Our stay of 3 nights was fun and super comfortable. The location is close to the city centre and has a relatively safe neighbourhood. The staff was helpful and the rooms were neat & clean The overall dining experience was fantastic. The entire F & B staff including the Head chef ensured we ate adequately even though we are vegetarians!
Good place. Had this hotel booked through a travel company for my trip. Good rooms and staff. Management clearly cares a lot. Food was really good. Specifically, the Chef as of January 2023 was an Indian gentleman and his Indian food was truly fantastic (and my standards for that are pretty high).
We found the African Tulip Boutique hotel in Arusha Tanzania to be beautifully presented and traditional, The wonderful staff welcomed us and interacted with us during our splendid stay, We’ll definitely stay at the African Tulip Arusha again.
Very comfortable boutique hotel. Spacious rooms and cozy ambiance. Really well decorated space be it bar area, pool garden or the restaurant. Very helpful and friendly staff. Deepanshu, chef singh were very accommodating with our complex diet requests.
A great place to stay in Arusha. We enjoyed two nights here before our amazing safari with Roy Safaris. Nice staff, excellent laundry service, great food, and a nice little gift shop with items from the local area.
Very nice. The staff are great, as with all the people of Tanzania. Super friendly helpful and sweet. Close to the market. Great pool with a bar. food was very nice, breakfast was included. Our sweet was nice with a great shower and awesome water pressure.
The reception was good. The rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant is okay, good Indian food, good breakfast, the F&B manager was very attentive and ensured all our needs were met, the chef came out to greet us and ensure we were happy with the food. I would recommend the Indian menu. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel manager was not very welcoming, did not bother to meet or talk to guests or find out about the stay even though her office was right next to the reception area.
We stayed here twice on our safari, first after almost a full day of air travel and then again at journey’s end. On both occasions, the African Tulip staff was uniformly friendly and helpful; it seemed there was nothing they were unwilling to do to make our visits the most pleasant possible. The public areas and our rooms were entirely first-rate in terms of the quality and condition. We would absolutely choose to stay here again should we return to Arusha. Highly recommended.
The place look amazing, very clean. People here are so good and welcoming. Food over breakfast and drinks in high and good quality. We enjoyed our staying very much- we would recommend about this place to our friends and family. Thank you so much.
One night stay as part of a recent African safari. Room was ok, seemed a little outdated to me, but was spacious for one person. I was left with a negative feeling after being ripped out in paying for my beers at dinner in USD. I felt that they simply just kept the change as a tip without asking me. Food was pretty average, not really that good.
