Wij hebben hier 1 nacht geslapen en hebben niks te klagen gehad. Onze kamer was mooi versierd met romantische decoratie. Bed lag lekker en de kamer was schoon. Ontbijt was ook lekker en best uitgebreid voor zn klein hotel.

Gut gelegenes kleines Hotel, hat eher den Charakter einer Lodge, in ruhigem, aber zentralen Viertel von Arusha. Die Zimmer sind groß, komfortabel und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr engagiert und nett. Ein großes Lob an den sehr netten Gärtner, der hier ein wahres Paradies geschaffen hat.

We had a deluxe triple room. It appeared we were the only guests. Low point was that we have agreed one price on the phone, but when we have arrived they told us this was a mistake by the employee who took our reservation and asked for 10 USD more. Still, it was overall a pretty nice stay. Very friendly staff. Pretty clean. Surrounded by a lovely garden. Some things didn’t work in the room (you can’t really close the bathroom door). Place is OK for a transit stay of 1-2 nights, on a way to a safari or something like that.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable with a very good restaurant. Feels much more like an old house with character than a standard hotel. Spacious room with a large bed but a somewhat small bathroom. Garden is beautifully maintained. Wifi was good

Great location close to town but quiet road. James was excellent with a warm welcome and always there if we had a question. Rooms are clean and spacious. The rest of the team were also very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good. Went out for dinner as close to many great restaurants . Definitely recommend and will return.

Tulia Retreat Hotel and Spa is an Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff James, he makes our trip more interesting with his advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

This hotel was such a delight and surprise! It is new and located in a safe and gorgeous neighborhood that is such an escape from the nearby bustle of the city center. The pool is so beautiful and you can hear and see many tropical birds in the well maintained garden as well as the occasional monkey swinging in the trees. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff make the experience very cheerful. I love this boutique hotel and can't wait to come back again!

Não recomendo, de todo! Embora, o dono nos explicasse que o hotel era 'novo'(????), que havia arestas a limar....na minha opinião, não deveria ter aberto sem estar totalmente operacional. A piscina, estava com água suja, os quartos, têm 'roupeiros' sem porta; ao jantar, pedimos uma garrafa de vinho, como não tinham, foram buscar (sabe-se lá onde) e demoraram 1/2 hora para o trazer e nem sequer pediram desculpa pelo atraso; o meu marido, teve um mini-avc e na recepção, não conseguiram perceber que era uma emergência - valeu-nos o guia do safari, que nos esperava e foi buscar uma médica.
