Travellers' Choice
As soon as you step into the resort, you will find the perfect blend of nature and heritage. Jharipani Castle is among the oldest buildings in Mussoorie, originally owned by Crown Breweries at the time of British and was passed on to the royal family of Mahraja of Patiala, therefore also known as" Patiala House." We offer neat, clean and comfortable log hut and luxury rooms with attached private bathrooms. Landscaped gardens and terraces, with sit outs in nooks and corners; there is no better place to watch the twinkling lights of the Doon Valley at night. With a spectacular view, all this makes an ideal place for a quiet holiday, whatever time of year you choose to visit. This is an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of the usual city life. Above all, it's an ideal place for those who love peace and nature. Once called the Queen of the Hills, the old lady has lost some of her luster, and her crown is slightly dented. But she is still worth a visit - ideal for a weekend away from the smog of Delhi and metropolitan cities. Visitors will find that the air is still pure and invigorating, the mountains majestic and the plains below green and verdant to the jaded eye. Far from the maddening crowd and 7 kms before Mall Road is Jharipani Castle Resort a camping spot on top of the hill easily approachable by road in Jharipani.

Stay at Jharipani Castle was an amazing experience for wife and myself. We were there for 4 nights. Hospitality by the staff is amazing, food in their cafe is just perfect. We tried every cuisine there, and were amazed at how perfect each dish was. Staff also helped us with securing cab service to and from Dehradun Airport, as well as for local sightseeing. The property is extremely beautiful with their sunset views being unparalleled. We highly recommend them for your Mussoorie stay.

We stayed at this place for two nights.. If one wants to really enjoy the marvellous view of valley and mountains, this is the place to look out for... Moreover this place for those people who really wants peaceful and calm environment. The room service is very efficient and the quality and taste of food is also very good. So my take is that if anyone wants to enjoy the scenic beauty with peace, this is the place to stay instead of Mussoorie which is very crowded. Note- This place is in between Dehradun and Mussorie and ony 20kms. drive away from Mussorie.
