Superb hotel, food and service. Reception were fast, helpful and super efficient, first class. The rooms were spotless and soundproof so no matter what type of entertainment was happening that evening, if your outdoor door was shut, you heard nothing but your air con! Food is excellent; whether you want to eat clean (as I had to being an athlete with a season approaching) or enjoy the naughty deserts, there is something tasty and of great quality for everyone. The waiters and staff literally cannot do enough for you, wanting to carry your drinks to your table, dish to the table etc. The cleaners are very respectful of privacy and I appreciated every single one of the staff here, they made out stay so wonderful we will return(and we have never returned to the same place twice until now!). helpful staff. good breakfast. purely rooms. The apartments located in a good area. A lot of restaurants and shop near by. in our room the door to the terrace was broken, so it was a little scary to sleep.

We ended up having to stay over in Egypt an extra night after holidaying in Marsa Alam. The staff were so helpful printed us documents booked taxis etc. Let us use the room after check out to take shower. Couldn't be more helpful!!

Great hotel and wonderful staff! We had an outstanding check in with Sharif after a long flight and liked the hotel so much we hated to leave. The food and drinks were inexpensive and delicious. The rest of the employees were also more than professional (especially Ahmed Ammar & Joseph Wilim). Pool was also very well maintained
