Comfortable and satisfying experience, excellent service attitude, five-star pricing, six-star enjoyment. The administrative floors have dining services, the seating and environment are very comfortable, and the food is delicious. Wanting an extra toothbrush at 4 AM, it was delivered in less than 5 minutes. The room space is very spacious, with unique layout and furniture arrangement, which is rare among similar hotels.

During my second stay at Hilton Shekou, I was once again impressed by the unwavering high standard of service provided by the staff. Ms. Shann and Ms. Suzanna were particularly helpful throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Despite a minor issue with a leak in our room caused by the AC, the engineering team acted swiftly to resolve the issue without the need for us to change rooms. The breakfast offerings were exceptional, with a wide variety of choices. The friendly breakfast staff always greeted us with warm smiles, adding a personal touch to the experience. The property itself exudes grandeur, but it is the dedicated and attentive staff who truly make Hilton Shekou a special place. I am grateful for the outstanding service and hospitality provided during my stay. Thank you.

We had an amazing stay! Luna and the hotel team went above and beyond to make our trip special. They arranged two rooms with stunning sea views and surprised us with a beautiful birthday cake for my son’s celebration. The kids had a fantastic time!
A special shoutout to the housekeeping staff who helped set up an infant crib and bed rail. Their kindness made our stay even more comfortable.

We stayed in the older building in this property, but the room and interiors were refurbished in a stylish and user friendly manner. The staff spoke English at the time of check in which was great! The team members at the lounge opened up a separate room for my kids and I when we couldn’t find a seat. Service was fantastic all around.
The pool, kids play areas, and gym all exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a hotel that has quality amenities all around.
Another surprise was the breakfast buffet. This was probably one of the best I’ve had in all my travels throughout Asia.

Miss Hanna was hospitable and served us delicious fruit. She was escort us to the pick-up point of the shuttle car. The hotel room facilities were clean and the air was fresh. At breakfast the next day, because we were wearing hotel room slippers, Mira from the food and Beverage department was worried that we might slip in the restaurant and changed our non-slip slippers for us. It was an unexpected service and very thoughtful. After checking out, Jason at the front desk also kindly reminded us to bring all our valuables and park for free. Finally, in the lobby, I saw an elegant lady playing elegant music, turning around the entire lobby.

I wasn't going to write about this property again, but they did something that stands to be mentioned.
This is a combination about two stays and that is important to showing the ethos of the property. My family and I stayed just before Christmas and checking in was badly handled. Some silly oversights, nothing terrible, but it was not what I expect when checking in.
I filled out the review that Hilton had sent me and explained what happened and went on with my Christmas vacation. Went up to Shanghai and stayed at the excellent Conrad there. Returned Shenzhen for New Years Eve, and spent a couple more nights at the Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai.
When I checked in a week after the first stay, I was apologized too by three different members of management. (including the Team Member that was directly involved) Because they wanted to fully understand what happened, it was clear they looked into the episode and addressed it in a meaningful way.
It wasn't a big thing, but it was out of the norm for the property and the best feedback is the kind that can help a property improve. Hilton was told of an issue and didn't shrug it off, they looked into it, resolved it, and apologized. So many businesses don't do that, and that is one reason why this property is a stand out. They have looked into other concerns I have raised in other visits because they have a great team here. Michael the current GM has carried on the tradition that Stefan had, by setting a high bar for excellence.
Speaking of a great team, Elena and Calvin on the F&B Team helped make sure we have great breakfasts and an amazing dinner buffet with some of the finest beef I have tasted. The new dry aging box in the dining room is a sight to see. Davania that brought us the beef was professional and clearly proud of the fine cuts they brought.
Jimmy, and Jerry helped with waiting on us for breakfast and they were efficient with enough English to get what we needed.
Leo, Winter and Janice on the second trip made sure we had what we needed for breakfast each morning. Melody, Martin and Rain anchored the Executive Lounge. Melody is a new face for the Executive Lounge Manager and she has great English and wonderful disposition and clearly will hold the high standards that has been the benchmark of the property.
Yolanda and Aileen, who are part of management were kind enough to spend some time with my wife and I and we appreciated their concern and oversight as they have been integral to this property for as long as we have been coming.
This kind of concern, and being guest focused is why I had to write about these last two stays.
The location is great if you want to be near Hong Kong, a range of Western and Chinese food. The Design Center, if you like art is a stones throw away. The walking path along the bay is a great way to get some exercise. They have one of the best spas in town, 3 different pools, water views, and the finest team. This is the place to stay in Shenzhen, bar none.

The staff is very professional and friendly. The hotel is very comfortable with beautiful amenities. I had to switch rooms in the middle of the night because of an electrical problem. The desk manager offered me a ompensation (free laundry and free access to the executive lounge) which was highly appreciated. Finally the hotel is well located on the seafront at walking distance from the shopping and restaurant district

I had the best stay here over the weekend after an intense work week. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I had executive access and upon mine and my colleagues arrived at 11pm our bags were taken to our room and we were given a bottle of red wine to enjoy before they provide the testiest burger I've had in years.
The rest of the stay was amazing with beautiful rooms and a relaxing swimming pool are with a very good onsite gym. This was the perfect hotel in Shenzhen for me and my colleague to relax at before commencing another intense week of work.
Not to mention that it is in a great location being so close to Sea World.

Another trip to this hotel and another great experience and stay. I stayed with my family in the 'Nanhai Wing', which offers great family suites with a small kitchen and laundry machine, which comes in very handy when you travel with kids. We had a great time, and the staff is always excellent and friendly. Our little guy remembered the excellent breakfast buffet and ate his heart out as usual! We loved our stay, and look forward to coming back again when we visit Shenzhen again.

Stayed executive floor.. room was Hilton room with all expected amenities. Room seems brand new with beautiful interior design features loved the faux wood paneling. View of Harbor was nice.. Executive Lounge here was one of the best we've experienced. Cocktail hour featured food that was delicious and suitable for a dinner. Wine especially the French Blanc was very good. In fact, the corked Blanc was the best I've had in a Executive Lounge. We'd buy that for our home use. The location of the hotel near Sea World allowed for many dinning options and we saw at Least 3 bars with live music (Songs in English as bands were Filipino). We used the fitness center and found it well equipped. Staff Here were phenomenal never had a problem with speaking English.. We'll be back I'm sure

Also just a guest, but the hotel is quick on answering emails, so for opening hours I suggest to contact them by email or phone. Outdoor pool is closed in winter afaik. Indoor is heated.

Hi, it’s quite far. It will take approximately 1.5hr to 2hr by Ferry and ground transport. You will need exit China border and enter into HK. You will need a multiple entry visa for China, if you want to come back to the Hilton in Nanshan.
No shuttle, but the hotel can reserve a limo. The other option is the ferry from and to the airport. Ferry terminal in Shenzhen is minutes away from the Hilton hotel.
These suggestions are fine (high speed train to GZ). An other solution would be to take subway to the Shenzhen airport, and from there, walking a few minutes to the bus station to get a bus to GZ. Some will stop just across the Canton Fair. Perhaps, you also may find some special buses going directly to the fair from Shenzhen.
There are more places to choose from in the Shenzhen area.
