Had a great stay at Arena living. The rooms are nice and big, only the shower is a bit dark. There is a 40 inch tv in the rooms with plenty of channels, also streaming is possible if you bring a TV stick. The hotels is recently renovated and looks really good with a nice garden and good size pool. There is 24/7 security and also parking, but not covered parking so your motorbike will be wet or hot. Ordering food from the restaurant is possible but did not do that when staying there, there plenty restaurant/bars at walking distance. Staff is friendly, can really recommend this hotel

Great first impression and friendly staff when we arrived. Clean rooms and nice area. No internet connection in our room, and we when asked about this at the front desk we were not helped at all except told to sit in the foyer for internet. Not ideal. Received 7am phone calls from the reception which we did not ask for, and it was quite annoying considering my partner was sick and got woken up by a pointless phone call. Maybe im picky but, i found this quite annoying.

I love this hotel. Just calm, away from noisy as hotel is located behind its restaurant near the road. The staff is friendly, helpful. I ordered the deluxe room and got wide bedroom. The swimming pool is wide, and i just live the ambience. I wa not trying to walk to the beach when i was visit. Should be the beach is within walking range around 10min. I would like to back this hotel.

Havent stayed in Sanur for 20 years and I will be back. We stay over in the Kuta Legian area for the past 20 years and have returned to Sanur. This hotel is one of the reason we will be back. We had a room that steps went into the pool for our balcony area, I loved it. Pool was great, rooms clean and big. Only problem I would have is the floors are slippery when they are wet. Close to beach, restaurants and pub out front.

Although a short walk to the beach - 10-15 minutes - this was definitely one of the best areas we stayed in during our month trip to Bali - we stayed here for 5 nights and did not regret it - the rooms were lovely and like a minute resort - a bargain for the price - only thing was they didn’t have a bar or anything like that - but there was a shop literally next door (and also a McDonalds!!) Pool was beautiful and never too busy! Once you get to the beach it was definitely the second best beach we went to during our trip - lots of beach bars and cafes and restaurants serving lovely and not too expensive food! The hotel itself had its own pub/restaurant on the front on the main road - we didn’t end up trying this until the second to last night and it was the best steak we have ever had - we liked it so much we went back for tea the next night too!!
