The third time staying in this hotel for a romantic getaway and the third stay was by far the best experience because they treated me with such loyalty. The rooms are clean, you can get all paid movies for 99 RMB a night, breakfast is great, pools are clean, and location. Plus you can see fireworks from your room on the weekends. I just wished they had a loyal program or something because I would have a ton of points. Hahahaha!

This property is in an amazing Shenzhen location: across the street from Windows of the World and a short distance from Happy Valley! The staff are very friendly and helpful! There are a number of restaurants for meals or snacks and the outdoor pool is very inviting! The bar is very popular right now! There are private rooms, great for social distancing from strangers as well as the walk up bar! This property is great for families as well!

We chose to have our wedding reception at V-club @ Venice Raytour hotel. We are so so happy we did. The hotel accommodation was absolutely perfect. Big spacious room with views over Window of the World out across SZ Bay. It kinda makes you feel like you are based in Paris with the 🗼 Eiffel Tower replica. The bed was soooo comfortable and we loved a nice soak in the bathtub which was part of our room. The venue reserved the pool deck for 30 of our guests under the giant pool canopy. We loved the views and being near the water was really nice. We ordered an assortment of meat, fish, chicken and vegetarian dishes which were given excellent feedback from our guests. The bar staff could have been a little faster but I understand the time taken to make a cocktail. The staff were very helpful and discreet and weren't at all obtrusive. They helped bring out the food quickly and efficiently. We were blown away but the incredible choices at the breakfast buffet the next morning. It is absolutely amazing what they have on offer. We had the most amazing stay at the Venice Raytour and could not speak more highly of the place. We cannot wait to come back and stay again. 💟💟💟💟💟😁…

It is a luxurious ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel, very well located, it is 2 minutes walking from the Holiday Plaza shopping Mall and 3 minutes walking from “ Window of the world “ one of the must see attractions in Shenzhen. The room size was quite good and has all the facilities. Breakfast buffet was also good with high diversity to meet the different needs. I believe the TV channels needs to be revisited to reflect the real diversity “ An Arabic channel will be appreciated”. Also adding more English speaking staff is needed.

Very nice hotel booked two deluxe rooms here for an event. Location is perfect we took the train from the airport to the hotel so location is excellent. Room was very nice along with a really excellent swimming pool. Guest service was ok room service good with western food Breakfast buffet was excellent however if you don't get breakfast with your room you do get harassed to pay while you eat that's why only 4 star. The v bar was good and gym spa seemed very nice. I would stay here again.
