I will say parking is much easier on the side and I forgot aside. They do not make it clear it up on the website but this is not in the same building as the actual Borgata. Make sure you take a look at the map so you know how far you're going to be walking to the casino and the restaurants on the Borgata side. Everything seems a little bit farther away than we would've liked. At the front desk was very nice. And from what I heard a much shorter line on the other side. The rooms could use some love. Found some old food in the fridge. Bathrooms are nice. All around clean.
I've been staying at The Borgata because The Water Club was closed during covid. Borgata rooms are no longer good. One visit I had a clogged bathroom. Another visit had a cracked sink. Thank God the Water Club is open. I'll always book at the Water Club if available. Bookings are hard to do with longer wait times by phone. To the Borgata Management. You have hired a horrible young kid to answer your phone for booking reservations. He was horrible, almost cannot speak and then when I asked to clarify what he said, he got ticked off. When I asked if i can talk to another agent, he said yes and hung up and disconnected me. There is no way to get his name. I hope other people complain so he gets fired. His attitude fits a lowest class motel booking.
This is has been one of my Best favorites hotel in Atlantic city area.. i know is not by the boardwalk but 10 min drives you there and with many choices to eat and mostly the pool area is great with two Jacuzzis to enjoy your day.
This was my second stay at the Borgata and I was not impressed. I stayed at the water club this time and the view was not good, waterfront was swamp land. Room had rusted and unclean fixtures. Headboard had handprints and smudges all over and the floor did not look vacuumed. Check in lines were super long.
Stayed at the water club with my wife for the weekend in March 2020. Excellent place to stay. Excellent service, clean room and bathroom. Very quiet. Friendly staff. Will recommend to anyone seeking fun and relaxation.
