Overall, the Sheraton Hotel is worth staying, although the hotel is a bit old, but it still looks so luxurious, the hotel lobby is brilliant. The room helped to arrange the executive room, the room was comfortable and big, the view was very nice, you can see the peace building. To be commended is the lounge staff Frances Vicky Lily is very professional, good service, fast response, whether it is room arrangements or invoicing, very sweet. Located in the center of Futian, Shenzhen, the subway is also very convenient, next to the Convention and Exhibition Center, Huangting Square, shopping and eating are very convenient. Return to choose Sheraton Greater China again!

The first time to stay in The Sheraton Shenzhen Greater China Hotel, the experience is quite good, especially the Executive Lounge Frances Vicky lily, good service attitude, fast response, large room, can try to help and solve problems based on customer needs, very grateful.

We stayed at the Sheraton in Shenzhen and were upgraded to a suite with lounge access. Service was impeccable! Each time we entered the lounge we were greeted in a genuinely friendly manner. Jill took very good care of us. She remembered our names and our preferences. Always service with a big smile!
