A lovely spot just outside of Arusha. We stayed here as part of our safari package with Safari Soles. The rooms are basic but have everything you need and are great value for the price. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. We were very satisfied and would recommend this hotel.

An amazing oasis on the outside of Arusha to refresh and use as a starting point for your adventures. We stayed here as part of our 10 day safari with Safari Soles. A very quiet boutique hotel that has everything you could want or need. Work out rooms, pools, bar and food available anytime. The staff is very attentive and front desk manager Geoffrey is there all hours of the day an night to provide any assistance you may need. Highly Recommended!

We spent there one night right after we arrived from europe. To stay after arrival and before a safari it was ok. We had a quiet room and still could have dinner after 22 o‘clock. For breakfast there was a buffet. Everyone was friendly and all was clean.

Reservations were made via email and Mr. Hassan was very responsive. He also helped arrange transport from JRO airport. The Tulia is hidden from the Arusha streets. We were welcomed and given a clean, comfortable, and quiet room overlooking a courtyard with a gallery of painted art-perfect for overcoming jet lag. Breakfast had many choices. In all, a very nice place - especially for the price. Be aware: They prefer to be paid in cash where possible.

We stayed here for 1 night as a base before we headed out on safari into tarangerie - Ngorongoro and Serengeti. The hotel reception area was lovely and clean, friendly staff throughout hotel. Nice dinner and breakfast in the morning before we headed out. The room itself - It was fine for 1 night to get some rest after a long journey travelling from the UK. It was very basic. Did seem a little grimey but not sure if it’s just because the room was very old and outdated and very dark, the light was really dim. But for what we needed it for to get some sleep, it was fine. Hotel has a pool but we didn’t use. Thank you to the staff for being so friendly.

This hotel has beautiful spacious rooms. It is extremely comfortable and the service is impeccable. It is a real sanctuary in Arusha and has a lovely little pool and garden. The food was very good and there was both a buffet and an a la carte option. The staff were very friendly and the manager couldn't do enough for us. A very good choice in Arusha.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this hotel before we started our safari. We didn’t book this hotel ourselves it was booked through our safari company (Tanzania Roadside Expeditions). We arrived at the hotel following a night flight at 9.30am and had requested an early check in. Whilst they finished getting our room ready we were given a free breakfast with freshly cooked omelette by the amazing Giftie. We then had access to our room from 10am which was great for us to catch up on some sleep. The staff at the hotel are AMAZING and really make this hotel. They are so friendly and kind (much like everyone else we have met in Tanzania). The room we had was ok. It was very dark and dingy with only 1 window for such a large room. The bathroom was huge but again no window so there was poor ventilation. We didn’t spend much time in the room so it wasn’t a huge problem but if we were to go back we would request a different room with more natural light available. The hotel has a swimming pool which isn’t heated (again much like everywhere else we visited in Tanzania) and unfortunately the outside temperature whilst we stayed was very cool and so we weren’t able to use the pool. We did enjoy sitting by the pool on their comfy sun loungers. The food was AMAZING at this hotel with lots of options on their a la carte menu at very reasonable prices. 2 main dishes and 2 non-alcoholic drinks often came to only £15! We really enjoyed our stay here for the first part of our honeymoon. The staff were brilliant and so kind and the food was excellent!

The hotel was good enough, however the room we get the first night wasn't that good. The water heater should be on prior to our arrival so we could get immediatly a hot shower. The dinner included was, basically, chicken. Very few options. The personnel warm and nice.
