We spent 17 days at the Neverland Resort in Hurghada, and we have very fond memories of our stay. The resort offers a perfect mix of relaxation and fun, making it ideal for both families and adults.
The restaurants are definitely worth mentioning:

Numerous slides, lazy rivers, pools, and water playgrounds guarantee unforgettable moments. During the winter season, the heated pools were a particularly great feature, allowing us to enjoy the water attractions regardless of the weather. If you’re looking for a destination full of water fun, Neverland is the ultimate choice!
In addition, the hotel offers fantastic animations, such as face painting and foam parties, which add a nice touch to the daily activities.

This is simply NOT a 5 star resort. The service is poor and inconsistent, the food is of a low quality, there is no variety and is poorly presented. You are supposed to drink water directly from the bottle, as they don't provide glasses unless asked, and even in that case they bring only 2 or 3, even if you are 5 at the table. Plates are plastic or melamine, not ceramic. The SPA is not a place where you feel comfortable and relax, but more a place where they try to sell you massages at a "good price" like they are selling fish at a street market. Completely wrong approach. Most of the water slides and pools are cold, so bear that in mind if you are travelling in winter. Most of the floors around pools are slippery!! Can you believe that? I wonder who is the genius who selected these tiles when designing this resort. Impolite staff around pools, they ask you to move from your sun bed because they have to put it away (this happened at 16.35). The reception team is rude and far away from a polite and dedicated service. They don't answer to questions and direct you to the QR code that "has all the answers", which is obviously not the case. Gym with no water bottles, no towels, children free to move around dumbells etc, and no one could tell exactly the opening times..! There are several restaurant, but they basically all have the same food available, a part from the burger station and the sea food restaurant. No mayonnaise in the whole resort (minor issue of course). Rooms are big but the cleaning should be massively improved; the floors were terribly dusty and dirty. In conclusion, I choose this resort after seeing all the good reviews and for the fact that it is a 5 stars resort. Not the case. This is between a 3 and a 4 stars, absolutely not more than that. Which is fine, if you are happy with that atmosphere and service. If you look for a real 5 stars, keep browsing. I would never recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

Neverland truly is a paradise for kids. Our children were thrilled with the mega-size aqua park and the engaging animation program. There was always something to do, and the activities were so interesting and fun. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at reception were very kind and helpful. Large resort that is truly all inclusive...includes food (9+ restaurants), drinks, lollipops, games, free ice cream near reception, funfair, shows Inc neverland show included. There is a cold stone ice cream shop which pay for but very reasonable prices (£1 for a large scoop of ice cream)

The hotel is an ideal place for families with children. the most wonderful slides in all of Egypt. Lots of animations in many places throughout the complex. The price includes an amusement park with toy cars, rides, a children's cinema, ice cream, popcorn, and in the afternoon fairy tale characters come around and encourage children to play. The choice of restaurants is huge and you don't need to make a reservation. In winter, there are many swimming pools with heated and really warm water, there is no fighting for sun loungers.

Great stay in Neverland hotel, this hotel is paradise for all. Both aqua parks are very good with many slides to choose from. Housekeeping was good with cleaning our room daily and leaving towel animals. Many restaurants to choose from with a good variety for all.
