This hotel is located a 10 minute walk from the Haeundae subway station and a 2 minute walk from the beach (across the street and through a store/restaurant/hotel complex). Location is perfect if you want to hang out around Haeundae. The room rate was half of what other hotels in the area were charging. The hotel is new, everything was neat, clean, working, and exceeded our expectations for a hotel at this price level. We had a room on the 18th floor, with a small stretch of the beach visible between the neighboring buildings on the other side of the street. The room had a washing machine, kitchenette (microwave oven, no stove), fridge, a large wide-screen TV with at least 150 channels (perfect reception), excellent WiFi. Buffet breakfast (Korean!) in the 2nd floor restaurant (same building, different lift) included. We chose a "traditional" room. This meant thin futons on the floor, instead of a thick mattress and bed. Good choice, as the room is not huge. The futons are presumably too thin for people with a heavier build than us: the floor under the futon felt a bit hard at times, but we could still sleep very well.
There is a convenience store on the ground floor, and some restaurants on the other side of the street and at the neighboring streets. Overall the best choice of the restaurants is 10 minutes away on the street between the Haeundae subway station and the beach.
Why were there so few beach tourists here in the end of October although it was sunny, beautiful, at least 24 C, and the Haeundae beach is much better than many very popular beaches e.g. in Europe?

The hotel location in the best place of Busan! Just 5 minutes walking from the beach! Stayed for one night. Parking available for free. I do not recommend the breakfast in the hotel. There are dozens of coffee shops nearby. Standard Rooms are small, quiet and clean. Nothing special.

The large room was most comfortable and had kitchen facilities including a large fridge/freezer, microwave and hi tech washing machine/dryer and a superior quality television. There is even a screen to see and speak to anyone who comes to the door. There was only one small towel supplied in the bathroom.

Travelling with families in a group tour. Only stayed one night in this hotel. Surprisingly we were given an en-suite twin room which is spacious for 3 of us. wifi is free in the hotel room. Highly recommended for family to book en-suite room which is fully equipped/furnished; even washing machine and microwave oven are available.

Rock hard bed. Only two towels for four guests. Only three pillows for four guests. "Extra" pillow and blanket is 22,000 won a night. No A/C remotes in room, I guess because it's not summer. Staff is friendly enough. Location is nice, right by the beach. The room is new and looks good.

They also sold our room as fit for 4 guests, however there is only room for 3. My daughter had to sleep on the couch with NO pillow!!! They wanted more money for a pillow. This is a hotel, right? Part of service at ANY hotel in the world is basic amenities like pillows and blankets. We got 3 pillows and 2 blankets. Not even a SHEET! Just a thin comforter was on the bed. Shame on this place. I am outraged. I would check out in the morning and go somewhere else but they will charge me a large fee.

Avoid this disaster of a "Hotel" unless you like feeling scammed and sleeping on a rock.

Hotel price is affordable and worth the price especially compared to the hotel nearby the Haeundae Beach. The room is very spacious and equipped with washing machine, mini kitchen, oven, two door fridge, wardrobes, shoes racks, smart TV with hundreds of TV channels, and a mini table. The room is also equipped with high speed internet. Toilet comes with a high tech toilet bowl and it is very clean and hygienic.

Location of the hotel is just 1 minute walk to the Haeundae beach. There are several foods nearby the beach and it is very happening especially during the weekends. The hotel is just located 5 minutes walk away from the Haeundae market where you can get some delicious seafood.
TIPS: There is one famous shop selling kimchi dumpling (mandu) and red bean pau (jinbang) in the Haeundae market. Avoid the long queue during the weekend and just get it during the weekdays. :) also, you can get the pork rice soup (daeji gukbap), a famous dish only available in Busan, Korea.

Staff can speaks English and is very friendly.

Breakfast is buffet style with western and oriental style. You can get fried ham, omelette, fried potatoes, broccoli soup, abalone porridge, fried rice, juices and coffee.

This hotel was booked by the travel agent & definitely a nightmare! Don't be cheated by the photos on the website as this is not even a 3 stars hotel, I won't even rate 1 star for this low cost apartment. The room itself was dangerous. Basically, you were sleeping beside a washing machine, a gas stove & basin. I did not feel secure as the washing machine power cord, gas valve were surrounding the bed besides where you slept. definitely a no-no with the kids on board. No spaces at all in the room. No places for you to open & unpack the luggage. Bathroom is ageingly old that I felt stuffed inside the room. I've never encounter the bed which was so hard & the bedsheet was worn & yellowish. The breakfast served as buffet style was not fresh & I only ate the white bread. This apartment definitely cannot be called a hotel because of its worst facilities I've ever encountered. Do not stay at this place !

The access to this hotel is not easy. Once you found the door, the reception is minuscule. Then, to access your room, you have to get back on the street, use another door that gives access to a « mini commercial center » and you have to find the elevator. Good luck, because it is used by another hotel under another name. Corridors and elevators are hot and humid.

Once to the room you have other surprises. The lighting is done with powerful neons projecting a crude stong white light. On a wall there are 4 electronic control modules that you have to master before you can do anything, including hot water for the shower.

I am a mechanicsl engineer and I have never been able to activate the A/C unit. I had to sleep with an open window in a noisy environment all night. Pillows are small and hard : not confortable.

In the morning, you have to find the restaurant. To access it, you have to walk further in the mini commercial center and find another elevator to access a Korean restaurant located on the second floor. It is a tiny little restaurant, overcrowded at 07:30 in the morning. I had to eat sitting on a window sill.

Nothing very friendly !

Keeping in mind this hotel did not cost much, researching reviews prior to booking showed great value for money. Wrong - you certainly do get what you pay for. The corridors resemble an old hospital building and decor around the hotel is very underwhelming. The beds were like sleeping on cement-we had to put the spare single bed doona cover over the sheets just to alleviate some of the rock hard feel. I would have to rate it as the worst 2 nights sleep I have ever had in a hotel. You can also hear every footstep and door close from the floor above. On our arrival we had one bath towel in the room - i went down to reception to collect another and they seemed shocked that the 4 hand towels behind the mirror were not adequate. Nevertheless they gave us one extra, however housekeeping took them both the next day and did not replace. We got hand towels for our shower... The tv has a countdown timer right in the middle of the screen which counts down every 30secs then wants to change the channel - we were told this is just what it does and as all the remote functions are in Korean it is impossible to try to fix. The room is clean enough and the location is really good for the price. It has a little kitchenette and washer, although you do need to know Korean to use it. I would recommend if you are looking for cheap, have low expectations and a good physio to go home to. But to be honest this accommodation really made our experience of Busan on the negative side and if youre willing to spend a little bit extra to get a good night sleep I would strongly advise.

I am staying for 3 nights on a cherry blossom trip and it was reserved for us by the packaged tour organisers. While Haeundae is a famous area for the wealthy and the beach is the longest in South Korea, the type of accomodation for tourists in a service aprtment building like this should not be compared with a popular hotel in the city centre of Seoul or any popular Korean holiday resort. The room is a self-contained apratment with a tiny table, 2 chairs, a double bed, a washing machine, 2 gas stoves and a hood, a firdge, a freezer, a shower in the restroom, a TV set, an electric kettle and a hair-dryer, glasses and cups and adequate drawers and cabinets for 1 to 2 visitors' use. The linen provisions do not include a bathrobe and face towels though the basic toiletries are there. The main problem in the room are that non-Koreans may find it hard to manipulate the knobs on walls for lights, gas, shower, etc. There is a card on the wall with easy to follow instructions but if you do not understand Korean you will be somehow crippled with the full use of the swtiches (as well as the washing machine and stoves), but thes are typical issues for non-Koreans travellers in South Korea anyway. The front desk on the ground floor, the main lift-lobby and lobby for elevator B are all very small areas on the first level (ie the street level) and you have to figure out that the 2 main lifts accessible from the lift lobby closet to the front desk are for most levels inlcuding guest rooms, but elevator B is for going to the second level for breakfast. The breakfast eatery is again very small and it is so small that the interior area can accomodate about half of the gusets while the exterior seats are for the late comers who do not mind, that the queues for toasts juices, coffee, cereals and salad easily get entangleed with each other in peak minutes. The breakfast quality and variety are not attractive and you will get the same foods like sweet bread for toasts, 2 cereals, milk, 2 juices, a reasonable variety of hot drinks from the machine, fried rice, sausage meat slices, congee, broccoli soup, seaweed soup and salad with 2 dressings. The room is compact enough but not too small and its best feature is the air-condioner near the windoes and the bed for hot summer days and the main window whch can be slid to a side for ventiliation and fresh air on spring days. Given the size and manpower limitations of this hotel, location and being close to the becah are the best features but the convenience store downstairs between the 2 lift lobbies and the eateries across the road and in the coastal buildings to the far left from the beach serve to make up partly of its limitations.
