We had extra ordinary moments at Malaika. The rooms are well designed, you can shower either with hot or cold water. The staff is always close to your side making sure you won’t face any difficulties of which a guest I loved this a lot no wonder they are called Malaika because they treat there guests like Angels. The staff were very attentive throughout the stay, very smiling and very welcoming (a big thank you to Timba who accompanied us in the evening to return to our tent)

I stayed 3 nights at this amazing lodge and loved every minute of it. The tents are very stylish, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The large soaking tub in the bathroom was very much appreciated after the game drives. The hospitality is top notch -every staff person here I encountered made me welcome and well cared for during my stay. The food is delicious-particularly the soups! I cannot recommend this place enough-it’s truly a special place.

We (a group of seven people) spent two nights at the camp. It was absolutely awesome. The tents are really luxurious, spotlessly clean and the beds have big duvets as the nights can get quite cold. The food was delicious but the best part is the staff. The people working there did everything to make us feel at home. We always knew who to address, somebody took us to the tent with a torch after dinner and every request was dealt with immediately. In the evening they made a campfire and sang a few songs for us. One of us stayed in the camp for a day as she had a bad cold and the staff took amazing care of her, preparing tea and coffee and entertaining her in lovely conversations about the country and the Serengeti National Park. Sleeping in a tent, looking at the unbelievably clear sky at night and listening to the sounds of the Serengeti in the early morning (we could even hear a lion) was an unforgettable experience on an amazing safari that exceeded all of our expectations.

Our stay at Malaika Serona Lodge was absolutely unforgettable. The luxury tents offer an incredible atmosphere, combining the thrill of nature with all the comforts of a high-end retreat. Each tent is beautifully furnished and features a freestanding bathtub, a spacious veranda, and every detail you could wish for. At night, we enjoyed the sounds of wildlife surrounding us, and with a bit of luck, we even spotted some animals during the day. It's important to note that after dark, you should only go outside with a security escort, but this system worked very well and made us feel safe. Waking up to the sounds of nature was simply magical. The lodge is perfect for those seeking a unique, luxurious experience in the heart of nature. A big thanks especially to the staff who were very supportive when there were some issues with the organization we did our safari tours with. Also the food is an experience itself, very good.

Malaika camp such a beautiful experience, tucked in nature. As soon as we arrived we were greeted warmly and showed around the camps and taken to our camp.
Very luxurious with a lovely bathroom including a gorgeous bathtub with an awesome view of the nature around us. Also provided with bathrobes and sliders.
The room was very nice as well. With a very large double bed and another single bed. The mattresses were a bit hard. We also had a bureau and a really cool fan. The porch was very peaceful to sit on, you could only see the beautiful landscapes and hear the chirping birds and wildlife around.
At night we were provided with hot water and there were various teas and coffee to choose from.
The food was very good as well.
The staff were exceptional especially Alex and John. They made us feel like part of a family.
The WiFi was very limited, only in reception areas and was barely full as well.
I would definitely recommend Malaika camp to anyone looking for a glamping experience.

This was the best camp!, room was great and had a visit from elephants in the evening. Range of food which was all great quality and very tasty! Pack lunches were very good and different each day with many choices. Service was great everyone very friendly and always there to help you, make sure your room was ready in the evening and escort you to dinner! Staff was very welcoming and made it feel like home, was such a warm experience. Would definitely recommend this luxury camp, the best views , comfy beds and the best people !
