My wife and I got back last week from a wonderful week at this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities, but as stated in previous previews, what really makes it is the wonderful, attentive staff, who really cannot do enough for you. A particular shout out from us must go to David in the restaurant, who took us under his wing when we arrived late on the Saturday. He then looked after us royally each mealtime, all week. A lovely man, who I hope has continued success in his career. Another big shout out to Mena A.El Meseih who looked after us all week round the pool. He always made us laugh and made sure our glasses were never empty. We will definitely return to Stella De Mare one day, and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone looking for a lovely relaxed break in Egypt. One love x…

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and had an incredible time. My motivation for leaving this review is the incredible staff. Everyone was unbelievably hospitable and kind. In particular I want to mention Dr. Abdo Shorbagy and Mohamed, the nurse, at the clinic. I unfortunately got quite sick (congested, sore throat...all that fun stuff) and when I walked through the clinic doors I immediately got their full attention and care. They were kind, thorough, and had a great balance between firmly stating what I needed to do to get better, but also appreciating I was on my honeymoon and did everything in their power to make sure I could still enjoy my time there. They took care of all the paper work and insurance, and even followed up with me on WhatsApp after we'd returned home to make sure I was okay. They went above and beyond what I could have expected and while I obviously wish I never got sick, I'm also very glad I had the chance to meet them. I also want to mention Emad, who works at the beach or the information booth and helps arrange tours. He was another person who made the trip a unique experience through his kindness, jokes and good nature. He went beyond his job description to look out for us, especially after I got sick. To be honest, I could keep going. All the staff we interacted with stood out individually. I would also like to say, if you are going to visit Egypt in general, learn at least a few words in Arabic. It goes a long way. …
We recently stayed at this lovely beach resort during our trip to Sharm El Sheikh. We found the staff very attentive, the service excellent, and the atmosphere relaxing. The hotel is located right on the beach with access to several pools and a beachfront bar. The beach area has numerous umbrellas, and a gorgeous view of the sea. . It has two private restaurants plus an all inclusive buffet, which is very extensive. You can walk to downtown Naama Bay from the hotel or take a quick cab ride. A beautiful stay. We will be back.
What a beautiful hotel. We have just come back from a lovely stay and are already talking about going back. The hotel and grounds are stunning, the staff are great, the spa is lovely and there is a large variety of tasty food available. We spent most of the time at the separate adult pool, which has a swim up bar, the sun beds were quite comfortable and (when we went) had spaces available for most of the day. There is a separate pool (on a different level) for the activities and children, but there seemed to be spaces available on most days. We did the spa package, and the more treatments you book, the cheaper they become, so it is worth looking into different options and different prices early in your holiday.. We did 6 massages between the two of us over the course of the week, and the spa is very nice with a lot of different versions of massage available if you wanted something different. We had really good service from all the restaurant and bar teams, and we found that the more friendly you were, the better service you got. Take the time to have a conversation with them, smile and say hello and the service is really good, we watched others who took a different route and probably had a different experience though! There is a load of variety on every meal, and the food is tasty and hot. As an indicator, at lunchtime you can have a choice of about 20 dishes, huge salad bar, freshly cooked pasta, pizza, some form of freshly cut roast meat, soup, a huge variety of bread and cakes and more. in the evening, they would add BBQ or theme nights. There are also other restaurants that offer different menus if you wanted to change. We didn't have a problem and managed to find something nice to eat all week. We did the romantic meal as well which was a lovely experience and well worth the money. Everywhere is clean and there are a couple of English movie channels available on the TV, which is always a bonus as well! The entertainment didn't always hit the mark for us, but they tried hard to get something for everyone. This is an area that we thought could be improved, but I have been to plenty of places where it was worse, so maybe I am being too harsh! Overall a great hotel, which we will be going back to if we can in the future.…
Excellent hotel and location and cleanliness, the staff are brilliant and always willing to go the extra bit to help you, staff in the restaurant and pool area outside are brilliant, melad boshry,Mina and hasam all looked after us to a exceptional high standard, always willing to stop and chat and share knowledge of the area and give good advice and tips, but all staff was brilliant
My husband booked this very last minute so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I genuinely had the most amazing experience and plan to take back the whole family later in the year. The staff were fantastic, very polite, super helpful, especially the Hotel Manager Ashraf. There was a great variety of food daily, which was great as we booked an all inclusive stay. It was a beautiful hotel with the most amazing views, having been to Sharm a number of times, this is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. Would highly recommend!
Bad housekeeping (they didnt find two unused face towels during check out and forced us to pay for it .. small and high beach (not enough seats and you dont get to enjoy the beach) .. not suitable for children with a stroller (high and long steps through the mountain)
We will definitely be back! What a beautiful hotel. Clean beautiful hotel rooms but not just that, the staff were amazing and so friendly. I don’t think I have ever received such amazing service. From the bartender at the 7th floor! To Bishoy at the pool bar to all the staff at breakfast lunch and dinner. You were all so lovely and thank you so much for such an amazing experience. Also a massive shoutout to Islam from Desert Rose diving school. He is an incredible instructor! Don’t bother looking at booking activities anywhere but the hotel. They will sort everything out for you. We did the parasailing and quad biking through the activities centre in the hotel. Ahmad was lovely. We will be back at Stella Di Mare. It really felt like our 2nd home.
Our room was excellent number 626, spacious, comfortable bed, views of sea and pool fabulous and was cleaned daily by Ahmed who took time to sculpt a variety of towel animals waiting to welcome us on the bed each day. The food in the restaurant was exemplary; good quality and variety of each course on show, buffet style. Staff were professional, responsive and always friendly over the whole hotel. I was impressed with the restaurant team leader AMR and the restaurant team making us feel at home, always welcome, being responsive and generous. The highlight for us was the option of snorkelling in the sea surrounding the hotel frontage. I have many beautiful videos to remind us of the colourful fish and coral, it was amazing! The spa set up is lovely with outside and inside jacuzzi, massage menu and well equipped gym. Again a great asset for a healthy holiday. There are many quiet spaces in the gardens as well as good nightly entertainment and daily activities available. Another mention for Adam in the aromatic oils shop in the hotel. We found him to be very knowledgeable, respectful and friendly in this well stocked shop. All the staff we dealt with were multilingual dealing with visitors from many countries. We have it on our radar to visit again. A perfect healthy holiday in the winter sun.…
