The two-day itinerary is very comfortable, a very romantic hotel, the style of the hotel is very comfortable, the food produced in the lobby bar is very high-quality, it is worth tasting. The hotel staff are particularly enthusiastic, including Echo Zhou from the executive lounge, Mike Wang, the duty manager, Ms. Luo from the lobby bar, and Ays Milly from the reservation department. As a member of the Marriott Group, the hotel has upgraded the suites and the rooms are spacious and bright. This is the best hotel I have stayed in Zhongshan. I have stayed at the Westin Zhongshan and Sheraton Zhongshan, but they are not as good as Le Méridien Zhongshan.
I am shocked to see how a prestigious hotel such as Le Meridien (known as the best hotel in Zhongshan) can apply the concept of “early bird” marketing campaign so wrong! My wife bought 3 tickets for the Christmas dinner for our family (costing RMB620 each, or well over USD100 apiece!) a few days ago. Then, yesterday Le Meridien’s marketing genius created a new campaign selling the tickets for the same price but now offering for free afternoon teas tickets (worth over RMB120 each), which means that we were fooled by the advertised “Early Bird promotion”! Basically, dear Le Meridien, you created a way to punish “early bird” customers. It is irritating and absurd, not just for the money (since we can obviously afford afternoon teas, thank you very much), but for the PRINCIPLE. It is just WRONG to lie to your customers with bulls*** like “be fast to get the best deal”... After getting in touch and asking for explanations, we still haven’t heard from the hotel. It is a really not smart way to handle scarce, local customers during a COVID-19 crisis. Your hotel were empty for months until very recently. You should value us, customers, a little more...…
I stayed at this Hotel while traveling on business in Zhongshan. The hotel is brand new, very conveniently located and a very chic hotel. The rooms are very roomy and modern. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the onside parking garage made it very easy to park my car. The breakfast buffet was simply incredible with a huge choice of Chinese as well as western food selections
We stayed at Le Meridien for 4 nights with a 2 year old baby in December. As non-Chinese speakers, we were a bit worried in the beginning but as it turned out we had a very nice and pleasant stay. The hotel is beautiful and is fairly new and modern. The room is spacious (we stayed at one of their suites) and very clean with high techs. Not all of their employees speak good English however they were eager to help and tried to accommodate all of our needs which was very impressive. Special thanks to the manager and staff (Amanda, Koke and Daniel) at their Executive lounge. They were helpful, gracious and very nice to us and also to the baby. We will definitely go back and look forward to our next stay!
The hotel rooms are very big, The hotel staffs are nice and helpfull. There are plenty of food choice for buffet in the morning. The hotel is located near the City centre. only 20 min drive by taxi. Able to upgrade the room very easly.
