The welcome at the lodge was very warm and friendly from the front office staff. The the rest were basic but had everything you needed and the shower and bathroom facilities were very good. The food in the restaurant was very tasty. It would be hard to sign off without mentioning the rooms...wow, the hotel is hidden behind a petrol station but the rooms are far much better than the big hotels you know of, a must visit when you are in Arusha.

The hotel is directly behind a large club so when in the rooms you could hear the club music all the time. My room also had that every two minutes the ventilation switched on so for half a minute there was a zooming sound and that every two minutes. Also, the amenities in my room were used. The showergel was squeezed and half full. Further, it was promised we could watch eurocup but it wasn’t there despite them continuously saying it would be fixed. Lastly, I could open my window but there was no lock that could be prevent someone to come inside while I stayed at the ground floor. The one good thing was the staff at the restaurant who were very friendly.

Who would expect to find a nice hotel like this, hidden behind a gas station ? It's quite far from the city center, so better ask for a taxi if you want to head downtown. Rooms are very comfortable and clean and the food in the restaurant is delicious. And at night it's very quiet !

Room, staff and facilities were all good. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Evening menu was quite good and the breakfast had a wide choice for all tastes. Small pool provided a pleasant interlude one afternoon. Modern rooms with all usual facilities.

A potentially nice hotel that is in need of lots of simple improvements. The room was clean and spacious but had lights that didnt work (so the room was poorly lit) the safe didn't work, bathroom fixings were hanging off the wall, the shower leaked, the tv didn't work properly and the Wi-Fi was poor. All things that are basics. The food was nice but we had to wait ages for it at dinner. There was plenty of it though and we felt bad to leave some, but was so full. There seems to be building work going on which doesn't help the place look as nice. On a plus note the pool was nice and the staff were very polite and friendly.

Once inside the hotel, the hassle of town disappear. The rooms are spacious, and with a reasonable sized working table that allowed one to work for a while. I enjoyed the tab. The meals at the restaurant were ok. I am grateful that the chef prepared fresh ginger tea upon request.

We stayed here for one night after our safari before getting our flight home. Decent clean and friendly hotel which suited us perfectly as we got ready to head home. However the food was ok only - I got the chicken and vegetable biriana without any chicken. I would stay here again as a stopover.

Room's are very specious with luxuries furniture. staffs behavior very good. location wise also very convenient, just closed to the main road. If you want to move some where you can move easily. you can find "Sakina supermarket" just 500m far from the hotel and it's located right side of the hotel. beside super market you can find also restaurant with local dishes and BBQ. price wise i would say cheap.
