I stayed here during lockdown. Great beachfront location. Big older style resort set in beautiful gardens. Very clean swimming pool. Food is delicious, I had Nasi Goreng every day for breakfast and it was really good.
This is a government managed hotel. You will notice a lot if the staff sitting around watching stuff on their mobile phones. They just do a couple of hours work in the morning and then relax. Hence, the low standard of cleanliness in the rooms and restaurant.
The beach in front of the hotel is only cleaned on Mondays so is generally covered in rubbish. Walk up the beach and swim in front of the owner-operated hotels - they clean the beach every day.
Wi-Fi at the hotel was terrible, the hotel did get Telekom to come to fix it but there was no improvement. You have to go to the lobby to maintain your connection. The staff sitting in the restaurant all day on their mobile phones didn't seem to have any problems with their internet connection!
There were only 2 rooms occupied when I stayed there, probably because they did not have 'COVID' long stay deals like other hotels near by.
Also, there was no hot water as the hot water cannot be turned on for just a couple of rooms. This did not bother me. I am sure there is hot water during normal business.
I would like to go back when the COVID pandemic is over as it is a lovely, big old sprawling resort. Many of the cleaning issues may be due to a lack of motivation as there are hardly any tourists in Sanur right now.
Right now you can find much better value for money in other beachfront properties along Sindhu and Sanur Beaches.

We stayed here in 2019 with a large group and loved it. We had two 11 month olds with us and the breakfast was fantastic for them. The had lots of options and although the high chairs were way too big for our kids it didn't matter as we had hired one any way through a hire company and took it to breakfast with us daily. With the other high chair, we tied the child in using a sarong. The pools were perfectly clean and the shallow toddle pool meant that our little ones could run around with their pool rings on and touch the ground. The lawn area was also great for them to have a play and reception organised great hire bikes for us to ride along the beach front. They even made sure the baby seat was at the front and not the back. We are staying here again in 2020!

Not a great start, arrived late afternoon with sleeping 2 year old put straight to bed. Discovered Sheets not clean about an hour later. Hotel policy is to only change sheets 2nd daily unless you indicate daily change. Clearly there should be a policy to change sheets after checkout and before next check in. Aside from this issue we had a great holiday and the staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great, Hotel meals were great, Lumpia spring rolls were the best we had on this trip. Great spot right on the beach, popular spot for the market owners to sit and engage you to come to their shop, busy street as this is a popular spot for locals also. Another downer was the barking dogs, lots of beach dogs, no issue throughout the day, did not bother us on the beach or during meals but barked all night, not close like your neighbours dog, just from a distance. Massage on the beach not recommended, I recommend AYU SPA beaty salon just a few doors up the beach, you book a time and the prices compete with the beach ladies and i think a more comfortable massage, manicure and hair spa, also do haircuts, colour and waxing. Great coffee and cake right outside the door. Sanur is a Quite spot in Bali this time of year, party music on the beach till about 10pm and close walk to busy street shopping or restaurants but no clubs to attract the young drinking scene, great family spot. Having spent a few days at the end of our trip at The Hilton Kuta, I would recommend Inna SIndu as providing a better customer service, location and price for same same, although the Hilton is not on the beach.

Stayed at Inna Sindhu Sanur in June, Totally disappointed in the Hotel accommodation placed in room up in the dungeons of the bungalow's right up the back.On my first nights stay air conditioning not working so my sleep was terrible next morning asked for air conditioning to be looked at.
Breakfast wasn't up to previous standards,Same fruit day after day Water Melon,Paypaya,Honey Dew that wasn't ripe enough to eat no different varieties of fruit on a 11 day stay at the hotel,Pastries were very little each morning.Asked several times can we have some different varieties of fruit on the buffet breakfast.A friends room didn't have a safe in the room told the reception they argued that there was a safe in the room till they had a look no safe. The cost of the rooms were way over priced for the condition they are in now. When having a shower water built up in the shower area drainage terrible it took at least 40minutes for water to drain away, barely a trickle of water came out of the shower head, Lighting in bathroom was terrible
The pool has mould growth all around the tiles in the pool also mould on the ladders to exit the pool.Needs to be hit with a load of chlorine to get rid of the mould in the pool.
A lot of the beach front area at Inna Sindhu has been taken over by Warungs on the beach front area so in my opinion this area has lost its appeal.
A new manager has taken over the management of Inna Sindhu think he needs to talk to tourist customers of any complaints they have with the hotel.I wasn't the only one complaining of these situations of things that needed to be looked at the Hotel ..
After staying at this Hotel several times I think it is going downhill needs repairs to get back to a nice accommodation.. It's such ashame to see this hotel coming to this state.
Lawns need mowing,Trees need pruning urgently,Weeds growing in paths up to the rooms.
The only thing on my stay that I found very pleasant were the staff .

The great hotels located at beachfront of Sindhu Beach Sanur with warm and friendly staff. The rooms are comfy and clean but need to be improved by probiding the hot water all the time. During our stayed there are no hot water available especially in the morning and evening. The breakfast needs to be improved as well by served more variance of menus both indonesia and western cuisines. We stayed at this hotel on the new year eve and there is no celebaration event while other places sourrounding the hotels has live music and celebration. But overall we satisfied stayed at this hotels and very recommended place for escape from the city crowded and daily routine activities.

No corals, no fish in the ocean, only plastic swimming around. If you are looking for a power plug in your room: they are hidden under the writing desk. Light too dim to read at night, windows can not be opened, curtains not to be removed. WiFi excellent. The sea at low tide is full of stones.

After enjoying some very beautiful places on the beach around Bali for 50% of what I paid here, I was horrified to stay at what might have been a nice hotel in the past as reflected by its excellent location on the beach and spacious property. The scenic view photos make it look lovely but look a little closer at the details....
In its heyday, it probably was a tranquil comfortable place but now, it would be best torn down and rebuilt. Years of neglect make it shameful - I would maybe pay US$15/night at best given the conditions.
I often look at negative reviews and chalk it up to a few disgruntled travelers but look at the more recent reviews on Google and you'll see what I mean. I'm kicking myself for not having checked more recent reviews more carefully. Older (pre-COVID) reviews speak to the loveliness of the property but clearly that's no longer the case.
The property is tired and dirty and in desparate need of a refresh. Rooms have peeling paint, moldy bathtubs, cigarette burns on the desks, shower water is lukewarm .... and I could go on. I'm uploading photos.
Guests next door were smoking and their smoke wafted into my room so I ended up wearing a face mask all night so I could sleep. Air con barely working. Upon complaining to staff, they basically shrugged when I asked to move to a different room.
Unlike places where I've stayed for

This hotel is located in then central area of Sanur, within walking distance of most local shops, sights and amenities, and right on the beach. The hotel is is built in the traditional Balinese style of several bungalow-like buildings in a garden setting. The hotel has been around for some time, but the buildings and the rooms are maintained reasonably well. This is not an international luxury hotel, but a decent three star accommodation. don't expect perfection, but you will get a comfortable room with very friendly service in a great location. the breakfast is fine, with adequate choice and quality. the beach in front of the hotel is rather neglected, full of hawkers, restaurants and rather poorly maintained.

I was dumbstruck by how dirty and run down this hotel was. First, at check in you are immediately offered to pay to upgrade. This seems to be a hustle they have going to force guests to pay for an upgraded room. The pictures I have attached are of the “upgraded” room after I insisted on moving rooms due to the filth of the first rooms we were given. Our room rate was $100 for two rooms, which is cheap but would reasonably get you a clean room anywhere else in Bali. In addition to the dirty sheets complete with a long strand of hair, yellow pillows and smell of roach spray, the AC didn’t work, but was still blowing out moist air. The room was full of mosquitoes as a result. Thankfully we only stayed one night, slept fully clothed and covered my pillow with a sweatshirt.

Great hotel with such a lovely and caring staff.
They have a good swimming pool which is quite large and also children friendly.
You can order drinks and snacks and relax on the beds.
They also have a nice breakfeast in the morning, which you can enjoy with a view of the beach of Sanur.
For the early birds, this spot is excellent for a sunrise!
You also have a good 2-person bed, which is comfortable.
The room has air conditioning, a TV and a little fridge for your drinks.
The bathroom has a decent bath and shower.
Don't expect a modern up to date room.
That said, the staff cleans the room every day and makes up the bed, and that is done well.
The big plus here that you can walk from your room ly the beach by just walking through the restaurant, the walk path and your there.
You can also lay down on one of the beds and have your drinks delivered there.
They also have laundry service, so if you want your clothes washed, fill up the bag and deliver it to the front desk.
I stayed here from the 29th October to November 12th and I enjoyed every single minute of it!
32 degrees constantly and barely a drop of rain, what more do you want ?
Like I said, I will be back in 2024

Very basic , eggs preparation is nice though
Room 112. It's renewed. And you stay at ground floor - that means much easier to get a dusch without slow water
No they are not. I have been here many times, and will continue to come as I love it. You dont come to this hotel for luxury, you come for the traditional Balinese experience, it is 3 stars with a 5 star experience.
Steps & a ladder xxx
Swimming is good at high tide. Then you swim above the sea-weed and rocks. I swam every day, when the tide was high and I also used a snorkel set, to watch the little fish. Sometimes I would take bread into the water and feed them.
It takes 6 hours &12 minutes to go from high tide to low, or from low tide to high water. So every 24 hours there are 2 high tides and 2 low tides.
The water is reasonably clean, most of the time and it is always warm. But, it is NOT a good beach for surfing. the waves are not big enough.
