I highly recommend you to visit ‘Paradise City’ in Incheon. First, there are a lot of tourist attractions such as museums, malls and luxurious restaurants with luscious dishes. When you go there you will like staying a whole day because it transcends your imagination. If you are an art lover, please visit ‘Art Space’ because they have a great exhibition with a collection of famous artists. When you dine out, there are various choices and your mouth will melt in with yummy food! Second, there are enormous swimming pools with various rolling water slides. They are going to captivate your mind with a full of joy and excitement. There are also very unique sauna rooms where you can watch TV and movies. You can drink and eat lots of delicious snacks like grilled eggs, red bean sorbet and beverages. They offer yukatas, Japanese bath gowns and they are beautiful. Also, there is a SPA where you can enjoy different types of massages and there are both for adults and kids. Third, if you decide to stay for a night at a hotel, the rooms are very cozy and have a nice scent. Also, there is a great architecture in the lobby and the interior of the hotel is marvelous. And if you lie down on the bed wearing pajamas, it’s EXTREMELY happy and you can sleep and relax well. Therefore, I strongly recommend you to visit ‘Paradise City’ in Incheon.

Hotel is not bad and located around 20 minutes walk from Incheon Airport. If you like Art this is a place where you can enjoy sculptures and artwork throughout the compound starting from the hotel lobby and lots of greenery around. Due to Covid a number of shops are no longer operating otherwise it's a vibrant place to be with cafes and F&B. There is a train in the basement but it connects to the airport only and still need to take another train to the city.
There is a nice fountain/waterfall feature right in front of the hotel lobby that changes colours at night and have water features performance at fixed timing each night. It's beautiful! There is also a casino within the hotel. The train journey from airport is around 1hr 20 mins, so this is a hassle. There is a place for children Wonderbox and a Spa Cimer but you need to go with your swimming costume and pay entrance of 35K won to get in. Even that, queue is not short as was told they have a nice pool. This hotel is not high, only 11 floors due to proximity to airport I guess. Nearby is the Grant Hyat is within 3 mins walk. Downside is no direct transport to the Seoul city other than take the hotel shuttle (15 mins interval) to the Airport and from there take train to the city which takes approximately 1hr 20 mins or by taxi from (cost around 56-60K won)

Superb luxurious hotel , good sleep, had fun. Most importantly, customer service was pretty good, indeed 5 stars. Everything was available in paradise except shopping such as outlet and asthetic clinic and olive young! If they have all , we don't find any reason to be staying in town.

For several years now, we've made repeated visits to Paradise City Hotel and Resort in Incheon, Korea, conveniently located next to the airport. Initially, upon their opening, the establishment presented itself in pristine condition, capturing our admiration. However, its charm and quality have significantly deteriorated over time. During our most recent stay, we opted for the grand premiere king room, a choice far from economical. Yet, the room we encountered appeared worn and was littered with cautionary notes about potential charges for taking items, alongside explanations regarding environmental regulations that restrict the provision of certain amenities – a practice seemingly unique to this hotel, as our prior stay in Seoul showcased no such limitations. This discrepancy has left me puzzled over whether Incheon and Seoul enforce different environmental or ESG laws.

One of the most distressing aspects of our stay was the inability to adjust the room's temperature below 23 degrees Celsius, a situation that remained unresolved despite our complaints. The hotel's only solution was to disable the AC, offering us a rotary fan as a makeshift alternative – an underwhelming response for what is purported to be a five-star resort. The explanation that the transition from heating to cooling function wouldn't occur until April 15th only added to our discomfort, forcing us to endure the excessive warmth with no option to open the sealed windows.

Expressing our grievances to the reception yielded nothing more than a mere apology, leaving us feeling overlooked and discontent. Furthermore, our request for a late checkout the following day, due to a late flight back to HK, was met with the usual inflexibility, as they only conceded to a mere one hour extension, a policy that appears immovable despite numerous attempts for leniency in the past.

Presently, I find myself compelled to write this message from the hotel, exasperated by the feeling of being confined and continuously cautioned against room theft, in addition to being nickel-and-dimed for basic amenities. This experience hardly aligns with the expectations for a stay at what is marketed as a luxury resort, and it's disheartening to witness such a decline in standards from a place we once held in high regard.

My recent stay at Paradise City Incheon left me with mixed feelings. The resort boasts incredible amenities, including access to the wonderbox, sauna, and pool, all included in the night's stay. However, despite the allure of its luxurious accommodations, my experience was marred by an unpleasant encounter in the bathroom.

Upon entering the restroom, I was dismayed to discover blood stains on the walls of the toilet stall. The sight was not only unsettling but also unacceptable, particularly in a reputed 5-star hotel like Paradise City. Disgusted by the unsanitary conditions, I promptly alerted the staff.

To my disappointment, their response was far from satisfactory. Instead of addressing the issue immediately, they merely offered reassurance that it would be clean upon my next visit. This lack of urgency and accountability was deeply disappointing, as one would expect prompt resolution and assistance in such circumstances.

While the inclusive access to the resort's amenities was a highlight of my stay, the unsettling incident in the bathroom overshadowed the overall experience. Despite the allure of its offerings, the lack of cleanliness and adequate response from the staff diminished the quality of my stay.

In conclusion, Paradise City Incheon has much to offer in terms of amenities and luxury. However, improvements in cleanliness standards and responsiveness to guest concerns are essential to uphold its reputation as a premier destination for hospitality and relaxation.

The paradise city project it self is a nice development but ...
The hotel accommodation is very expensive and after a day's work has nothing to offer to the visitor Everything closes after 22:00, you cannot have even a glass of water at the lobby area. And the distance from the city is also a limiting factor to choose again

We stayed in the Premier Deluxe Twin Room. Beds were huge and super comfy. Best sleep of my life.

The room was beautifully appointed and well laid out. It has a very modern lux feel.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Location-wise, it's great as an airport hotel - I highly recommend spending a day in the hotel complex before flying out of Incheon Intl Airport. There is a big shuttle bus (tour bus size with a luggage compartment) to the intl terminal that leaves every half-hour from the hotel. There's tons of stuff to do in this hotel complex - shopping, an indoor theme park called Wonderbox, a club called Chroma, Cimer Spa, as well as the hotel's own pools and spa. There's a good selection of restaurants in the hotel complex as well.

However, it's not ideal to use this hotel as a base to explore Incheon itself. A taxi into downtown Incheon costs around 30,000-35,000 KRW depending on traffic conditions, and takes around 40min or so. Public transport takes even longer.

My gripes about this hotel would be:
(1) Toiletries are still provided in tiny plastic bottles, albeit they are very nice Penhaligon's toiletries. I would have liked to see refillable pump bottles instead, not only for ease of use but also eco-friendliness.
(2) Please provide liquid hand soap instead of a bar soap.
(3) In most 5-star hotels, you get the room at whatever time you arrive if the room happens to be available, even if it's before the official check-in time. In this hotel, you are asked if you would like to pay extra to check in at 12.30pm, which I was quite shocked by. The extra came up to around KRW 100,000 per room! We declined, since we were going out to explore Incheon during that time anyway. This part of our stay felt a bit like a budget airline instead of a lux hotel.

I will say that the Paradise stuff all seems to operate this way. Cimer Spa was like that as well - after paying the entry fee, we were surprised to discover that practically everything inside was chargeable, from pool towels to even the pool beds around the pool! Again, felt like a budget airline concept.

Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay in the hotel and will be back.

This hotel has nice facilities. Unfortunately, the service is terrible. I've left many reviews on TripAdvisor and this is my first and only 1 star "terrible" review. It's a huge property with over 700 rooms so it's understandable that they won't be able to pay a lot of attention to each customer. With that said, they should practice the basics. There is a casino as well which I checked out and the front desk security is borderline hostile. I heard them barking instructions to other customers trying to enter the facility. Had an issue at the casino membership desk and experienced terrible service from two employees. Minju [-] and Minku [-]. They lacked basic service skills and sparked me to post my first 1 star review on TA. It's unfortunate that the service is that bad considering the property is quite nice.

Paradise City Hotel is one of the most expensive hotel near Incheon Airport island, which offers magnificent location for conference, as it is located right next to the airport, with very frequent shuttle services.

It was an wonderful experience participating in a recent conference in their place over the end of October; the conference hall are comfortable; decent decorations; vast space; good sound system; well planned lunch delivery during afternoon symposium. They were well trained to conduct international conference.

The room in Paradise City was good. It was clean, modern, and all facilities inside the room, including the switches, electric and electronic points were thoughtful; state of the art.

The complimentary mini bar however, was a little bit disappointing in terms of choice of tidbits. If they were to read this review, I would like to suggest them to put in at least some chocolates and candies as part of the complimentary bar. Chocolate often make people feel good.

Since it was a conference, and perhaps the peak days for the hotel, the room reservation experience and the general experience on dealing with checking in and out felt a little rushed and short.

On reservation, part of the ordeal was being informed by the hotel reservation team that the room rate extended to conference participants were already fully booked, hence the booking has to be made via other conduit. I have the opinion that the listing of rooms and rates in almost all third party websites partners and perhaps even their own website are confusing. As a conference participant who was denied a corporate rate for a hotel room, after the booking and communication were done, there were totally no offer of any benefit such as discount on dining or any activities around the hotel by the room reservation team, at all.

On the side notes, the discounts, coupons, are available in the casino, concierge counter in the plaza, spa etc, meant for all guests that visited the hotel; being a stay-in guest carried no added benefits. Well, that's a first for me in a luxury hotel stay.

On checking in, the guests were told too, that there will be limited access counts to facilities that are part of the stay-in guest privilege, eg 2 times to swimming pool, 2 times to game lounge, 2 times to gym etc. I saved their trouble to countercheck the limit by not even bother to use the so called privilege.

All in all, the stay in the hotel, was better to be considered as a higher class business hotel, rather than true leisure holiday luxury hotel to avoid disappointment. Get the expectation right before visit perhaps. If paradise city meant to be a luxury hotel, they may need to do more to impress.
