Booked this location for my birthday with a friend and within 24 hours I was scared and found myself searching for a new safe place. The photos did not resemble what the room looked like. Horrible and rude staff service, dirty rooms and broken taps and more. During the first night, someone was constantly circling our room at night and the open room space had no lock, therefore anyone could have entered. Oh we didn’t sleep at all. After all we were hoping for some consideration and kindly requested for a refund. In return we had rascist comments thrown at us in front of other ‘villa stayers’ and they rudely told us to F OFF and to find another place if we were unhappy. This frustrated us because being 2 young girls, we needed the money for a new location. Sincerely, Worst place and experience ever! I repeat, save your money, not worth a coin.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. My partner and I were here for 5 days however on the first night when we arrived we realised how dirty and unsafe the place was. The photos were nothing were nothing like the ones advertised. The staff were extremely rude. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable being there another second and began searching for a new location. I felt so unsafe and scared. When we asked the manager for a refund because we’d cancelled the booking online. The manager refused to grant the refund and give us our money back. We really needed this money back so we could book another spot so we were extremely frustrated. He than was insincere about the situation and didn’t want to resolve the situation. We just gave up because the manager began verbally abusing us and the situation wasn’t getting anywhere so we just left. Would not recommend. Worst service and accomodation ever.

Stayed three nights here and overall was not impressed. On the night we arrived we were put in the wrong room, as we had paid for a room with AC. The room we were put in was large but very dirty and you could not lock the front and back door when leaving. We had to switch rooms to get AC the next night, which was a challenge as my boyfriend was on crutches following an accident at the time. The next room was cleaner which was good. Pool is a nice amenity, breakfast is very small but good, and location is good other than very difficult to find. Service was definitely not great. Overall would not recommend.
