Lovely hotel with seperate cottages. We had one on the second floor, with a lot of privacy. One morning we even had monkeys on our balcony, for the real Ubud experience! The gardens and pool are beautiful, very zen. It's very green and has a very natural look to it. It's a great place if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. Ubud Inn was the 4th hotel we stayed in after 3 weeks in Indonesia (not just Bali) and we really have nothing negative to say about it. Room was big (King size double bed!), airconditioning was working very well, staff is super friendly and the breakfast is very good. The shower is also very big and has a good water pressure. WiFi works ok. The hotel can arrange pickups etc. but we didn't use this service. They also do laundry but we went to the laundromat on the other side of the road (20k for 1kg) as it seemed a bit cheaper.

We spent 4 nights at the Ubud Inn and Spa - it was lovely and we’ll definitely return. The room was good. Huge bathroom with plenty of complimentary items!! The pool was awesome with the softest water and a friendly local bat to hang out with. The bed was large, firm & comfortable, although the pillows were a tad old and lumpy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was super good whichever option selected, but I recommend the Ubud Inn breakfast - # 1 on the menu. The location was perfect - busy streets out front and a peaceful oasis behind the veneer of the Inn. Our only annoyance was the less than reliable wifi - they could definitely do better on that element. They also have a swap library which is brilliant if you’re travelling from centre to centre. Great value!!

Very nice place to stay Friendly staff Very close to the monkey forest, most mornings monkeys will bounce around the hotel grounds and roofs Scooters and push bikes can be hired and tours can be organized They have a resident bat named Charlie (injured some time ago) He hangs around the pool bar We had a upstairs room and found the stairs awkward The room we wasn't flash but was comfortable Unfortunately no safe box need to leave valuables at front desk Would stay there again

Beautiful hotel, with the best gardens in ubud! The hotel is situated in central ubud; close enough to the monkey forest that you wake up to monkeys outside every morning which was incredibly cool!! It is not on the main street however, so it is not that noisy compared to the end of the road. The rooms were basic but very traditional, which I am not complaining about as they are also so cheap, more just letting potential guests know what to expect. Small improvements that would take this hotel from a 4 to a 5 star is a safe in every room and a glass screen on the shower; the showers have curtains which I find kind of gross and they stick to you when you're wet and they do not prevent the water from splashing all over the bathroom.

I have stayed at Ubud Inn for more years then I can remember . I love this place although with the new manager it has changed a lot. The restaurant that used to be great is not so great any more .. rooms are still wonderful but a lot more are under construction . The staff is still as wonderful as ever and it’s such a great welcome from people I have got to know over the years . Prices have gone up but I will always come back
