Location is very great, The staff is extremely courteous and friendly. All requests were met with promptly. The hotel has a lovely pool on the 4th floor and try and get a room overlooking the pool on the 9th floor, good views of the city. I Would absolutely reccommend staying here to my friends.

Check In smooth.Room service lousy.Housekeeping Lousy.I think they are very understaffed.That's why everything was taking time. No one enquired if we wanted someone to take our bags to the room. we took it ourselves.Tea cups in the room were soiled.we had booked 2 rooms as we were 3 persons.One of the glasses we ordered was soiled too.will surely not visit again.Not recommended for free if the things are going like this .
