The hotel setting is quite grand with beautiful palms, lights and two swimming pools. Gorgeous to arrive to at night. The staff are just lovely with everyone so keen to help and say hello. The rooms are as you’d expect of a 3 or 4 star hotel; a little down at heel and a bit quirky but realise what your room rate is here before you complain! It’s good value. The aircon and wifi worked well, the shower has decent pressure (albeit with no screen or curtain to prevent the entire bathroom being covered in water but oh well 🤷‍♀️), the bed is large and comfortable and the room is clean and serviced daily. A reasonable buffet breakfast with good omelettes, I opted for the a la carte option one morning and was served a stack of cold, dry pancakes with meagrely sliced banana between them so don’t bother with them, the buffet is cheap enough and the quality is reasonable. This location is replete with dining options though, so don’t restrict yourself as there are better breakfast options right outside your door. I had a massage in the spa which was fabulous and the Table Talk restaurant which is at the entrance had the best Gado Gado I’ve eaten. All in all this is a lovely place to stay in Ubud. Don’t come to this place if you are mobility restricted, access everywhere is steep.

This is a lovely little boutique hotel with a series of buildings set amongst rice fields and a gorge just off the traffic chaos of Jl Raya Pengoseken. Check in was performed online at reception by scanning a QR code and completing an online form, as well as attaching passport photos. We were shown to our room by Ayuita, which does involve navigating either some steep ramps or some stairs.
The hotel is set amongst lovely lush gardens and towering palm trees with two pools, a shallow pool near the gorge and a 1.5 metre deep infinity pool on the hillside. There's a pool bar next to the infinity pool which serves a large selection of coffees, juices and alcoholic drinks. Towels are provided at the pool side, where are you can also opt for a floating breakfast or breakfast picnic.
I'd booked a Premier Rice Field View room for 4 nights and the room was lovely, clean and compact. The bathroom had a walk in shower, with pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and bath gel provided. A one way blind covered the window between the bathroom and bedroom to provide privacy but allow light in if you wanted the blind raising.
The bedroom had a wardrobe containing an electronic safe, and about 10 hangers. Plenty of drawers in the room also. There was a flat screen TV with a handful of channels, and air conditioning unit. The bed was large and very firm but with comfortable pillows.
Breakfast was a very simple affair, egg chef, bread, croissant, pastries and waffles, jam, fruit, cereal, and a small hot offering section. Tea and Bali kopi was self service although you could pay for better coffee.
We had laundry done at the hotel and it was efficient and affordable.
The location of the hotel is down a little street just next to Table Talk restaurant and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, as well as an Alfamart just to the left down the main street.
Special mention to the ever helpful and smiling Ayuita who always greeted us by name and welcomed us home when returning to the hotel.
Overall a lovely little peaceful hotel in a great location south of downtown Ubud.

I wish I knew about this place years ago! I’ve been to Ubud more than 10 times. I found that this place is a perfect place to stay in Ubud. It’s close to the Main street but it is located around paddy’s field and a river. The pool is more than 30 meters long. Perfect for me as I love swimming. Staying for 4 nights and I wish I spent more days there. Staff are friendly, especially Puspita.

The hotel is not new but well maintained. Rooms are big and spacious. Their restaurant (“Table Talk”) serves good food with reasonable price (you got 15% discount). The room price cannot be lower during this low season and during this pandemic. It’s quite cheap comparing to what you get. Highly recommend!

I chose this hotel because it is close to an important road but at the same time protected from noise by a long access avenue to the structure. Premium Balinese style room for three nights, on the second and top floor of the structure, comfortable, clean with mineral water that is regularly replenished daily by the staff in glass bottles. There is also a dispenser on the floor. My stay will last 6 nights including 3 spent in one of the suites always on the second floor entrance hall with typical Balinese door that accesses the terrace with comfortable sofa. Very nice room, very comfortable bed, bathroom with bath and very large shower. In both types of rooms I found silence, absolute cleanliness. A la carte breakfast, you choose in the evening on a menu that you will find in your room. Fair prices for the period. Applause to the very kind staff, always available, smiling which I really appreciated. Thanks also to the manager of the structure that I got to know personally and that together with his staff made my stay very pleasant being alone for the entire stay!

We stayed for three nights. Although we have been to Ubud many times before, this was our first visit to the Artini Dijiwa. It’s a great hotel with excellent rooms and great staff.
The hotel is well situated with many excellent cafes and bars within a few minutes walk.
Our room was comfortably large. Sitting on the balcony of an evening listening to the insects was a highlight of our visit.
A buffet breakfast was included in our room rate although we preferred to pay a little extra to eat in the adjacent Table Talk Restaurant which is affiliated with the hotel.
All staff were friendly. Ground staff all greeted us and the cleaners would check that we were happy with the room cleaning. Ayuita at reception was extremely friendly and knowledgeable as were her namesake Ayu and her colleague Aris, at Table Talk.
The only downside to this hotel is the valley which separates the reception area and the rooms. Construction has commenced on a pedestrian bridge which will resolve this issue. Staff told me the bridge construction will be completed in only a few weeks.

Warm welcome by Devi and rest of the staffs. All staffs greet us with genuine smile and warm wishes!

The rooms are good, but there is some shortfalls to be improved..the toilets need deep cleaning and upgrading, the towels are smelly and not soft enough seriously needs to improve on that. The water pressure is very low and there's no hand shower.
The view from our room was amazing, swimming pool and the surroundings were full of trees. The breakfast at the Table Talk restaurant near the hotel entrance was good and the staffs there were friendly.
I enjoyed the welcome drinks and the French fries served at the poolbar.
Overall,I recommend this hotel for nature lovers.

The Artini Dijiea hotel in Ubud is perfect in all ways: located just off the bustling main road with shops and restaurants yet quiet and serene. The grounds are immaculate. Two swimming pools, both well appointed, are at your beck and call. The complimentary breakfast has excellent wide and varied menu items set in an outdoor veranda. Our room, bathroom, bed/bedding/pillows were top notch with an outdoor balcony and there was a complimentary 15 minute massage. Hotel staff and friendly, help and kind. Look for Ayuita at the front desk!!!

What a fabulous place to stay. I was in an Ethnic room which was large and comfortable with table and chairs out on the verandah to enjoy the view over the hotel grounds and two pools. Plenty of mineral water was provided in the room. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a comfortable chair as there was only the bed or a wooden stool to sit on. I had breakfast and a few dinners at Table Talk, the hotel's restaurant, which was just a short walk away, and the food was excellent, as was the coffee and the staff are warm and friendly. Location is great, in central Ubud with lots of cafes and restaurants close by, but the hotel is down a short private road which means you are out of the chaos and busyness of the main street and an air of calm and relaxation prevails. I had a couple of treatments at the spa which were excellent - thank you Heni and Iluh - and good value. And also a tour round some of the sights outside Ubud with Noel who made it a fun day out.
What really makes this place though is the staff. They are all delightful. The receptionists learn your name quickly and every time you leave or arrive back you are greeted warmly and genuinely and asked how your day was. It really does feel like you are being welcomed back home by family every time you return to the hotel. I had a problem with my knee while I was staying and Puspita ensured I got to a clinic to have it looked at and treated. All the staff were then concerned to check I was ok.
One reason I booked this hotel was it had a gym which was actually closed for renovation while I was there (not that I could use it anyway with my knee!), but a well equipped gym would be my only other suggestion to enhance facilities.
Thank you so much Puspita, Dewi, Ayuita and Arsana, plus all the other staff who work so hard. You made my stay. I hope I return again someday.

Located in just 5' walking distance from the Monkey Forest, Artini Dijiwa is both very close to the center but also very quiet! Apart of the great location, the structure of the hotel itself is amazing, having 2 pools on dofferent levels, pool bar, a rice field on its left and many many different plants and trees, a really tranquil environment. The rooms (we stayed in 2 different ones) were both spacious, clean, had a big bathroom, fridge, very nice balcony, were very nicely decorated and overall very convenient and cozy. However the biggest asset of Artini Dijiwa is the staff... always very friendly, polite, helpful and very pleasant people, they helped us with everything we needed, both within the hotel and outside, just made us feel at home!! We can't recommend enough this resort, we had an amazing time there, thank you for everything!!

(+) We‘ve stayed here for 4 nights during our trip to Ubud and really enjoyed the hotel here. The view from the Hotel room to the Pool and Riceterasses was amazing!
The pool was also very nice and the Rooms were very clean and comfortable too.
The stuff were all very very friendly and always helpful!
The location is very close to the market in ubud and also only 5 minutes per feet away from the monkey forest, there is a super market next to the Hotel too and many Cafés and Restaurants. If required you can rent a scooter from the Hotel which is very easy to handle.

(-) The breakfast is ok, but not much healthy alternatives. If required you can order some more food by the Hotel which needs to get payed.

All in one the Hotel was a very nice and comfortable stay and so can definetely recommend it anyone who will travel to Ubud.
