The hotel boasts that it is a five star but at best it’s a 3 the rooms are dated and worn the floor tiles in our room were loose and moved when walked on. When using the shower it would flood the floor in the bathroom with water. The Tv has one English Channel even though it’s a smart Tv you can’t access Netflix or anything else. The food was cold most of the time and mostly the same sort of food every evening we couldn’t wait to come home the only decent food was in soho square where you could get a meal for 2 people for about £15 don’t know why we bothered with all inclusive we wasted our money and won’t be returning. The beach is set on three graduated levels so if you have trouble walking up deep slopes then don’t bother you can’t paddle in the sea as it’s on a coral reef which is protected you can walk the jetty to snorkel but that’s not a big area if busy the pool is ok but plays loud music constantly during the day so not peaceful at all

We have just returned from a fabulous week at this wonderful, well-equiped hotel. We booked a deluxe sea view double room and it was lovely. The food was diverse and well prepared. The cocktails were excellent and served in proper glasses in the Piano Bar and the Vendome Bar. However, the factor that made our stay complete was the wonderful staff, who looked after us so well: Wael and his hard working Laguna Restaurant team, Mohamed (maker of brilliant pink cocktails) in the Vendome Bar, Aziz at the pool and last, but not least, our cleaner, Hamada, who made us smile every day. Thanks to you all – we will return!

Something very bad happened to me in a restaurant located on the sea from a person in charge of the restaurant. I think his name is Ahmed. He wears a distinctive red uniform. I think he is the manager of the restaurant. If you do not pay the tip, he does not provide you with the service and sends a small person to you. He did not understand what I want. What is this condescension to the guests? The hotel, my wife is very upset about the situation, and his face frowns for Liptim, but after giving him money, and I do not like to pay money except after providing me with good service. This is the worst thing that happened to me and my wife on this trip, and because you are very beautiful and delicious. Frowning not smiling is the worst thing

Myself and my partner spent a week at this hotel at the beginning of March 2023. We had a brilliant time. Room was cleaned every day, beds and pillows were comfy. Hotel, gardens and restaurants were immaculate. Staff were friendly . Met some lovely friends and would definitely come back. The only downside of I had to say would be the daily men asking you to go on excursions. We done the desert buggy and thoroughly enjoyed it, you will need to buy a scarf for this cos the sand gets in your eyes and hair. Also wear your sunglasses. Don’t forget to make the most of the coral beach too on the hotel grounds.some beautiful fish to see.

We arrived on the 7th March for a week and as we needed a relaxing break and that is totally what we got. We had a beautiful room overlooking the sea and the most pleasing thing was a kettle for a morning cup of english tea. The staff are to be commended they are all so friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful but very cold, but it was worth getting in for the pool bar! The food was plentiful and with a lot of choices. The entertainment in the evening was also very good at a respectful time of 8.30pm. We also had body scrubs, massages and pedicures at very good prices Soho is a 5 minute walk away and well worth a visit especially in the evening when all of the lights are turned on. We went there in 2012 and we enjoyed it then but what with covid and other problems we could not return until now, and it is still as good. We will definitely be going back later this year.

An experience I’m going to remember and I’m only on day 3 of 9. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Ok the rooms need a little upgrade but all clean. I have a beach front room which was well worth paying the extra fee and the night times are so peaceful. The restaurants on site are great. The main restaurant is ok but it is what is expected but plenty to choose from. Flame restaurant is superb. Beach is awesome. Weather is so so hot and blue skies everywhere. Sun loungers in abundance. Views to remember. All inclusive drinks are just basic local but still ok. They do however use branded soft drinks rather than rola cola. Just ask for a fresh bottle to be opened otherwise your drink maybe flat. Mosquitos a pain. Be careful with supermarket just before soho square. Seems to make prices up. £8 for a pack of Pringles lol.

Excellent hotel - we paid £851 each, for 14 nights all inclusive. It isn't a five star hotel in UK terms but it is tremendous value for money. The best bits were; Happy staff, great service, plentiful food choices, heated pool, snorkelling, cocktails, sunshine(!!) and a big bed! Only downside was no late checkout rooms were available, which made our last day a bit awkward. Reception did apologise and explained this was because the hotel was full to capacity. Well done to all the staff, especially our smiley cleaner (Sayed) and the pool guy. Would visit again.

We booked the hotel about 8 weeks before we traveled. We got a really good deal through Loveholidays. Basically pound for pound one of our best holidays in a long time. Beautiful hotel with a wonderful beach which is snorkeling heaven. Staff super friendly. Sarah was excellent (French lady) who helped us with tips for my wife’s tummy troubles and even gave her medication without taking any money (amazing- thank you). One staff member have my wife honey and green tea to help with her tummy, apologies for not remembering your name. Basically very helpful staff. Food is very nice. Good variety. Not given five stars because they didn’t provide much snacks outside normal meal times however some of the restaurants do overlap at breakfast and lunch in case you want some flexibility. The view at the restaurant/bar over looking the beach is wonderful. Red wine was very nice. Other alcohol drinks didn’t seem very strong (maybe a good thing!) Soho square is a walk away. So pretty and watched football games there with my son outdoors. The hotel grounds are spectacular. Some work needed in the main restaurant on the coffee machines which often leaked and seemed quite old. Special hotel, lovely staff and good value for money. I would highly recommend. Not Caribbean five star but still very nice.
