Our experience here was quite terrible, also because of the hotel itself and the majority of Ukrainian guests. We just wondered about their behavior. The cleanliness of the room is also quite poor, the general condition of the hotel is very tired, the food was ok. The area is large with three large pool areas, free wifi in the lobby and some areas. The hotel owner also does not lie that this is not a 5 * hotel, but a 3 * with two smaller stars, with a large area. We understood this on the spot. It is unfortunate that this misleads holidaymakers. We had a large family room because we paid extra for it. The room was not too tidy, the bed linen was worn out, even with holes, the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned after previous guests. Mold in tile seams, bath deformed with rust. Towels and bed linen were changed daily, if you leave the money to the cleaning guy, he will at least clean the tables, other surfaces and sweep the floor, otherwise he will not. We left nothing to steal. The beach is quite small, it opens at 7 in the morning, if you want to go there around 09:30 after breakfast, sun loungers are not available, most are "reserved" with towels or personal belongings. The same "reservation system" worked for dinner, people just left their hats and other things for hours or before eating, but we push things out to eat them.)) 90% of the guests were from Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, whose behavior was impolite, as if they had fled the forest before arriving here - loud shouting, smoking even in the presence of young children and babies could not avoid smoking, regardless of location. Also, most of the guests could not stand in line, everyone just tried to get in first, everyone else squeezed and stood so close that they could feel them breathing in their throats as if there was no food, the chefs supplemented the dishes periodically from time to time. The staff was kind and helpful.

저희는 부킹닷컴을 통해 이 호텔을 예약하게되었습니다. 부킹닷컴에서 올인클루시브인 방을 찾았고, 이 방은 3끼의 식사, 모든 바 사용이 가능하다고 써있었습니다. 하지만 정작 숙소에와서 보니, 바에서 소프트디링크만 이용할수있고, 술은 따로 돈을내야된다고 했습니다. 또한, 스파와 모든 서비스는 추가요금을 내야된다고합니다.. 부지는 매우 넓으나 시설은 매우 노후화 되어있고, 수영장은 불순물들이 많이 떠다녔으며 레스토랑의 뷔페식사 또한 모든 음식이 밍밍하고 싱겁습니다. Wifi는 리셉션에서만 가능하며 이또한 매우 느려 사용하기 힘듦니다. 이곳은 러시아인들이 매우 많으며 모든 직원들이 러시아인을 상대하기에 최적화 되어있습니다.(영어는 잘못하고 러시아어를 매우 잘함). 바에서는 바텐더가 저희를 놀리고 인종차별까지 하였습니다. 이호텔은 더블룸이 1박 4~5만원이면 딱 적당할 수준. 주변 호텔들이 훨씬좋습니다. 제발 다른곳가세요.. 이 호텔은 유일한 장점: 수압은 셉니다. We booked this hotel through Booking.com. I found an all-inclusive room on Booking.com, which says that it is available for 3 meals and all bars are available. But when I came to the hotel, I could only use soft drinks at the bar, and I had to pay for alcohol. In addition, the spa and all services are subject to an additional fee .. The site is very spacious but the facilities are very old, the pool is full of impurities and the restaurant's buffet is all tasteless and watery. Wifi is only available at reception and it is also very slow to use. There are a lot of Russians and all the staff are optimized to deal with Russians (English is poor and Russian is very good). At the bar, the bartender teased us and even racist. This hotel's double room is suitable for 35 to 45$ per night. Nearby hotels are much better. Please go somewhere else. The only advantage of this hotel: the water pressure is strong.

Overall for Europeans it is better to expect that this is a 3 star hotel. The hotel grounds are big and from outside look very stylish. We got a room on the North side, in January it is a bit cold on that side. We changed the room because of the "old" smell, got a bigger one but with the same smell, only when you turn on the air-conditioning it gets better. Heard that you need to pay extra to get a better room, We had also a broken toilet, a little water running on the floor, which they did not fix so we fixed ourselves by opening a hole in the floor so the water can flow away. The waiters are very friendly, there is variety of food to choose from in the meals, but coffee and tea for lunch and dinner is available only in the outside bar. Very tasty tea. Wi-fi only in the reception area. Staff prepared breakfast boxes for us to take when we went on an early morning excursion and when we left to the airport at night. The weather in January is cool, so we used the warm pool instead of swimming in the sea. I tried snorkeling though, got a mask and fins free of charge. You should also remember that there are corals, so you need special shoes to walk in the water. In the beach there are many broken chairs. There is also a bar where you can get beverages. Most of guests are from Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Italy. In January the hotel is not overcrowded. If you are used to high standards, probably you should choose other hotels..

To start with, the room had dirty bed-sheets, the telephone was only a skeleton and the wire was cut out, no dial buttons at all. After returning back and forth to the reception they finally changed the room, only to find out that the new room was even more dirty. no mini bar. not even a bottle of water (this hotel is supposed to be 5 stars., don't know how!!) Now the staff: reception staff was kind and helpful but the food serving staff was ruthless. extremely rude and careless. I remember specifically the restaurant head captain whose name was TAMER I believe. a very rude person, griming to the guests all the time, never know how to smile. this goes to his staff as well. I watched another one serving chicken cuts at dinner was literally shouting to any guest who dare to ask him for a 2nd. piece of chicken. since most of the guests were Russians, the staff knows some Russian words but ironically they don't know the basic simple English. Now the food: the way they serve food was militarism in every word of it. you are allowed only one piece of any type of meat, chicken or small piece of fish. if you dared to ask for one more piece you will only receive a shout with a grim face (no.. not allowed) reminding all that this was an open buffet!!!!! Not to mention the over used, twisted old forks&knives and the dirty table covers. At breakfast they never have enough coffee. the serving was so limited to the extend that they serve coffee in a coffee cup not even a bottle. when it's finished (in no time of course) you will have to wait for someone to notice that and refill the same tiny cup for the queuing guests. No room service available. so don't think of that. Housekeeping has left the room uncleaned even-though I put the note by the door and informed the reception in the morning to send someone but nothing happened till I demanded to talk to their head, only to receive a silly answer that they are shortage of staff and no one was available to clean the room..... The room was finally cleaned after 4.00PM. Recommend this hotel to anyone.. sure NO.

To be honest our experience here was pretty horrible. Not so much because of the hotel itself (although it was also bad), but mainly because of the majority of the guests, we were just shocked by their behavior. Also, the cleanliness in the room is quite bad, the overall hotel condition could have been better, the food was ok. The territory is big with three large pool areas, free wifi in lobby and some places of the territory. However there is no way this is a 5* hotel, more like a bare 3* with a large territory. We had a family room for two persons, the room size was quite large, however there were very badly stained curtains, stained carpets, the bedding was worn down, even with holes, the bathroom had not been cleaned after previous guests, visible mold, several holes in the bath that had been tried to cover with something, old and stained towels. The towels are changed every day, the bedding is not changed at all. If you leave money for the cleaning guy, at least he cleans the tables, other surfaces and washes the floor, otherwise he doesn't do that. Cleaning guy stole some of our alcohol from the fridge. We heard about possibility of theft, so kept all our other belongings in locked suitcases and safe at all times, so there wasn't a possibility to steal anything else. The main pool floor was very dirty, other pools were cleaned every other day. One evening we saw a guy with a wheelbarrow and a spade throwing some chemicals in the pool just like that. One of the pool's towel guy also wasn't bothered to take off his clothes and have a swim in the pool himself. Beach is quite packed and small, it opens at 7 am, if you want to go there around 09:30 after breakfast, there are no available sunbeds, all have been "reserved" with towels or personal belongings. The same "reservation system" goes for lunch and dinner, people just leave their hats and other things on tables hours before meals and comes to eat later, so no one could sit there, even though by the time they arrive others could have already eaten. Be prepared that 99% of the guests here are from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, whose behavior is unacceptable in every way, as if they had lived in the woods before coming here - loud shouting, loud Russian music on their own speakers, smoking everywhere, including in the presence of small children and infants, it is impossible to escape the smoke regardless of the location - beach, pool or just hotel territory. Also, surprisingly it was allowed for naked children to run around, not only by the pool and at the beach (which would have been ok), but at all mealtimes, for example, completely naked children running around during dinner. Even one day a naked child lying in a pushchair during dinner while his mother was queuing for food started to pee, needless to say that he was a boy, everything went in the air and several people were peed on. Needless to say, no one seemed to be surprised, the mother did not bother to apologize to anyone, it seemed acceptable to everyone. Majority of the guests also did not seem to understand how to stand in the queue, everyone just tried to get in, push everyone else and stand so close that you can feel them breathe on the back of your neck, as if the food would just suddenly disappear, which, of course, was not the case, the food was added all the time. The employees don't understand English, only Russian, but they were kind and helpful.
