I was received warmly by the hotel staff...my room was very well appointed, conveniently setup with all amenities of comfort and convenience. The café and restaurants have excellent selections of meals to pick from. The bed, bedding and furniture are very comfortable with convenient seat options for work or relaxation.

Checked in on 13 August 2022. Stayed for 4 nights. I loved the variety of foods available on buffet nights. Food was simply delicious. They can however improve upon drinks available i.e. cocktails and start providing reliable, secure and interesting tours facilities. Service was impeccable and rooms are clean and cozy.

Stayed under ESAMI and I had the best stay the hotel provides peaceful environment for meetings. The staffs are very friendly and good in communicating, Rose was always smiling and the receptionist Swaibu and his colleague Marty professional smart and expressive.Nevertheless I think the management have to work on some policies as I had a bad experience when my wife came to visit for some hours, despite the receptionists being very helpful in the situations it seems they are put under immense pressure. Very nice hotel in Arusha.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Friendly. Great food (we had breakfast only) and very clean quiet rooms. Lovely grounds and pool. We highly recommend this hotel. Also extremely safe/secure. We enjoyed talking with the gentleman in the gift shop and found all the staff to be very friendly.

We led a safari group in Tanzania and started at Mt Meru hotel. It was a relaxing location to get over jet lag, enjoy the beautiful grounds, good food and pool. The management is attentive and responsive! The staff work hard to get to know guests and serve them well!

Staff were absolutely amazing, especially Suzanna at reception. My meals were delicious and good portion sizes. The only reason for the deduction is that the aircon in my room was not working correctly. Unfortunately, the person who came to look at it said it was, so nothing was done about it.

Best thing about Mount Meru Hotel is the friendly, helpful and welcoming team. We went on a few adventures and checking back in each time felt like coming back to friends. We had some luggage issues with the airline and the guest team went above and beyond to get our gear delivered in time for our Kilimanjaro climb. They made all the difference during our stay.
