I went to Resorts Casino Hotels on 08/31/2021, for a two night stay. I checked in and put my luggage in the room. Went downstairs and gambled. Came up stairs got ready for bed.Bed sheet had stains. I went to the other bed, same stain, but there were two and smaller. Sheets old and dingy. Room damp, carpet sticky. All USB outlets damaged. Only electric plugs that worked were the one the light plugged in and the bathroom. I checked out first thing in the morning. This was my third time visiting this property.Shocked of the poor upkeep of the hotel rooms. I’m upset that I paid for this!

We stayed for two days. The room was nice. It was a junior suite and I loved that it had two bathrooms for a family of 5. We were able to get out of the room quicker. The casino was good. There are a lot of good new machines. The card games were good and a big plus is the sports betting area which I think is the best of all the casinos I visited. I still need to check Ocean, Borgata and Harrahs to confirm. But to watch a game and bet their DraftKing area was the best. The only drawback was the Pool opened from 8am to 2pm for kids. It doesn’t help when staying with kids. Also the food could be better for the given prices.

Always enjoy stopping in at Resorts for a few days away. The location is great for fresh air out in the beach and boardwalk. The check in folks are always helpful, remember faces, ask about the family, and have a smile. The rooms are well kept and updated. The Rendezvous Tower has excellent ocean view rooms. The beds are comfortable and roo.s spacious.

We went to the casino to try someplace diffrent. My girlfriend had to get a players card, I asked about primotions and the lady just said we have none. Rude customer service and the casino by the table games smelled like urine! Won't go back! In these times it takes nothing to be kind.

I had a two night comp stay from Mohegan Pocono for Resorts. We extended it one more night. The extra night cost $299 (not worth it). Pros: *The location is awesome. Right on the boardwalk next to the Steel Pier. *slots seemed pretty loose when I was playing Cons: *Staff wasn't very friendly. Not rude, but definitely not pleasant either. * It smells HORRIBLE in this place. Musty and old smoke, both in the casino and hotel. * pool hours for children are VERY limited. 9am-2pm. *casino floor was very quiet and not exciting. I don't think we'll be staying here again. Hard Rock is attached and I went there to gamble a couple of nights. I think when we go back to AC we'll stay there. It's definitely more of a fun/exciting vibe than Resorts.
