Always book this hotel but after lockdown totally run down Ram was a good host ready to change our rooms but inspite of that all categories of rooms are in very bad condition.needs repair, maintenance and upgrade of curtains, etc. Breakfast was good fresh but please improve condition so that we can book next time
This hotel is located in the heart of Viman nagar and main highway . Rooms are comfortable and required furniture is available. Buffet spread specially breakfast is lavish. Food preparation and serving is good as per the standards of hotel. Staff is trained and courteous. Swimming pool on upper floor is the place to enjoy in the evening with a good view of city. Lobby is bit small for attractive. I enjoyed my visit.
the rooms and the restaurant are excellent. the lounge is a bit small. the front-desk staff is either not properly trained OR is not customer-centric. They needed reminders. admittedly i had put in a special request for using the business centre for a while but they didn't revert to me despite reminders. a simple no would also have been in order.
I came late last night ordered sandwich as no other option was there and when it came looked yummy bt a cockroach running over it....made my mood worst and sad like really !!! Will like to eat again no way however my roomate was hungry staff told they wl prepare again but i cancelled my order as it stuck up my mind ,whole night flush water was leaking when opened the tap in bathroom the tap only came out ,it was a pathetic experince to stay here only making good rooms is not the way hotel runs u need to maintain hygine also food in the buffest as limited choice with not a very great taste in bread they dont give anything apart from nan and tandoori roti
Arriving at 1:30am, the hotel was well staffed and immensely accommodating. The kitchen delivered chicken tikki masala within 15 minutes of getting settled in my room. The large 2 bedroom 2 bath (with adjoined office) included a full kitchen and warm finishings. Breakfast had many vegetarian and healthy options, including decent espresso; all within a relaxing environment overlooking the city. Checkout was a breeze. The stay was affordable for what felt like a 4-star experience (and not far at all from PNZ airport). I will be back.
