice comparable to a 4 star hotel in the USA. Will stay here every time we come through Arusha.
