Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The hotel was close to the airport which is why we chose it. The pillows were the worst we've ever slept on and the room smelled really heavily of cheap disinfectant.
The breakfast was good and the staff lovely. Water in the room would be something small but appreciated.

We stayed here for 12 hours between two domestic flights due to the proximity to the airport (5 min drive if that) and cheap price (about $30AUD). The manager was wonderful, she contacted us immediately after our last minute online booking and was very accommodating to pick us up from the airport, and then dropped us back herself very early the following morning. The room itself was cosy and fine, and it had a small bar fridge. The shower had hot water but only a limited amount, so no long showers! The only negative we experienced was that it is close to the main highway so could be a bit noisy at times.

Nice Place, great breakfast complete from coffee bread yumm bakmi groreng orange juice and fruit pletter...ohh, clean, tidy... comfortable bed.. Sooo close to Airport Ngurah Rai Bali and still get transfer to Airport for free.. very good service -J

We stayed here with my husband in May, but I'm only writing this review now as I didn't want to do it when I was extremely angry and annoyed and then I just forgot. But I wanted to give our opinion of this place, because it's very different from the majority of positive reviews.
I booked this place for us, because of the convenient location near the airport and positive reviews. We arrived here in the afternoon from Gili Air and had a flight out next morning at 6am so we wanted to be near the airport.
My first observations were: -the whole place smelled strongly of bleach, even our room -the pool is tiny and indoors in a dark corridor of the hotel -the room was ok, seemed clean and bed was comfortable. -there was only an opened can of soda in the room fridge or the "mini bar" -they provided us with 2 bottles of drinking water, though, unopened. -it was our last day and we were low on cash so we were hoping to pay by card, but it was not possible. There was an ATM fairly close so not a big problem -we asked for a place where we could eat. They have a restaurant and it didn't seem to be open. They mentioned a few places maybe 1 km away. And then they reluctantly got out their menu and said we could also eat there. We didn't feel like bothering them, so we went out to look for a restaurant.
So already after all this I was wondering why the place had such good reviews, but the it was still ok and main thing was to have a place to sleep and get to the airport next morning at 4am as conveniently as possible. We organised with the reception that we would get a lift to the airport at 4am. Later in the evening my husband went down to the reception to confirm again that it was indeed 4 in the morning , not afternoon, because we wanted to make sure there was no misunderstanding in our communications.
So next morning at 3.55 am we were in the lobby with our backpacks and nobody was there. We waited for about 8 min and then called the hotel phone number and it rang in the reception that was empty. There was no sign of anybody and we were locked inside the hotel. We waited until 4.10am and then realised that nobody was coming. My husband found some keys behind the counter that fit the main door. We used the keys to open the door and had to leave the door unlocked behind us. We started walking to the airport with our big backpacks on and tried to stop a taxi on the way. It was impossible, because it was still so dark and we weren't really visible to the road. The distance to the airport is about 1,5 km, but it's not a pleasant walk in the dark with backpacks on. We finally managed to check in to our flight about 5 min before the check in closed so no harm done, but it was not really how we had planned the morning to go. I called them from the airport to let them know that we had to leave the door open and they answered the phone. They were apologetic, of course, but the damage was done.

This was the cleanest accommodation I have ever experienced. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive and immediately made me feel at ease. My room was excellent and felt really quite homey. The air-conditioner worked well, the water pressure in the shower was good, and all of the facilities looked pretty much brand new. The price was also wonderful! I would definitely stay here again enroute to/from the airport.

We stayed at Turban Torres just for an overnight stop over on our way to Lombok. It's super close to the airport, cute micro hotel, clean comfy and great service. Free pick up and drop off back to the airport, and they even took us on a late night mission to find a minimart! Breakfast also great value for approx $3.50 Australian, more than enough and with fresh fruit as well. Hosts really friendly. Will definitely stay here again when we need somewhere handy to the airport.

I stayed for 2 nights in Tuban Torres and I have to say I was very impress with the place and with the hospitality . The rooms are spacious and very comfortable , for $35 I had an immaculate room with TV , AC , hot water and mini bar fridge , also breakfast in the morning included. Actually the food was delicious at very reasonable price if you wish to order a la carte for lunch or dinner ... Last but not least the hospitality from Poppy and all the staff at Tuban Torres since nothing was too much of a trouble for them , even they drop me to the airport after the check out . Also Mr. Carlo ,what a host !!! thanks so much for the attention to details that really makes the difference ... be at home away of home !!! Indeed the place to be in Tuban if you looking for a short stay ....Worth every ruphiah . I will certainly be back .

I was here for 1 night and this is really the best hotel for the given price. The staff is simply wonderful! The room is great. I booked the delux room with a bathtub. The room was spacious, the furniture nice. There is a fridge and cable TV with all the good channels. And the receptionist even helped me to get to the airport for free. The food is good. There is a coffee machine with Italian coffee and a wide array of cakes! And most of all, the planes you can't hear at all though the hotel is just 5 min from the airport.

Stayed for a night for my early flight back home. The place is clean and the price is just right. Would recommend this place if you're catching your flight out due to heavy traffic. International airport is just a walk away!

Very clean and friendly. Brilliant stop over . Basic but all you need .Watch out for airport Taxi though rip off on way back was only 45k as apposed to 120 from airport. Would stop again, not sure where it is as to the main strip as it was literally to sleep
