I would start with my congratulation for hotel this wondeeful place in the best conditions, the personel starting from reception incredible good in their job, to cleaning and gardening are very profesional,nice, smiling and making their best to make the turists happy. The rooms are big, daily clean and supplied with everything you need. The food is incredible good, all the cookers and waiters are there for turists. The 3 restaurants are spacious and they fit all the tastes. The animation team is unbeliveble joy, many activities are made in big groups. The beach and the pools are hudge, enough space and sunbeds for everyone.The whole area is safe, you can go outside with no worries. I only want to complain about the taxi company inside the hotel, WHITE SHARK not PROFESIONAL at all, we payed round trip in advance, but they forgot to take us back and even though the representative man in the hotel was rude, we payed back another taxi, when we request the money he hardly wanted to give us back the half way we payed in advance. Dear Mr. Manager, you should change the company colaboration, this kind of people break all what you do for this hotel. We took a taxi outside, it is cheaper, very safe and the drivers are doing their best to make you satisfied at half price, as this helps them living. And one sugestion: there are a lot of romanians tourists, it would be a good thing to have indications in romanian too, not only russian and german. Over all is a nice experience this hotel, if I try to forget the taxi worst experience.

The place is beautiful, well-kept and pleasant. Rooms are ok, not new , not too old, cleaning is mediocre because it is done by men, like everywhere else in Egypt. Food can be tastier if they add a little more salt, the variety is ok, I know that before COVID the variety was 4 times more. Two disadvantages that I want to mention is that the sea doesn't have an easy access in this hotel. You have to walk a long way over a bridge and then swim. There is no way to swim right on the beach because there's no sandy access, it is like concrete and no way to swim. The other downside is that the menu has very little seafood, there was no shrimp even for a day during my long stay in this hotel in June 2021. Calamari is almost always boiled and not fried , so it isn't as tasty. The people at the front desk try to seem friendly but are extremely slow. (So slow that it is even a shame) And generally everyone is a little shrewd trying to rip off as much as possible. ( For example the taxi service of the hotel...we asked them to take us to a bazaar and they took us to a regular store, when we complained, they took us to Sheraton street, but still not to the market) DON'T use the services that their diving center offers, they are rude and disorganized. I did parasailng with them and it was more frustrating than enjoyable. Especially avoid that Osman ( I think) . He is awful.😡 All in all , I think my holiday is 8 out of 10.
( One more thing to the management of the hotel... please pay more to the masseuses, they are good but you don't pay them even a dollar from the price that you take from us. That is a shame, serfdom has been abolished but not in your country).

The hotel itself is amazing, good location, just 3,5km from senzo mall and 10min to airport. Everything is cleaned everyday, the rooms are spacious and there is plenty of room beside the pools. Staff is so nice, polite and helpful, like everybody is in good mood and enjoing their work. I like to especially thank our room manager (do not know if the job title is correct) Ali, we had some problems with our room because of the storm we had and the door lock, if he promised that it will be fixed, it was fixed, he was always there to help. I also like to point out the barmans who were so warm and fun people. And table cleaning staff who made everything clean so quickly, served drinks and sometimes made little small talk jokes. It makes staying in this hotel very welcoming. Keep up the good work you do. The only thing was some of the guests, who had no manners, listened loud music and cut in the food lines. Some guests were rude to the staff without any big reason, I was so sorry about some workers who got shouted at, especially when you see that worker is trying to be so helpful and gets that kind of bad treatment. At least we had neighbors who were mostly quiet at night. The food was very delicious, but cakes should have had more variety.

This is a 5 star hotel but you have to leave an extra tip just so you could get your room cleaned every day. The food is alright but the same every day... we have been here for 10 days and every day ate the same food. You have to wait a long time just to get served at the pool bar. Almost every time you ask for water theyll give you warm water even though its 35-40°C outside...all in all the service could be a lot better.

We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights during covid crisis. At the first sight, the resort is really good looking, spacious, lots of palm trees and green areas. We stayed in the room 1240 which has direct access to the beach from the terrace (I recommend it). The room itself is both big and comfortable enough. King size bed is really huge, bathroom big as well. Lighting in the bathroom is really low though, so you will face precision issues while shaving or putting make up. Ashraf, a cleaning guy who was in charge of our room, was really friendly and did great job. Regarding food, during our stay, there were 5 restaurants working, of which 1 was Moroccan a la carte (I recommend it). Organising food service in the others was often disappointing. For only some of the dishes there was self service and for the most you would be getting served very slowly. For example, they would start preparing dinner dishes only when dinner starts, upon request, when people form waiting lines. Therefore you wait 15-30min to be served. And when you finally reach your turn, they would give you two tiny slices and if you ask for more, you would get eye rolling and unpleasant looks from the chefs, so you would feel bad for wanting some more. This was literally in every restaurant, for every dish, no matter if it was meat during dinner or cheese for breakfast. When there is lamb on the menu, which is being prepared outside at the terrace downstairs, you will get to taste it only if you come to dinner from 19-19.30h, as when it gets eaten there is no more. Same goes for baklava when on the menu. Another example of poor organising is that two days in a row there was no chocolate cream in the Sky restaurant, coffee cups were often dirty, or when the last croissant gets eaten, only then they put new baking tray in the oven so you wait for another 20min. This looked more like very much controlled 4* all inclusive. However there are good sides in service, and this is the man who takes care of the terrace area in front of the restaurants downstairs, called Haisam Mohammad. If everyone had been polite and hard working like him, this hotel would be much better. Beach was really nice, sunbeds comfortable, water so clean, suitable for scuba diving. Swimming pool was big, often full of leaves and sand, and unknown to me, it has numerous wall barriers in it. Therefore if you want to reach to the pool bar from water, be prepared to climb these walls when in. All in all, it is a very nice resort with the average service.

I returned from a vacation in this all inclusive resort very satisfied. Me and my family came quite late at night, exhausted from the trip. We did check-in quite fast, the receptionist Ahmed was very polite and finished everything quickly, as we had a 7yr old boy who was starving. Luckily the restaurant was serving a late dinner until midnight so we ate and went to the room. The room was a bit far from the reception, but a perfect one, with a small terrace and only a few meters from the pool :-D Air-condition worked perfectly, safe in the room, clean and spacious, cleaned daily, with new towels and toiletries. Big number of restaurants, there is no way you could be hungry, Mediterranean restaurant is working until midnight, serving late dinner. The food variety is big and tasty, and we stayed there for 2 weeks so some meals were repeated frequently.. I was a bit surprised that there is no Egyptian restaurant in the hotel, but Moroccan...Knowing how tasty Egyptian food is that is in my personal opinion a minus.. Also there are many bars in the hotel, my favourite was Columbus where we were drinking every day lovely Turkish coffee (there was no Cardamom coffee) and served by best waiter called Walid who is everything a perfect waiter should be. Oh, and the pool bar, t he waiter were so hospitable and friendly, always smiling and patient! The cleanliness of this hotel is on the highest level, all the time you will see staff is cleaning , whether it is the floors, corridors, toilets or grooming the hedge or cutting the grass. We are coming back again, if not this hotel then in one of the hotels in Pick Albatros chain as we heard this is their standard!

I start the story of the adventure at Albatros Palace Resort with the moment of accommodation. I made the reservation for a superior double room and in the first phase I received a standard double room, on the ground floor. This issue was resolved immediately against a little attention at the reception. It is obvious that the emphasis is placed in this resort on the external aspect, which I have nothing to blame. Typical for 5 stars. But now comes the interesting part: the room, with a generous surface, seemed to need a renovation 5 years ago. Every last detail shows traces of advanced wear. The water in the shower is drained an hour after use, and the smell is difficult to describe. The safe, which looks modern, was not functional for a second. Defective. And now comes the most interesting part. We find out that at 5 stars, the cleaning in the room is done once every two days. But even then, at high speed, as the saying goes, the dust must remind us of the Sahara. All categories of staff do not seem to realize that they work in tourism with the client. It was as if they were doing us a favor every time we interacted with them. in order to get to the room with the baby stroller, we had to use the freight elevator in the middle of the hotel, otherwise we had to go up or down with the stroller in hand a floor. Until now, everything could be overlooked. Up to the appearance of food. Deplorable. Generous restaurants, with modern furniture, endless queues with a plate in hand for the same dish at every moment, breakfast, lunch or dinner. For 7 days. This would not have been a problem either, if it had taken into account the fact that most customers are European, and would have adapted the kitchen to this aspect. The quality of the food is deplorable. The conclusion is that we must look for another 5-star resort that offers suitable conditions for this score.

Very nice holiday, very nice staff, very nice food, all sanitary conditions are well set. We are happy to be here and spend our holidays in Albatross Palace Resort. We have all pools working with heating and water in the sea is also good condition. Hotel is taking care of all entertaining staff for the guests.

We had a beautiful time here in Egypt. Albatros Palace is a very good place to stay. The food and services are good, they are very profesional. The sea is very close, you go out from your room and jump in the sea, the water is clean and you can make snorkeling. I'll come back for sure.

Let me thank the owner of the hotel for creating a unique ambience in the hotel. Its namely an ocean of flowers.
Territory is big , nice, comfy and very well maintained. Pools are huge. 2 pools are heated, thank you for this.
The beach is very wide, allowing sports and leisure.
The food variety is endless. There are many restaurants scattered in the territory, covering almost all hours of the day. Its the first hotel i saw ever which duplicate breakfasts and dinners prolonging meals from 7:00 till 12 midnight. Thank you for this convenience.
The only accident which happened to us is the conversation with the DJ in the Sky club. The situation is as following: the DJ takes russian music from Russian guests on a flash and plays it in the disco without understanding the words (its normal, he is Egyptian). The song which he played was horrible from any point of view. It was a collection of the worst Russian words together. I couldn't expect that i am hearing that in a 5* hotel with families and kids around who are mostly Russians. I wanted to help the DJ, I let him know that the song which he was playing was bad to the impossible degree and not acceptable in the 5* hotel. The DJ answered rudely and aggressively : "My lady, the other guest asked this song and if you dont like it, its not my problem. Its not a mini-disco, its a disco for adults".
I ask the administration to kindly let the guest relation check Russian music which is played in the disco or public areas, before playing it.
Such a wonderful hotel, so much efforts are done to make it beautiful. I think its very sad that horrible words are played in such a respectable place.
Let us thank the owner of the hotel for our stay. We will definitely come again.
