Amazing place to stay when in Ubud. Walking distance to the center, many restaurants around. The stuff is helpful , the pool is nice and big, the bathroom is so beautiful! Our staying there was simply great , can’t wait to return !

Wow where do I start. The rooms are gorgeous, spacious and spotlessly clean, with a large bathroom. The bathroom has both shower and a huge bath tub. Good sized balcony with bean bags and small table. The pool area is small but nice, overlooking the jungle. The restaurant has tasty, well presented food, although some of the menu options were not always available. ILA has such friendly, welcoming and attentive staff who cater to your every need with huge smiles on their faces. We were treated like VIP’s for the whole duration of our stay. We organised a day tour through the hotel with driver Maxsi, who was outstanding and so friendly. He took us on the best tour, to the Rice Fields, Hot Water Temple, Tegenungan Waterfall and the Lewak coffee experience. Maxsi also took us to an amazing lunch spot in the mountains, Buffett style lunch with a breathtaking view of mount Batur. We stayed for 5 nights at ILA and we were so sad to leave. Will be recommending this gorgeous place to friends and family!

Really disappointed in our stay we booked a one bedroom villa. Our first night we were moved to another room of less quality and standard just a double room. Our original villa had a horrible smell of smoke. We could not sleep in the room as it was in the air con and bed linen. Hotel placed two electric air purifiers in room that did not help. Prior to our check in. So they were well aware of the bad smell. Our next room was with no view, no pool access, no international’s tv or satellite channels that were included in our booking. We had no coffee in room for both days and had to request twice waiting an hour for room service. The phone was not working. Internet is slow and staff unhelpful to adres issues. We were not compensated in any way for the down grade in room. Manager said he would look at compensating our dinner bill instead. This was also not done and we were charged the full amount on check out. Would not recommend this place and this hotel actually made what was ment to be a beautiful relaxing stay in Ubud something very unpleasant.

I would say the only two things that I liked was our room and personal, food was overpriced, small breakfast, and also price for a taxi and tours was very overpriced. The swimming pool had a very interesting smell..

The food was ok , very pretty to look at and good taste . However the staff was so loud , the girls in office , the kitchen staff the bar and waiters staff soooooo loud . Joking ,laughing screaming was crazy and spoilt meal. The vietnamese roll was not good , just few veggies with sauce , no mint no basil nothing tasty about it . other meals were pretty but left you hungry. Experience could have been ok except for unusual noisy staff.
